Victor “The Toad” Gutierrez: British GQ, Another Nail In Their Coffin

October 12, 2010

I have been searching for the entire article from the May 2006 issue for a while and when David finally found it for me I was very excited. When you read this I hope you will see this as I did: The final nail in this man’s coffin. He is an exemplary stalker our Victor is, he says in this article that yes, he befriended the employees of Neverland due to his Latin connection and invites them to a delightful dish of revenge called civil extortion. He proudly exposes himself as a P.** sympathizer if not actually one of the repulsive creatures by proclaiming that he “infiltrated” the top secret society called NAMBLA. This ladies and gentlemen is the person that started the scandal by befriending Evan and Nathalie Chandler’s maid and invading the mind of Evan Chandler.

I would like to question this: if Victor “The Toad” Gutierrez had been sent in undercover for the LAPD to infiltrate the top secret society called NAMBLA why weren’t these people ever arrested? They do promote criminal activity and it would seem to me that if the LAPD had known about the meeting they would have just busted them, but that’s logic for you, it never quite works in fairytales and that is what Victor was writing, his fairytale version of an uber stars life.

I will add something which will seem minimal right now but Neverland had 2 guest units with 2 bedrooms each. The main house had five bedrooms if you count the loft in Michael’s bedroom. The “Secret Room” was part of the original plans and built by Mr. William Bone in 1982. He was a golf course entrepreneur that had originally thought he would like to turn the property into a golf course. A storage safe that is climate controlled is not that unusual to find in a wealthy persons home, they had things back then that required special storage called fur coats that were made from real animal skin, what I can say they were barbarians. I know this because my grandmother had one. It did not have a nefarious purpose when Mr. Bone had it in his plans and Michael Jackson couldn’t help that it was part of his house when he bought it but, it was a good place to keep valuables like demo tapes or working tapes of his music and films. See the original floor plan below.

First Floor of Neverland

Second floor Neverland

Here is a link to the Architectural Digest that the above images were found. I have the magazine and that is where the floor plan is from. http://www.architecturaldigest.com/homes/homes/2009/11/michael_jacksons_private_kingdom_slideshow#slide=5

I know you a thinking Lyn is getting a little sidetracked here what is the point. Well that so called secret room has bugged me since forever so allow me to take a moment of your time so I can clear this misconception up with our new readers then I will leave Neverland and get back to the real world. I remember the original furor over this “secret room” and it was of course painted as some type of P. torture chamber. It amazes me the multitude of seemingly intelligent people that bought a story from a tabloid TV show called Extra. They have the secret room confused with Michaels sleeping loft. That doesn’t surprise me, they were what they were I guess, but considering the damage that this room did to Michael it should be addressed and corrected. Here is Extra’s interpretation of the secret room which is actually a climate controlled closet.

“EXTRA” OBTAINS EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE OF
MICHAEL JACKSON’S HIDDEN ROOM!

Wooden Door in Singer’s Closet Seemingly Leads to “Secret” Room
(Burbank, CA -November 19, 2003) – It has its own zoo and amusement park and now, “Extra” has obtained footage of an alleged secret room in Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch!

The never-before-seen footage obtained by “Extra” may provide insight into the world of the 45-year-old singer. The footage, more than fifteen minutes long, shows the king of pop’s bedroom boasting oversized red velvet and gold throne plus the four-post bed seen in Martin Bashir’s documentary on the singer. The footage also shows Jackson’s 10ft. walk-in closet packed with a bizarre collection of childish novelties, pictures of children, books and mementoes. Prominently displayed on a shelf was an autographed photo by “Home Alone” star Macaulay Culkin inscribed with “Don’t leave me alone in the house,” reportedly a reference to the youngster’s 1990 film.

The most astonishing portion of the footage is a small, windowless bedroom that appears to be accessible only through a secret door located in the back of Jackson’s closet. The footage shows the wooden door from two perspectives. First, it shows the door seemingly hidden behind a clothing rail holding an assortment of military-style costumes. The second perspective shows the same door from a reverse angle – what looks to be from within the “secret” room. Rag dolls line the stairs leading into the “secret” room, which is adorned with a bed draped in Peter Pan bedding, a chair and a Mickey Mouse telephone.

“Extra” will air excerpts of the footage in a multi-part report beginning Thursday, November 20th (check local listings for exact times).

So now you see what the problem is.What  it is,is shoddy editing done just  to tell a story that simply isn’t true. In reality Michaels Bed would not have fit in that closet they are talking about. Let me show you the actual “secret” room on a tour with Matt Lauer on Today last year.

Well Matt I would think it was something smaller than that bed wouldn’t you? Maybe he locked up young boys in there why don’t you ask Adrian McManus that was part of her story to a London tabloid. Does this little demonstration help at all to dispel yet another MJ myth of the secret room? And of course there is the slight exaggeration by Victor “The toad” that there were 36 bedrooms for his guests to choose from. If you look at the floor plan it didn’t even have enough bedrooms for his family and the nanny. Now back to “The Toad”.

I almost choked when I read this please tell me the police DID NOT USE THIS MANS INFORMATION FOR A SOURCE IN A POLICE INVESTIGATION! Yes he had a very valuable source inside the house, the Chandler’s maid.  He befriended her and the disgruntled former employee’s and built a case about Michael Jackson based on his sick fantasy. I would like to think that if Anthony Pellicano had  “visited” Victor he would never have been around to write his book that is for sure.

As for the police and most likely Tom Sneddon who may have been encouraged by Diane Dimond believing this man I just have to ask where their brains went in this case? It is evident though in Sneddon’s Petition to allow 1108 or prior bad acts that he was indeed their source. I just can’t tell you how stupid I think the police and prosecutors were in this case. I have no words to describe that level of ignorance. I have links to Sneddon’s Motion to permit evidence of prior bad acts and another link for an article by Roger Friedman about the fact that every single “abused boy” and witnesses are from a “Porn” book by Victor Gutierrez. The entire allegation and the 1993 case could have been blown wide open with this information. Can you believe that this man created what he did?

https://acrobat.com/#d=yJ4nLeqoNvlzX*1csQDVPQ

It is also the book. I am sure that Michael Jackson’s lawyers covered all forms of media in the slander suit against this guy just like the settlement covered every kind of media known at the time. As for being involved in Martin Bashir’s documentary all I can say is WHAT? I have not been able to find him in the credits but really? Did those 2 actually know each other before the documentary or is Victor “The Toad” just bragging? I have to add that there was another Documentary made by either Martin Bashir or ITV the original network in the UK that aired his nasty piece of rubbish. I hope someone can find it for me so I can add it here.

It certainly is sad for Victor that he didn’t get the recognition he so deserved and think of having to watch your lifes work being plagarized like he did. What a shame. I wonder who would have done that? I for one would LOVE to see you get the credit you SOOOOOOOOOOO  DESERVE.  All I can say is 2 BAD or let’s let Michael say it for us shall we?

“This stuff Corey Feldman said recently about ped…lia..being so blantant with some big movers and shakers in the movie business, and then William wagener had some video regarding it with powerful political figures really is something I never would have thought of before reading all this stuff.. .this nambla stuff in the shadows could really be very possible , especially if people in high places , who are familiar with this kind of stuff playing out in affluent and powerful social scenes, wanted to take mj down..maybe this victor who seemed to come out of nowhere and is even made an advisor to dateline had some connections to high placed people like him..it was just a thought ,almost like networking among them,,pretty sick though…’

Nan, we see the tip of the iceberg only – but we finally do see it! I very much hope that guys like Corey Feldman and Aaron Carter will speak up one day. This shouldn’t be left the way it is.

Look at Christopher Lewis for example. He is a film director and when he was 29 he was indicted with “soliciting boys ranging from ages 6 to 17 to perform lewd acts in their movies”. He was charged with child molestation and filming and distributing child pornography, along with 13 other men.

Want to know how he was punished?
He was sentenced to probation and a $500 fine!

    Quote from Wiki:

“Christopher Lewis (born 1944, Los Angeles) is a writer and film producer, primarily for television. In 1973, Christopher Lewis, then 29, was involved in a filmmaking scandal, while working for a company known as Lyric Productions. He was charged with child molestation and filming and distributing child pornography, along with 13 other men. Lewis and the other men were indicted with soliciting boys ranging from ages 6 to 17 to perform lewd acts in their movies. Despite pleading “no contest” to child molestation charges and potentially facing a significant term of imprisonment, Lewis was sentenced to probation and a $500 fine.[2]

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Lewis

Christopher Lewis says he is not guilty. Here is a piece defending his innocence and it is in this piece that he says the following:

“I wasn’t doing any harm to anybody. Even if the charges they leveled were true, it could still be shown that I never hurt anybody. Even according to the Grand Jury testimony, the kids were prostitutes. They said they were willing participants, and even the police didn’t deny that. So where is the harm? It’s just on the books. It’s a legal maneuver. That’s all. Just like income tax is a legal maneuver. Now the smart dude, in my mind, is the one who finds out how to pay the least possible income tax. It’s all just a game, And it’s all arbitrary. Right, wrong, justice, none of them has anything to do with it. It’s all in the way you present your case.

My attorney really did all the work. I just sat there and looked like I was sorry for having done all the things they thought I’d done. It’s really like negotiating a contract. That’s really all it is.”

    http://www.hunkvideoonline.com/library/lewis/index.html

I wonder what would have happened to Michael if he had ever said anything like that?

P.S. Filmography of Christopher Lewis: (4 titles)
1990 Dan Turner, Hollywood Detective (video)
1986 Revenge (video) A Cult of devil-worshippers prey on students for human sacrifice.
1985 The Ripper (video) An old antique ring turns a college professor into a homicidal maniac when he puts it on. The ring originaly belonged to Jack the Ripper, and the Ripper’s spirit possesses whoever wears it.
1985 Blood Cult (video) Female students on a college campus are being killed and their body parts used for blood sacrifices.

I noticed that someone said that the connection to evan and vg was the maid in evan chandlers house..I just think that with all the 1108 stuff, why did sneddon chose not to call the maid in evans house , perhaps because he didnt want to introduce VG into the trial ..I used to think that sneddon was just a jealous sick bigot ,but there are times where i wonder if he was doing this with someones blessings..How do you believe all the trash in VG book about Mj but not believe june chandler had a drinking problem., like vg said she did..it is obvious she didnt.
This stuff Corey Feldman said recently about ped…lia..being so blantant with some big movers and shakers in the movie business, and then William wagener had some video regarding it with powerful political figures really is something I never would have thought of before reading all this stuff.. .i think it was like mesereau said about a whole lot of people with an agenda, sneddon ,greedy people ,media , sony , but this nambla stuff in the shadows could really be very possible , especially if people in high places , who are familiar with this kind of stuff playing out in affluent and powerful social scenes, wanted to take mj down..maybe this victor who seemed to come out of nowhere and is even made an advisor to dateline had some connections to high placed people like him..it was just a thought ,almost like networking among them,,pretty sick though…

I totally agree with you, especially when you say this: «The advance knowledge of it is really very helpful – it makes you think on your own, it sharpens your observation skills, it helps you notice those little things which help you reconstruct the real picture, it makes you do your own research about facts and people – in short it is a great self-educational process and this is probably the way how I acquired some of my investigation skills. The advance knowledge of it is really very helpful – it makes you think on your own, it sharpens your observation skills, it helps you notice those little things which help you reconstruct the real picture, it makes you do your own research about facts and people – in short it is a great self-educational process and this is probably the way how I acquired some of my investigation skills.»

However, my skills, determination, outlook, philosophy and perspective have grown along with my angriness towards liars, crooks, thieves and all scumbags that hurt innocent people and in particular MJ. It’s so sad and unjust, as… “(…) He trusted people.”and “(…) anyone… everyone ripped him off.”
Then again, there’s no surprise: http://exm.nr/cYaItn

Anyway, I find some comfort in “History curiosities” like this one: from a total of 111 Roman Emperors, 80 died of violent death. 73 assassinated: 21 by soldiers and 52 by other individuals. Only 31 had natural death! :D

Yeah, nice Moshe (not my blog)… and here is the link for the interview (+ google translation): http://bit.ly/bipAF5
It seems also that Michael needed a lot of securing from his own security!!!??? hummm
    Btw, I’m still digging!

“there are too many “coincidences” behind events, investigations, allegations/claims and too many people and lobbies nasty influences… and still no one ever found a thing! Amazing, isn’t it?!”

Skeptikos, I have no doubt that there is much more to Michael Jackson’s smear campaign than we see on the surface – most probably someone on the top did not like his increasing influence with people and the message he was sending to the world. And it didn’t really need too much conspiracy – as soon as someone influential dropped at a dinner table that ‘the guy was thinking too much of himself and should be shown his place’ it was already enough for rank-and-file media people to feel that their hands were free. After that it was a matter of technicality to do the smear job which quickly turned into a snowball.

By the way I see that Michael’s songs like Leave me alone and Why you wanna trip on me were written well before the allegations started. Wikipedia says it all began in 1986 when tabloids began to publish false stories about Michael – oxygen chamber, bones of an elephant man, Bubbles, etc. It would be interesting to compare the year 1986 with some of our own findings and see what could have triggered it off.

Whether capitalism or no capitalism, I know very well that whatever country you take, yours or mine, we all have to live in a world of lies (it is only that they might be different), and I don’t even attempt to go into that as I know in advance that what I’ll hear will be at least half a lie.

The advance knowledge of it is really very helpful – it makes you think on your own, it sharpens your observation skills, it helps you notice those little things which help you reconstruct the real picture, it makes you do your own research about facts and people – in short it is a great self-educational process and this is probably the way I acquired some of my investigation skills.

Frankly, struggling with these people over their lies is not my cup of tea – to me a game called “You tell me a lie but what I really hear is the truth behind it” is much more interesting. This is actually what we are doing here with Michael’s haters – they shower us with their lies and we extract truth from them by a mere comparison of one lie with another. It is a fascinating process which is much more educational than obtaining true information ready-made. This way you learn not only to train your ear for telling lies from the truth but learn how to recognize the truth immediately upon seeing it.

The story from this link http://bit.ly/c27D1N is absolutely adorable (Thank you!) and I would like to add it to this Innocence post as an illustration of a couple of things I said earlier, okay?

«The game is called “We leave it here for you. Will anyone notice?”»
You’re right. Maybe some will notice but what can they really do? Tell others?! Who will listen? I truly believe MJ tried hard to tell the world what was/is going on. Who did listen though? A few fans… even now, how many are listening? Just a few… and see how fans are divided. Divide et impera, or Divide and Conquer with the helpful hand of mainstream news organizations, then and now:

«Let’s Fix Our News Before It Breaks Us!
(…) • Fox won a Florida Appellate Court decision that ruled news media can legally lie to the public.» http://www.ceasespin.org/index.html («This domain name expired on 10/06/2010 and is pending renewal or deletion»)
The whole story is here: «Fox News gets okay to misinform public, court ruling»: http://bit.ly/SiYwL

Anyway, MJ was/is indeed a great target: «(…) “Other than his music and concerts, kids meant the most to him. He would take them to record stores, clothing stores, where they’d buy them up… anything they wanted.” On Jackson’s credit cards. » Interesting reading here: http://bit.ly/c27D1N

Like you well said there are too many “coincidences” behind events, investigations, allegations/claims and too many people and lobbies nasty influences… and still no one ever found a thing! Amazing, isn’t it?! I totally agree with you, especially when you say this: «(…) if 1% of what they say here is true it is already enough for us to understand that someone could have been very much interested in hushing up their own crimes and depravity and putting all of it on someone else’s shoulders.»
And what if his – MJ’s – assets were also under greedy eyes like these here: http://bit.ly/9XUzn5 … we just have to put two and two together…

it’s the speech he’s using that make us fans here in Chile feel upset.

  7. October 14, 2010 7:12 pm

i saw an interview and he talked about morality and hope and all that stuff using the miners and earthquake, that’s why i said he’s cynic after all he’s cynic, and he uses all these stuff to show off on tv, i say all these stuff because i have see his interviews in chilean television, if somebody understand spanish go to youtube and look for the things he has said about Michael and you’ll understand what i’m talking since Michael died he has been making appearences in every tv show making money.

  8. October 14, 2010 6:58 pm

Yo, how is he using these miners for his own gain? What does cynicism have to do with a victory of human spirit?

P.S. Since he had the audacity to show his face where he didn’t belong they should have put him down there with no promise to raise – probably then he would have reconsidered his life.

  9. October 14, 2010 6:39 pm

i’m from Chile, and vg is using these miners thing to his own gain as it happened with the earthquake that’s why he had the interview with Latoya, like every opportunity he gets to be on tv or showin off, i think he was in Copiapo the day the miners were rescued and people started to insult him on his twitter account, he vg is a fame whore he just wants credit for being the maximum MJ expert, he is a cynic man.

  10. October 14, 2010 5:59 pm

Guys, I am thinking of something different.

Isn’t it amazing that right at the time when we are looking into the deeds of one despicable creature of a man, a Chilean Victor Gutierrez, who is showing us the deepest lows to which a human being can possibly fall, other Chileans are demonstrating to us the very best a human being is ever capable of?

Not being able to find a proper word for it can I call it just human splendor? The greatness of human spirit and its immense strength? Triumph of a human intellect? The valor and staunchness of those who were trapped inside and those who were free on the outside? The miracle human beings are capable of when they are really together? The infinite power of Love and Hope?

After all they were still looking for the missing minors seventeen days after all contact with them had been lost! Anyone in their place would have long given up and the poor men would have died there just of thirst and hunger – but no, they were still drilling hoping to find someone alive and they won. Amazing….

If there are any Chileans here let me send my biggest congratulations to them and their country. It is a fantastic victory and a huge encouragement to us all. You have shown to us human beings at their very best.

Am I the only one that remembers the sex scandal in Vatican? Right before 1993 allegations

  12. October 14, 2010 9:53 am

Cherie, as regards the case described here (http://www.forbes.com/feeds/ap/2010/10/14/entertainment-us-michael-jackson-taped_8011857.html?boxes=financechannelAP ) what surprises most is that no one ever had to answer for the illegal video taping of Michael Jackson and his lawyers on their trip back from Las Vegas.

It was done practically immediately after Tom Sneddon opened the case against MJ and issued an arrest warrant for him. Michael had been making a video in Las Vegas and was flying back with his lawyer to “surrender” to the police as Tom Sneddon expected him to.

Conversations between lawyer and client cannot be taped (it is illegal) and the media’s later comparison of Evan Chandler’s taped conversation with David Schwartz with this aircraft video is completely WRONG because California laws allow conversations to be taped in cases of suspected extortion while taping client-lawyer conversations is completely out of the question.

Larry King spoke with MJ’s lawyers (and Ray Chandler) about it:

KING: Did they definitely tape them, Brian?

KABATECK: There’s no question. And they came into court with a lawyer this morning who admitted it. They admitted it yesterday to Mark on the telephone. They admitted that they have the tapes. Their story varies. At times, they taped them. At other times, they suddenly found the tapes on an airplane that they own. Absolutely ridiculous.

KING: Would that be like a hidden mike on the plane?

KABATECK: They could have had a hidden mike on the plane. We certainly know they had two, not one but two hidden cameras on the plane filming both Mark and Michael.

    KING: Is that illegal?

    KABATECK: Absolutely.

KING: In California and Nevada, depending on where?

KABATECK: California, federal wiretap laws. Civil laws in California that make that conduct actionable. This is very, very serious matter.

KING: Do you think the airline company, the airline company did it?

KABATECK: I think it goes right to the top of the company.

GERAGOS: Right, and it dovetails right into what you just asked. We learned just really within the last few hours from very reliable sources that, in fact, the tape itself, the equipment — we do not know about the jet — was impounded. There was a FBI search with a warrant. So it appears that there must be a criminal investigation ongoing, which ironically, now with our restraining order, you know, the FBI now has the items. In fact…

KING: Have either of you seen the tape?

    KABATECK: No.

KING: OK. So again, breaking news here. The FBI, according to Matthew Geragos and Brian Kabateck, on informed sources to them, has impounded that tape. The FBI has possession?

    GERAGOS: That’s what we understand.

So the FBI had the tape, watched and either listened to it or deciphered it and found nothing incriminating again though MJ could have been quite outspoken there?

See the transcript of the full interview here: http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0311/25/lkl.00.html

The air company surely knew that they were doing an illegal thing and were risking big money in case of a suit – so who could have lured them into doing a thing like that? And why did they never answer though it was a really serious breach of law?

  13. October 14, 2010 9:24 am

I’ve started on the second article (http://www.voxfux.com/features/bush_child_sex_coverup/franklin.htm) and see that its subject is too specific for us as a MJ blog. Every country has a lot of corruption and I have no doubt that mine has the same too – but going into politics will really be too much for us. I hope you understand.

Let us just get familiar with the information and keep in mind that not all of it may be true. However even if 1% of what they say here is true it is already enough for us to understand that someone could have been very much interested in hushing up their own crimes and depravity and putting all of it on someone else’s shoulders.

  14. October 14, 2010 9:00 am

Skeptikos, I’ve read the first article only yet (http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2003/02/06/15709461.php) and am already amazed by a few parallels between what these people are doing and how it echoes on the media accusations of Michael Jackson:

    - over here they show the White house to male prostitutes at 1 am at night = and with MJ the media echo it by saying that MJ takes children to toy shops after they close (as if there was something terrible about it – he just couldn’t go there at another time, he was avoiding the mobs!)

    - some prostitutes blackmail politicians with real videos depiciting ‘perverted acts with call boys” = and off we go with a ‘video tape about MJ’ which turns out to have never existed (but there was so much hysteria around it that the damage is done anyway. Who listens to all those lawyers’ disclaims?)

    - an official resigns after admitting sex with teen age call boys (which was their age I wonder?) and no investigation follows = and in MJ’s case it is enough for one teenager to say something crazy about MJ and he is humiliated beyond measure by being strip searched and his penis and anus examined as if he were a convicted criminal!

    - they spend more than $20,000 a month on male prostitution of the corporate money as they pay by corporate credit cards = and here we go with all the hoopla about MJ buying toys for children up to the incredible $150!

    - they try to start an investigation against top officials focusing on “illegal interstate prostitution, abduction are use of minors for sexual perversion, extortion, larceny and related illicit drug trafficking” but “a highly placed federal official is working to derail the investigation” = and in MJ’s case the DA, police, FBI are keeping Michael under their surveillance for more than a decade and in spite of that never find anything!

Indeed, when you place real depravity on the left side and some unsubstantiated suspicions about an innocent person on the right side it is the contrast in the attention the media pays to each of the sides which is so astounding…

Well, the US started their war against Iraq in 2003. I don’t know if the charges against Michael have anything to do with that, but I have already heard Michael fans speculate: is it a coindicence?

I think there were several agendas in this:

    - The agenda of the p-les (this started it all).
    - The agenda of Sneddon and his (racist) group of people.
    - The agenda of the accusers themselves (which was very simple: “we want money”).
    - And maybe, just maybe, also a distraction strategy by bigger politics? (I’m not sure about this later, but I’m sure about the first three).

  17. October 14, 2010 7:35 am

“MJ’s cases were nothing more then outrageous distractions from the real scandals. Spectacular opportunities (also entertainment business) to avoid bringing to light all the lies and half truths of politicians and other psychos.”

Skeptikos, it is a very valid point. Whoever the people standing behind Michael’s smear campaign are, DISTRACTION is their favorable method. It is widely used by mediamen – if they want to hush up something really important they channel people’s attention to something more spectacular and it is exactly for this purpose that they cook all these crazy stories.

Imagine the vicious fun and perverse joy of those who select an innocent victim and accuse him of all the crimes they are actually guilty of. They can present a very truthful picture of the ‘crimes’ committed because they know everything about it and they derive enormous pleasure from the fact that they are fooling people so easily. In fact it is like a kind of a game for the powerful – they think they can do anything with fools like us.

Remember that film Trading places with Eddy Murphy and Dan Aykroyd where the millionaires made a bet for one dollar that within a very short time they would ruin a decent man and turn him into a scoundrel and turn a real scoundrel into someone ‘respectable’? It is a comedy but looks to me like real truth.

Sometimes it seems that these card players get bored and are ready to introduce some risk into the game by leaving a little evidence of what things are really like lying about all over the Internet or other media outlets – otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to find anything at all.

The game is called “We leave it here for you. Will anyone notice?”

  18. October 14, 2010 6:50 am

“I think we should carefully gather all pieces of information, write a report and give to them [FBI]. Let’s get rid of that pathetic creature once and for all.”

Olga, a good idea. Sanitating the environment by exposing these creatures is the ultimate goal, but first we need to gather all the information and back up each point with hard evidence – and only then make a comprehensive report. We cannot afford to be brushed off as some lunatics or them saying that this is all ‘hearsay’.

Well, I have my own theory… lets face it there’s no more powerful symbol in the USA than stardom and MJ was and still is (globally) a HUGE STAR.
Maybe his stardom, race, money and charisma made some people itch… a young black guy being loved by the whole world?! Becoming too rich and too powerful! Nah… that’s dangerous!

Especially when these scandals blew up: http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2003/02/06/15709461.php
    http://www.voxfux.com/features/bush_child_sex_coverup/franklin.htm

IMHO, MJ’s cases were nothing more then outrageous distractions from the real scandals. Spectacular opportunities (also entertainment business) to avoid bringing to light all the lies and half truths of politicians and other psychos.

Why don’t we send this information to FBI? Since they investigate these “welcome to sickness” conferences, they should be interested investigating one of their stupid members, especially since he tried to mislead the police investigation with his BS. I think we should carefully gather all pieces of information, write a report and give to them. Let’s get rid of that pathetic creature once and for all.

  21. October 13, 2010 8:04 pm

“So which one is true? It’s clear he is not honest about that (among many things) and BTW both of his stories are BS. The reason why he lies about why he was there is obvious: because he was there as a member. It’s not only clear from his lies, but also from the way he talks about “man-boy relationships”

Suzy, I agree. The point you are making about why both of the versions are lies is hitting it on the nail. The only thing I noticed is that he is contradicting himself even within one and the same article – starting with one thing and finishing with another, but I completely overlooked the REASON for all his irregular movements and theories.

And the reason is that he is trying to offer us this and that to explain why he was at that NAMBLA congress. He can’t admit that he was (or is) a member of it and is therefore freely experimenting with all these versions knowing that no one will ever compare them with what he said before.

So what do we have here?

    1) the version of reporting a p. congress for a newspaper is no good as there is top secrecy around such conferences and no journalists are allowed there.

The only information known is the city where they assemble. The venue is not disclosed to attendees until the last moment. Even if a journalist manages to overcome these barriers he will be able to see only the surface of what they show to the world. And on the surface they are a like a “trade conference” or scientific congress discussing “relationship between generations” – misunderstandings between father and son, problems of upbringing children and other innocent issues.

But real talk begins when they break up into groups or dine together where they know each other personally.

    2) The version of being there undercover from the LAPD is no good either as up till now only professional detectives have been able to infiltrate the organization.

Detectives say that “It’s just a well-run little organization,” “There is never anyone here who can take your calls,” and “the group discourages establishing local chapters to avoid police infiltration.”

There is no doubt that Victor Gutierrez could not have gone there under cover as he himself sadly admits that he is not someone special for the police – on the contrary, they didn’t even pay attention to his book because he is “nobody” and is just “a Latino reporter” to them.

So in what other capacity could Victor Gutierrez attend such a congress?
Only as a member of it.

This means that VICTOR GUTIERREZ IS A P-LE.

P.S. And the book he has written about Michael is full of so many little “details” which can be known only to the insider of p-lia circles and are actually telling the tale about Victor Gutierrez, not MJ.

I wish it was just a terrible joke that all this time the worst Michael’s detractors – Diane Dimond and Tom Sneddon – have been associating with a real p. and have been drawing information from him. And no one has ever questioned his background? And the national television showed him as if he were the biggest authority and best consultant on the matter? And he probably is?

    @ Helena

VG obviously lies about why he was at that NAMBLA conference. It’s proven by the fact he changes his story about that. In the Tageszeitung they say he was sent by the newspaper he worked for. Or to be more precise they write this: “He quickly finds a job at a Spanish newspaper in L.A., he becomes police reporter (ie. a criminal reporter for the paper, not someone who works for the police, otherwise they would say he worked for the police. In this article however they don’t say he worked for the police.) In 1986 he reports from a congress of NAMBLA.”

In GQ he claims he was sent by the LAPD. In the Tageszeitung it isn’t even mentioned.

So which one is true? It’s clear he is not honest about that (among many things) and BTW both of his stories are BS.

Like you pointed out with the help of this (http://legacy.signonsandiego.com/news/metro/20050217-2208-manboy-daily.html) article NAMBLA doesn’t welcome journalists to report from their congresses. And the GQ story is even more ridiculous. Why would the police send a no-name journalist to spy on NAMBLA? The police does such actions with their own, trained people, not with outsiders! (I have just seen a documentary the other day about how a detective went undercover within a motorcycle gang called “The Mongols”.) And obviously from his Tageszeitung interview VG has a big sympathy towards NAMBLA and the p. “case” so he would never spy on them for the police. The reason why he lies about why he was there is obvious: because he was there as a member. It’s not only clear from his lies, but also from the way he talks about “man-boy relationships” either in his book or in the Tageszeitung article and elsewhere.

  23. October 13, 2010 5:28 pm

Lynette, the post is great and the material is mind blowing. You’ve already discussed it so I would like to add just a couple of observations.

That note about Victor Gutierrez helping Bashir with the documentary is completely sensational. It makes it all the more clear that Bashir’s film was a well planned provocation. It seems we should add to the Veritas scheme picturing the main players a lot more characters from this article including VG/Bashir’s link and all those ‘source maids’.

I see no reason why we shouldn’t believe that VG-Bashir connection existed. Haters tend not to disclose materials which may be detrimental to themselves so if they published it they evidently couldn’t resist a little bragging about how thorough their investigation was so that their ‘best source’ was working on the documentary side by side with Bashir.

However sometimes they get entangled in their own lies. What about this sentence that Gutierrez first went undercover with the LAPD? Am I correct in understanding that they mean to say that Gutierrez was sent by the police to a certain secret organization (evidently NAMBLA as they discussed MJ there) and continued his investigation all this time being on a mission from the police?

But if it was a police mission why didn’t they take any action when Gutierrez sent them his book as a result of his investigation? It was a kind of a report of what he had found, wasn’t it? Then why does Gutierrez say that they didn’t pay attention to it as “he was a nobody. Just a Latino reporter”?

So he was a nobody to the LAPD or was he on their mission? Which way is it?

Another phrase which attracted my attention is that “unlike Jordan’s diary he couldn’t prove the existence of the video”. Sorry, but where is the proof that this diary ever existed?

If it had it should have been provided to the police and judging by the things said about it the diary would have become the main incriminating evidence in both the Chandlers and Arvizo cases. They should have presented it to the Grand jury back in 1993/94 and would have surely obtained an indictment if it had been true and it should have been introduced into the 2005 trial on the very first day of it which would have immediately ended the trial with a guilty verdict without any further effort from the prosecution.

So what I see about Gutierrez is that he is whistling his lies even without trying to introduce some links between them so that each lie is more or less credible when taken separately however when you put them together the whole story immediately falls into pieces.

Demon Dimond wrote another hilarious article on the Rutgers student suicide.

A person corresponded with the evil Demon by email after Michael’s death. Apparently, Demon admitted to this person her sources and information are all LIES but she won’t stop spreading her filth. She wrote something about visiting Michael’s mausoleum and had his fedora (she’s a SICK bitch who steals from the dead!!). She even wrote an article about Michael being buried close to devil worshipers, gypsies, ghosts. The Demon is INSANE!!

    http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2009-09-01/michaels-foreverland/

Why do you think Demon avoided reporting on the CONVICTED GUILTY pedophile Roman Polanski? Maybe it’s the fact he’s WHITE and she’s a racist tabloid hack relegated to the 3rd tier crime genre. She made it clear that she targets high profile black celebrities and cares nothing for the truth. Notice she kept silent on the autopsy report confirming Michael’s vitiligo, Prince Jackson’s detected vitiligo, the charges Conrad Murray is facing. She kept her ugly mouth shut on those details because they directly challenge her LIES!!

She will eventually implode now that her target is gone. The end will not horrible for the evil demon.

Funny the only thing that Dr. Klein did was try to get money for a green coat, an unpaid bill and break the childrens heart whenhe had his “friend ” Jason Pffiefer say Michael had been his lover. Yes Diane I know it was early in the game but the children are right where they should be, with Katherine Jackson.

Michael Jackson’s PR “Orietta Murdock”. That rings a bell. Wasn’t there a post sometime back of Jordan Chandler’s drawing of Michael’s privates, and there was a mention of Orietta Bleach cream? The researchers here (who are EXCELLENT) could not find any such product ever being made. Maybe it wasn’t a cream, but a person and one of the Chandlers got confused.

This is off topic, but I wanted to post this because I know it’s been very depressing having to uncover this garbage on Victor Guiterrez the last few weeks, as well as having to deal wit Oprah exploiting MJ’s mom and kids in her upcoming interview with them, so I got some videos to cheer you up!

This first video show MJ opening up the NASDAQ Stock Exchange on his birthday in 2001:

And to go down memory lane, this is part 1 of 4 of a documentary on the 1984 Victory Tour! Looking back, it’s amazing how they forced fans to pay to enter a lottery to buy tickets! They had good intentions, but it was executed very poorly! And for MJ to be criticized for meeting with Ronald Reagan, man! He just couldn’t do ANYTHING without getting criticized! It’s not like it was his idea to go, he was invited!

I don’t have high hopes about Dimond. She won’t backtrack on anything, because she is not an honest person who was just mislead by others. Her whole career and everything she has built so far would collapse if she’d accept that MJ was innocent. Also let’s not forget her friendship with Sneddon and Zonen. I don’t think it’s worth wasting our time with her.

Of course VG working for the LAPD as an undercover in 1986 is an obvious lie. Why would the LAPD hire a no-name journalist, who just came to the US, for that job instead of sending one of their detectives? And like you said, Lynette, why wouldn’t there be arrests then? Victor was there, but because he is one of them. I’m sure of that from the way he is advocating p-lia when he talks in that Tageszeitung interview! And as a p. himself – or at least an obvious sympathizer – why would he go undercover for the police against his friends?

  47. Suzy permalink

Thanks Lynette for yet another piece of explosive information on VG. Can anybody still have any doubts? We almost have the FULL picture now! This is incredible! How come nobody in the mainstream media have ever discovered this? Mary Fischer should write a part 2 to her article or something. This is THE bombshell IMO.

Blanca Francia – so she too was VG’s spy within Michael’s camp, way before the allegations. This is interesting.

And that note about VG participating in the making of the Bashir docu! Wow! If that’s true then we know why Bashir had the agenda he had.
