What MICHAEL JACKSON’S EARTH SONG says about a North Korean video of a virtual missile attack

It concerns an awful anti-American video released by someone in North Korea and set to Michael Jackson’s music “We are the world”, thus evidently calling on everyone to “be as one” in their hate against the US.

If the video is genuine it is not only an outrage against peace on the planet and a stupid and irresponsible saber rattling, but it is also a great disservice to Michael Jackson’s fans.

First, it contradicts everything Michael ever said or did. He loved all people on earth and excused even the worst of his enemies. The harshest reaction his detractors ever had from him was simple wonder and trying to understand why they were so keen on dragging him through the mud.  Belligerence was absolutely alien to Michael and this is what he would want his supporters to avoid at all costs – even if they know that they are right through and through, and Michael’s detractors are all wrong in their stupid lies about him.

Second (and again only in case the video isn’t fake), it seems that someone in North Korea might be trying to influence a huge multitude of Michael’s fans to try and turn his supporters the world over against the country where Michael was born. If this is indeed the case I regard it as a very dangerous trend none of us should ever fall for.

Even if Michael was hounded to death by the US media and some individual crooks there, the nation is still not responsible for what these individuals did, especially since a great many honest Michael’s countrymen are fighting for the truth about Michael in the same way all the rest of us do.

And every life was also precious to Michael Jackson, especially the life of children who cannot and should never answer for what some adults do. If we could we should send a Heal the world video to N.Korea to show how Michael would have felt about their irresponsible threat.

Michael was also all about understanding other people – the woes and trouble they go through, and weaknesses all of us have. And he never brushed off as hopeless even the worst of his harassers or any other evil world personalities. In fact, he was sure that love could heal everything on this planet – every wound, every mistake made in the past and every wrong ever done.

This is why his other song, Earth song,  finishes with cut trees going back to where they were growing, a dead man opening his eyes and the desert place once again being populated with animals and vegetation that seemed to be already gone.

Michael believed that evil is not forever and things can be reversed or changed if we change ourselves too and try a different path. Michael was all for growing the best within our souls in the first place and therefore no one and nothing on the planet should be a target for destruction – because once the destruction really takes over there will be no hope and no way back.

Destruction wasn’t Michael’s way and is not ours either. 

Michael was all about living and changes that we are capable to create with our own hands if we really want it. And his Earth Song is not only about the environment as everyone usually thinks. It is also about the revival of human beings to what they were initially supposed to be like – responsible, caring, loving and being together no matter which place of the planet they found themselves in.

Let us consider that the “Earth song” is an answer Michael Jackson would have given if he were able to see together with us the N.Korean video we’ve just seen.

    Michael hoped for it all his life but began to achieve it only in his death. His supporters are making the first steps of course, but I can frankly tell you that now I trust Michael’s true followers more than some of my compatriots in my country. Spiritual ties are much stronger and are crossing all borders.

    You may very well enjoy the book “Nonviolent Communication” written by Marshall B. Rosenberg.”

    Thank you, when I have time for it I sure will. But I am a firm believer in non-violent resistance anyway. Christ was the first to speak about it, our writer Leo Tolstoy turned it into the central idea of his works and Mahatma Gandhi successfully implemented it in India freeing the country from colonization without a single shot in the 40s.

    It looks incredible but it works! And it works much better because it does not kill anyone – it works solely by reforming a human being. By the way Gandhi learned these ideas from Tolstoy with whom he corresponded until 1910 when Tolstoy died. Of course cases like North Korea are difficult ones, but hopefully even here something can be done, especially if all the rest are in agreement.

    I agree. It seems that the traditional philosophy based on force, fear and very often lies, and the new one based on the principles I am not yet ready to define are beginning to run parallel to each other. They do their thing, we do ours. Sneddon, Dimond and the rest of them are also a traditional force, while Michael was absolutely not. This is why Dimond is even partially intrigued by him.

    I think they knew who the the song is by perhaps they even know the whole concept of the song and why it was made in the first place or maybe they chose it because it had the word WORLD in the title.

    Just when you thought North Korea couldn’t get any more disturbing.

    A leaked official police document reportedly details at least one case of cannibalism.

    If true, the report would validate what has been rumored in the North for quite some time: that people are so hungry they are eating other people.

    According to the Korea Herald:

    “The report, later obtained by South Korea’s Caleb Mission, provided a rare look into the alleged cannibalism and other crimes, but it did not say whether cannibalism has become a widespread practice.

    In one account, a male guard who could not bear his hunger killed his colleague using an ax, ate some of the human flesh and sold the remainder in the market by disguising it as mutton, the report said, without giving any further details such as when the alleged crime occurred.”

    The confidential, 791-page document, called a “Manual for workers in law enforcement,” chronicles 721 criminal cases. The majority of cases involved food.

    Five of the cases, according to the International Business Times, involved cannibalism.

    While there is some doubt as to the veracity of everything described in the report, its official nature leads experts to believe most of its contents can be taken as fact.

    “I have been studying North Korean laws for the last forty years and have never seen anything like this inner document of the North Korean law enforcement unit,” said Jang Myung-bong, a specialist in North Korean laws.

    “It is a very critical resource in which we can take a peek on important changes of North Korean law and vividly depict the real life within the society.”

    There can be no doubt that much of North Korea is hungry. But a recent report suggests the famine may not be widespread.

    The findings of a U.S. team led by Robert King, U.S. special envoy on North Korean human rights, apparently say that there isn’t a full-blown crisis, though some parts of the country are experiencing drastic shortages, according to the South Korean publication, Dong-a Ilbo.

    Based on this assessment, Washington is likely to recommend that food assistance is necessary for certain regions in the North where food is in particularly short supply.

    But those places in need, according to the North Korean report of cannibalism, are perhaps worse off than anyone thought.

    The way the Kim-dynasty runs the country is Hitler+Stalin.On a site there was a comment by a woman who lived in Checkoslivakia while it was behind the iron curtain. She said the NK system is not communism. It is pure horror.-I have heard that even cannibalism has occurred. On a vid by a former inmate in their prison system (somehow she apparently managed to escape) said that many people died, a political prisoners life lasted only 3 years.The people are starrving and have to work enormous work quatas, this way gives them little opportunity to even think. In the prison system hunger is so stark that they even have resorted to digging up recently buried bodies for food. These images of horror kept me awake most of the night. If someone has escaped NK the family left behind is punished. Many people in the prison system do not know what they are guilty of and of they ask they are punished further.
    And now the news are that they have conducted yet another atom experiment.

    Susanne, I think that people are simply trying to approach one and the same thing from different sides and angles. I’m familiar with esoteric literature too.

    I think that he singled out the most important things and disregarded the unimportant. And most people do exactly the opposite – pay attention to details which in reality do not matter and are even harmful as they turn their attention away from the essential.

    Well, even hard-core scientists are baffled by the unknown side of our reality which is not seen to the eye. The recent Newsweek of October 2012 tells of a British neurosurgeon Dr. Eben Alexander teaching at Harvard Medical School and other universities, who pledged to study this realm now that he returned from a place no one really returns from:

    Oh sure, Susanne. The spam filter is malfunctioning as the settings do allow for the links. And thank you very much for the article. It gives us another great insight into what Michael was really like.

    Tabloids would interpret Michael’s move as if he were acting out of the “feeling of grandeur” or “self-aggrandizing”, while Michael was actually very much hesitant and suggested his help against all hope:

    NEW YORK (Via Intent.com) – The last time I spoke to my friend Michael Jackson was about a month ago, 3 weeks before his shocking death. He had called me late one night to ask about another of my close friends who he had read about in the news. Laura Ling, a former colleague and friend, was detained originally by North Korean border guards along with her colleague Euna Lee on March 17th. Since then, they have been imprisoned, had very little contact with their families or western officials, and endured a secretive trial at which they were sentenced to twelve years hard labor. At this present moment, it is unclear where Laura and Euna are – whether they remain in a government guesthouse where they were originally held, in a hospital (due to medical problems for both of them), or moved to the infamous North Korean labor camps that many do not survive.

    Michael had read some of the details regarding Laura and Euna’s predicament. As was often the case with him and global events he read about – from famine in Africa to victims of natural disasters in far off countries, to orphans created by wars – he felt a deep sense of empathy for Laura and Euna. When I shared with him that Euna had a four-year-old daughter, he was even more anguished.

    He asked me whether I had had any contact with Laura. I told him I had written her a few letters and had been assured they were getting through. Outside of that, her own family had only heard from her twice – brief monitored phonecalls – in the over three months they had been imprisoned. When I told him that, Michael paused.

    “Do you think,” he said hesitantly, “that the leader of North Korea could be a fan of mine?”

    I didn’t really know how to respond. Not much is known about the reclusive Kim Jong Il or “Dear leader” as he is called in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. Over the years it’s been alleged he has a thing for Hollywood, certain NBA stars, Elvis, and specific liqueurs. Still, I’d never heard about any connection between Michael Jackson and Kim Jong Il.

    Michael said he had seen some pictures on the internet of the Dear Leader. “You’know, he wears jackets like mine.”
    I couldn’t help but laugh a little. It’s true. Michael always had a fascination with military-like jackets, the types with markers and badges on the collars and shoulders. If you search it online, you will indeed find a lot of images of Michael and Kim Jong Il, similarly bedecked in analogous outfits.

    “I don’t really know,” I answered Michael. “But I can try and find out.”
    “Please,” Michael responded without hesitantly, “because maybe if he was a fan, I could help get those girls home.”

    I explained to Michael that there were larger geo-politics involved, nuclear programs, a new administration trying to assert its foreign policy strategy (Obama), and another one in NK possibly going through some sort of transference of power.

    “Yeah,” Michael said wistfully, “but if someone wants to do something good, they just can. They don’t really need to worry about all that other stuff.”

    And that was really the end of that conversation. I kept my promise and tried to see if I might find a connection between MJ and KJI, but sadly I wasn’t able to. Before I was able to get back to Michael, the news regarding his tragic passing broke. The tributes and commemoratives began in earnest and have not stopped.

    Then the irony occurred to me, the far out bizarre seemingly impossible possibility: there is really only one person in the world today that could make a truly meaningful tribute to Michael Jackson. If indeed Kim Jong Il ever was a fan of Michael Jackson, ever gasped at Michael’s moonwalk, smiled at Thriller, hummed along to the Jackson Five or any of Michael’s countess hits, his pardoning of Laura Ling and Euna Lee and sending them home to their families would be a profound act of compassion, a true tribute to a man whose death has left the entire world in mourning. What a better way to re-invent himself and his own conflicted image than for Kim Jong Il to send a message of hope, forgiveness, and empathy as a commemoration of possibly the greatest icon of our times. It’s an act that would be historic, covered by every news organizations in the world, and be immortalized in the annals of time.

    Alas, maybe I’m naïve to have such dramatic hopes for my friend and her colleague, to think that leaders of nations may be influenced by the dying wishes of great artists. Or…maybe not. To me, Michael’s memory will always be as a great friend and mentor. To many around the world, it will be as an iconic and brilliant musical artist. Wouldn’t it be staggering if one Kim Jong Il were to honor him – post-death – as a truly great humanitarian?

    It isn’t naivety or self-aggrandizing, it is the concept of simply “do your best and let things take care of themselves”. It is the concept our Leo Tolstoy adhered to, and probably Mahatma Gandhi too. When he was a young man he was struck by Tolstoy’s ideas of doing one’s best in abidance by God’s rules and non-violent resistance to evil. It was the concept of non-violent resistance that later led his country to independence.

    And ultimately it is the concept that was first expressed by Jesus. Jesus was the first to show this non-violent path to winning over evil – set the highest margin possible, live by it and never fear what tomorrow brings. The Father will do the rest.

    But I get your point and will try to rewrite that post to make the idea clearer. Now I am busy trying to make some conclusions from the recent discussion I had on Youtube.

    Nannoris, I don’t think that the people who made that video are really fans. And they used the melody only without the lyrics, so the overwhelming majority of North Koreans would not even know that it is Michael Jackson’s music. Just a good melody and that’s it.

    But the video is sending a signal to those who really know Michael’s legacy – Americans in the first place and all others familiar with MJ’s music well enough to know the lyrics and meaning of the song. And the meaning of the song is “We are the world” – we are one, we should be together fighting against evil and for the world’s good.

    In the context of an imaginary missile attack against the US, sending a message to the rest of the world that “we are together” can be interpreted only as a call to join those in N.Korea who hate the US.

    It is a clear provocation in which none of us wants to take part. And Michael Jackson would have been abhorred if he could know.

    It was 2009 when Bill Clinton went to North Korea , Aug of 2009, I believe.
    I remember the story of Gotham too saying MJ thought maybe the leader of the country was a fan because he seemed to wear the same kind of military stuff as MJ or something..’He was very concerned because one or both of them were mothers and their children hadnt seen them .., and he offered to help..
    What a sweet man..
    And now they are using his music for this video..

    This discussion about North Korea is interesting when you consider that according to Gotham Chopra Michael once asked him: “Do you think that the leader of North Korea could be a fan of mine?” Apparently Michael had the wish to help free the two women from the US (Euna Lee and Laura Ling) who had been imprisoned in North Korea in 2009. One of them was a friend to Gotham Chopra and Michael called him to offer his help shortly before he died.

    It struck me that the Kim-dynasty may be secret fans of Michaels music. Though this use of it for” the dream of a young NorthKorean man” is the opposite of Michael´s dreams for the future .Most members of that dynasty have a background of Western education, a great interest in movies, both western and of their own making.This was really misuse and theft of Michaels music. But it would not surprise me if they have it all .The mother of the present Kim Jong -un was a Japanese dancer. I think it was his father or grand father who even kidnapped a Japanese filmstar and kept her in North Korea. Kim Jong Il´s father composed an opera himself, “The Flowergirl Opera”.

    The real heir should have been Kim Jong Il´s eldest son,Kim Jong nam, but he was disqualified due to a secret attempt to visit the Japanese Disney World. This Kim Jong nam´s son, 18 yo has given an interview last Oct. for the finnish TV, intervied in Bosnia -Herzegovinia by our ex-defence minister Elisabeth Rehn ,78 yo.His name is Kim Han sol.     I have yet to hear of the Estate of Michael Jackson giving 20% of his estate to charity, as he requested in his will.

    The estate is currently in probate, they can’t give 20% to charity until it gets out of probate when all the debts have been paid off. Large estates normally spend some years in probate, Marilyn’s took I think up to 10 years after she died.

    Forgive me everyone if this doesn’t flow in the discussion but…

    I have yet to hear of the Estate of Michael Jackson giving 20% of his estate to charity, as he requested in his will. I sincerely think that we, Michael Jackson’s fans, should rally the Estate to finally build a Michael Jackson Children’s Hospital. I know this would cost a tremendous amount of money, and I think the Michael Jackson Estate would be the only agency to be able to do this. Therefore, I think the estate should proceed to honor Michael by doing this, since this was such a fervent desire of Michael Jackson, up until the time of his death. I don’t know why the estate is taking such a long time in giving Michael’s 20% to charity, but this may be a blessing in disguise. Wouldn’t it be exceedingly wonderful for a Michael Jackson’s Children’s Hospital to be located at Neverland? ! That would mean that the Michael Jackson Estate would have to buy Neverland too. Ok, Executors Branca and McClain, just do it! Please pass the word.

    Tatum, I have to spend these two past days talking to haters. They keep barraging me with lies about the 1993 and 2005 case on Youtube where I left a video about MJ/the Chandlers in Monaco (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYRlxIItwG8). And they more they lie to me the angrier I get.

    Now haters are not satisfied with the proof that Jordan described Michael as circumcised because these words are coming from tabloids. Now they need the same proof from the mainstream media, or otherwise they will not believe that Jordan ever said it. For 20 years they bought every lie told by tabloids but now they have suddenly turned so picky and fastidious that they want proof of his words from “reliable” sources only. Tabloids are no longer good for them.

    Fortunately we still have books like Gutierrez’s, Stacy Brown’s and Taraborrelli’s. I say that we are fortunate about it because the mainstream media effectively erased everything in connection with Jordan’s words from their internet articles.

    This is so outrageous a process that I am simply lost for words.

    Jordan Chandler did indeed say that Michael was circumcised and we simply remember it in addition to all the books confirming his words. But the process of revising history is going on. The mainstream media (same as tabloids) is getting rid of the information. They don’t want people to remember that Jordan made that crucial mistake and once everyone forgets what he said they will go on dragging Michael through the mud, but this time claiming that Jordan described him correctly.

    The same thing is happening with the so-called evidence “seized” at Neverland. You will find hundreds of articles speculating about “love letters”, photos of “naked boys” found, and something terrible still to be retrieved from Michael’s computers, but only a couple of articles say in one tiny sentence that all the 16 computers produced nothing according to the FBI files and there were no love letters at all, and no naked photos either.

    What is it?

    Is it ideology or what?

    If it isn’t a concerted effort of some media moguls to misrepresent facts about Michael then I don’t know what else it is.

    Fortunately very few of my compatriots read this blog due to their poor knowledge of English, otherwise I don’t know what they would think of the US media. I am utterly amazed that the media people themselves don’t understand what a terrible impression they are producing on others and what a disservice they are doing to their own country. Many of my countrymen still believe in the “freedom of press” in your place and that the media is indeed “independent of any bias” there.

    Well, now at least I know that it isn’t.

    I never say a word to anyone not to seed any negativism, but the more haters attack the truth about MJ and the more lies the media tells about him, the more tempted I am to say to my people, “Our media tells lies, but their media tells lies too and the naive you will not find any truth or freedom there either. It is no model to follow for us – not at all. Let us seek something different instead”.

    When I was starting this blog three and a half years ago I looked at everything through rose-colored glasses. Now I cannot even express how infinite my disappointment is. Not with our work, but with your media.

    Sorry guys, but this is at least honest.

    This is not surprising at all, its no different of how nations perform prior to the event of wars. Many say God bless X and then the preist come and pray over the soldiers to protect them while theyre killing innocent people. All of it is perverted and contradictory. In an example, Jesus said a slave is not greater than his master so since Gods standards are being twisted and missapplied, Michaels expressions of peace in his songs would be used in this manner too.

    That country is weird, scary and also a butt for jokes,black humor. I feel sorry for the people there.Nasty saber rattling that is.Their satellite got some fault in Dec,2012.
    I was just writing a more comprehensive comment on this issue when suddenly the whole page disappeared.I may return to that later.

    Thank you for your words, Helena. You express exactly what I feel. It’s sad that many (western) people regard faith in God as backward or conservative, and on the other hand they often create their own belief, like esoterism etc. It seems many still cannot live without believing in something, but as it is old-fashioned to believe in God they create their own Gods.
    Michael seemed to have understood what faith in God really means, what it includes and what is unimportant. He had this whole picture, the epitome of faith, which gave me many new insights. He had this connection to be able to grow with it.

    Yes, this is a well-known fact. And he also tried to live by what the bible says.

    I see that Michael’s belief in God is often looked upon by his fans with some embarrassment as if it were something shameful, indecent and not to be discussed in public. As if it showed him to be “right-wing”, “conservative”, “defying progress”, “invading other people’s freedom”, etc. In short it is understood in the prism of what the people of today put into the concept of faith.

    For some reason people now think that you need to be utterly conservative or backward to believe in God. And that if someone is a believer he should necessarily exalt himself, stand on his knees from morning till night, and do many other similar things which demonstrate to the public and himself “how deep his faith is”.

    As far as I understand it, Michael’s faith was totally different. It was a simple understanding that all great things on our planet – like beautiful nature, a great sunset, the wonder of children being born or the miracle of making music come not from people but from a high power above us which we are unable to understand or explain.

    He felt music inspiration on a daily basis and at most unexpected moments of his life, when he was busy doing everyday things and was absolutely not sitting at a piano composing music. The song just came to him and fell on his lap ready-made – and each time he realized that it was a sort of a present sent to him from high above just because it was done in so routine and unexpected a manner, when he wasn’t even thinking about it. In these circumstances anyone will start wondering where all these heavenly harmonies and breathtaking beats are coming from.

    In short Michael was living with a feeling that this great power was sort of taking care of him and regularly manifesting itself through those great moments of inspiration. And there was neither exaltation, nor too much talk about how Michael felt about it – it was a mere acceptance of His presence in Michael’s life and a quiet confidence that he would never be abandoned or left alone by that great power.

    All Michael did was constant gratifying the Almighty for the gifts sent to him and trying to live following His principles in order not to break that precious bond. He also often addressed the Father (even in his songs) and in moments of utter pain literally screamed for His help.

    Any “molestation” issues in those circumstances were simply out of the question. And this should be understood by each and everybody.

    This is probably right. There are so many different understandings of Lord that it will be difficult to reach a consensus and the matter of choosing whose understanding is better will turn into an explosive subject. So let us keep it on an individual basis only, and a voluntary one at that.

    One’s own volition is absolutely indispensable.

    Thank you. It is due to the prayers of individual people that things are still not too bad for all of us. Please continue praying and for N.Korean people as well, because no one wants anything bad for them either – all they need is a little freedom, so that they start building a normal life.

    Michael Jackson obeyed The Lord… this Y he was such a great success story and Yes he prayed for his enimies and loved them…Michael wasn’t only gifted he was wise beyond his years… I truly believe he had many spiritual encounters with the other side..     I live in country Y because this where The Lord placed me.. I have slept thruogh earth quakes here in philly.. and I have Rebuked stroms.. and if I have To! I will be Rebuking North Korea! End of story!! I don’t fear them Y ! Yashua said not to!! America is only Blessed as long as we walk in His commandments and be faithful ..America has to obey G-DS laws too! Then we will be blessed and have No fear of our enimines.. we must first clean up our back yard and treat our ppl fair and just.. and stay out of Forigen affairs like Thomas’s Jefferson said and don’t allow bankers to take over our $$$ … This Y we feel threatened ! We have broken our own laws at thxpsense of $$$$$and sold our own country at the exspense of our Children and shook hands with the devil.. then he comes to collect by way of war and famine and debases on the inhabitants of America!!     Recently in an interview with a diplomat from NorthKorea this came up and it was stated by this diplomate that north Korea military was tittering with considering in provoking a nuke war… I remember how Nikita Krucheif use to threaten The US.. one day I woke to the awesome news that he had died… I know to that this Threat will come to and End.. Michael stood for Peace and Love and its still true in the hearts of all his real fans.. Michael knew he was dying .. he laid down in his faith Y cause he knows his Redemeris at hand.. he also knew The Truth! That The Rightous will inherent the earth!     I am also moving Linda’s comment on the N.Korean’s video and my reply to her to this post, as it belongs here better.

    Linda, in case of North Korea it is the result of an ideology impressed on the people. And their total isolation from the world. From my own experience I know that when you are staying behind the “iron curtain” they can tell you anything, and you will believe it as there is nothing else to hear. The same thing day in, day out – like they did it with Michael brainwashing the public with everyday lies – and as a result people start believing the most incredible things.

    And what they are saying in North Korea about you (and any of us) only God knows – people there are so isolated that most don’t know that Michael Jackson died and who he was at all. I am sure that if the information wall were pulled down people would eventually understand what’s what, because North Koreans are essentially the same nation as South Koreans – and look how different apart they have been taken by a different ideology.

    But by ideology I understand not what the authorities say about “who your enemy is” – fortunately these days this is rarely done, if done at all (at least in my country). No, by ideology I mean the system of values people have. And over here things are not as happy as one would like them to be.

    I’ll tell you frankly how I feel about the values which started prevailing in my place once the information barrier fell. It is the “money comes first” or “money decides it all” principle. Our people rushed to make money at all costs, with no consideration for the way money is made and without looking back at what their conscience tells them. What’s typical is that those very people who yesterday propagated old ideology (with no pangs of conscience either) were the first to acquire the new rules. No surprises here – these people always do what is best for their careers and well-being only. There is no place for conscience in their set of values.

    Of course all this has little to do with the US as it is the immaturity of our own society which made us acquire your principles in so crooked a way. But it seems that you are not without fault either. Even in this blog everyone tells me that the worst Michael’s haters did it for the sake of money only – the media, lawyers like Larry Feldman, the accusers themselves, all those former Michael’s employees who turned into his detractors, etc., and all this makes me realize even better that money can also be an ideology of its own, and a very bad one at that.

    I am no hypocrite and having money is a very good thing, but it is making money at any cost is what I detest.

    They are probably trying to turn Michael’s fans the world over against the country where he was born. This is indeed a very sick but a rather sophisticated and stealthy approach which I regard as very dangerous. It has nothing to do with Michael as it goes against anything Michael ever said or did. Someone is simply trying to use Michael’s good name for their own agenda.

    Exactly, and that is why all of the rest of us (I mean non-Americans) should not allow to turn Michael into a tool of propaganda against his own people. There are very many Americans who love Michael and not only for his music but for his innocence and great personality he was – with his love for people, infinite humaneness and generous sharing of everything he had with others. And these honest people are fighting for the truth in the same way all others do.

    I think it isn’t a conspiracy per se, but it is indeed demonic. We are fighting anti-God forces which are all around us. Just like Michael did, we should pray to God every minute of our lives – Father, please help us in our fight for the truth. There are too many of them, and the facets of evil are too numerous for us human beings to cope with them.

    I really mean it.
