There is nothing better than a good laugh at Wade Robson’s current insanity and there is no one who can do it better than the British journalist Charles Thomson.

Four years ago his truthful articles about Michael Jackson already helped us to survive during the days and months following Michael’s death. And now he has written an absolutely hilarious article sorting out this Wade Robson’s mess and disclosing some very interesting details on the way.

Just look at this point,  for example:

  • “Wade Robson has repeatedly worked for AEG and apparently already has future work lined up with the corporation, but his lawyer has denied any connection between the court cases.”

Oh, so Robson repeatedly worked for AEG and now even has some future work lined up with them? Well, this is exactly what we anticipated after hearing Robson’s story miraculously coinciding with the first testimonies at the AEG trial. And of course his lawyer is denying it…

I hope Charles Thomson does not mind my reposting at least part of his article as I absolutely cannot resist it – the article is truly unforgettable experience. The full of it can be  found in Charles Thomson’s blog:  http://charlesthomsonjournalist.blogspot.co.uk/2013/05/the-sworn-testimony-that-will-come-back.html

And let me precede it with a well-known saying:

  • “History repeats itself, first as tragedy and then as farce” .

The sworn testimony that will come back to haunt Wade Robson

by Charles Thomson

When you’ve been covering Michael Jackson for any significant period of time, you come to believe that nothing can shock you anymore.

…For many years, Michael Jackson’s life (and after-life) has been a quagmire of scandal, controversy and legal wrangling. Presently, entertainment company AEG – which promoted Jackson’s ‘This Is It’ concerts – is on trial over what the singer’s family feels is a modicum of responsibility for his death. Already, witnesses have testified that Jackson was banned from the stage during some rehearsals for fear he would injure himself. A producer has testified to weeping as she saw Jackson rambling at rehearsals that God was speaking to him. She told jurors she had warned senior production members she believed he was dying and needed to be transported to hospital, only for her pleas to go ignored. Less than a week later, he was dead.

To a seasoned Jackson correspondent, none of this was surprising. It seems that not a week goes by without some drama or another engulfing the deceased music legend or those closely associated with him, from copyright disputes to kidnap allegations. But last week there was a development in the Michael Jackson sphere which truly did surprise me. Wade Robson, who has staunchly defended Michael Jackson for 20 years and even testified for him in his 2005 trial, filed papers against various organisations connected to the pop legend, seeking multiple pay-outs for alleged childhood abuse.

The choreographer claims he was sexually abused for seven years, from age seven to age 14. The news has rocked the Michael Jackson community. Those who loved him have sprung to his defence while those who built careers on attacking him had reacted with undisguised glee. Jackson’s ex-wife Debbie Rowe has labeled the financial demands ‘opportunistic’ and Jermaine Jackson has branded the choreographer ‘full of shit’.

Civil rights lawyer Tom Mesereau, who defended Jackson in his 2005 trial, has suggested the claims are ‘suspicious’ as their public filing coincided so neatly with the AEG trial. Indeed, the allegations broke as make-up artist Karen Faye testified that she and others had raised repeated concerns about Jackson’s health but had received callous responses from those in charge. Robson’s televised interview days later ensured little media attention was paid to testimony from an AEG employee that financial papers proved Murray was the company’s employee, not Michael Jackson’s. Wade Robson has repeatedly worked for AEG and apparently already has future work lined up with the corporation, but his lawyer has denied any connection between the court cases.

In light of Robson’s sudden change of tune, I have dusted off my complete trial transcripts from the 2005 government prosecution of Michael Jackson. While many news reports have mentioned that Robson testified for Jackson in the case, few have made any particular effort to underscore the gravity of his testimony.Wade Robson was such a compelling and assured witness that Michael Jackson chose him to open his defence case at trial. Under sustained and sometimes aggressive questioning by government prosecutor Ron Zonen, Robson not only denied any impropriety on Jackson’s part, but did so repeatedly, vigorously and convincingly – even mocking prosecutors and describing the mere suggestion of sexual abuse at Jackson’s hands as ‘ridiculous’.

As a side-note, the idea that in a trial about alleged child sex abuse, a genuine abuser would choose somebody they had molested for seven years as their first witness to undergo unrelenting government cross-examination may seem somewhat far-fetched to the casual onlooker.

When viewed alongside some of the comments he made on the Today Show this week, Robson’s testimony is likely to cast more than a reasonable doubt over his new claims. He answered clearly and competently to detailed questions about various examples of alleged misconduct.  The testimony is so immensely damaging to his new legal demands for money that he and his lawyer have already floated two potential, but arguably equally unconvincing, explanations for the bizarre u-turn.

When the story about his demands for money went live last week, Robson’s lawyer was quoted as saying the choreographer had recovered ‘repressed memories’, a story many suggested could have been designed to explain away Robson’s strenuous denials in the 2005 trial without admitting to perjury. However, Robson’s claim was met with such incredulity – many eminent psychologists do not even believe in repressed memories and even those who do took rather a dim view of Robson’s somewhat extreme story – that he has since changed tact.

Robson claimed in his TV interview this week that the real reason he told jurors he was not molested was that he had not realised that what Jackson allegedly did to him was abusive – another claim guaranteed to raise many an eyebrow. He was a successful, professional 22-year-old man at the time of his testimony.

Under oath in 2005, Robson was asked repeatedly about particular acts and whether he knew Michael Jackson to have performed them upon any child. He responded vehemently that not only had he never witnessed any such behaviour, but he was steadfast in his opinion that Michael Jackson would never have engaged in it.

Looking back over the 2005 court documents, the latest explanation for his testimony simply does not stand up to scrutiny. For instance, he was asked specifically whether Jackson had touched his body. Regardless of whether he believed Jackson’s conduct to constitute sexual abuse, if Jackson had indeed touched his body, the clear answer would have been ‘yes’. But it wasn’t ‘yes’. It was ‘no’. Over, and over, and over again.

He even testified that after what he now claims were several years of sexual abuse at Jackson’s hands, he returned to the scene of the alleged crimes more than 20 times in later life, with friends and relatives in tow, for relaxing getaways. He also testified to remaining in touch with Jackson and still considering him a close friend. Indeed, several years after the trial, Robson continued to socialise with Jackson.

Shortly after Jackson’s death was announced in 2009, Robson wrote that Jackson was ‘one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of humankind’. According to Jackson’s brother Jermaine, Robson and his mother helped him pen portions of his autobiography about the media’s unfair portrayal of his brother as a child molester. Indeed, since Jackson’s death Robson has paid public tribute to the star repeatedly, as recently as 2012. He even applied last year for a job choreographing a tribute show to his alleged molester, but did not get the gig.

Wade Robson has filed a creditor’s claim against Jackson’s Estate, seeking a cash pay-out for alleged childhood abuse. He has also filed a civil lawsuit against various Jackson-affiliated companies, seeking further financial compensation for his alleged abuse.

He insisted this week that his new claims were ‘not about money’.

The full transcript of Robson’s testimony on May 5, 2005, totals almost 14,000 words and runs across 60 pages of A4. It includes lots of repetition and discussion about where he lived, when his parents separated and various other tangential asides. Below, I have extracted what I believe to be the key testimony. It is difficult to see how, given the existence of this sworn testimony, Robson could ever convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that Jackson had ever acted inappropriately in his presence.

A cynical person might therefore interpret Robson’s high profile TV interview this week as an attempt to avoid ever getting into a courtroom and having a jury test his new claims. How many more high profile public attacks can Jackson’s Estate suffer before it is forced to begin considering a settlement? At this stage, the ability to damage the Estate’s earning potential is about all Robson has got on his side – because the evidence is firmly on Michael Jackson’s.

Here is the testimony nobody else in the media is showing you. See for yourself.

Oh, so he wants $1,62 billion??? Then I have no doubt whatsoever that Wade Robson’s allegations are a “symmetrical” reply from AEG.

And is the media going into hysteria over this sum – in the same way they were hysterical about billions claimed for Michael’s death from AEG by Katherine Jackson?

No, the media is not hysterical about this $1,62 billion? Then is it clear to everyone WHO arranged the hysteria in the press at that time? OF COURSE it was AEG and the sum of $40 bln they were running with was absolutely FALSE.

From the title of the article I see that Wade Robson claims that he was ‘raped’.

In my opinion it is actually good that he is claiming an outrageous thing like that. Because rape cannot be forgotten. Rape cannot be misinterpreted by a 7-14 year old boy and cannot be mistaken for anything else. Look at Corey Feldman and how he would be happy if he could forget or “not realize” what was done to him.

Noooo, Wade Robson is an extreme liar and this time he has made a grave mistake. He is making his lie too gross, and this will be his ruin.

P.S. I’ll try to read the 111 page document in the near future.

Saw this posted on FB: Asked who was source?

    Source: TSCM @MJJRepository Aug 28, 2013.

“FYI: A final status meeting in the Wade Robson case will be September 27th; the judge will then decide if it can proceed as a late claim.”

“To approve Robson’s case, the judge has to believe that Wade was unaware of MJ’s estate until 3/4/13 and unaware of the abuse until 3/8/12.”

Question for Legal Eagles. If this decision goes down now the way it looks can WR come back and refile if or when this new purposed law extending age goes into effect? What about the other suits among the 50+ plus he has filed? What do you think a no judgement on the late claim would mean for them?

Hey Jessica, last I heard about Wade’s lies and civil case were that the judge is still considering whether it is worth being taken to court. The judge is also considering whether or not to leave the case sealed from public before he makes his decision on whether to take it to trial. I believe the judge is still considering both these issues in relation to a couple of other people who are also now trying to make the same civil claims against the estate. I read this online on a media article somewhere but cannot remember the source I am sorry – it was only in the last few days though. Hope this helps.

“I ask my question again, does anyone know what happened during the hearing the 06th of june?” – Jessica

Jessica, I thought it was fairly easy to find out – all the transcripts are there thanks to TeamMJ and anyone can have a look. On June 6th Randy Phillips continued his testimony and they discussed back and forth the flood of SOS emails that came from Bugsy (“he’s been deteriotating in front of us for the past 8 weeks”) and Kenny Ortega on the night of June 19th, and what Randy Phillips did (or rather, didn’t do) and the meeting on June 20th, and so on. Here is a link to the transcript:
    http://ru.scribd.com/doc/147164328/JACKSON-V-AEGLive-June-6th-Brandon-Randy-Phillips-CEO-OF-AEGLIVE

“and what is happenning now concerning this case?”

AEG continue with their lies and go into various technical details about financial matters, no conflict of interest and so on, hoping that everyone forgets that they slapped, insulted and humiliated Michael and drove him into the ground even before the tour started.

There were times you could not help but laugh. “wade-robson-not asking for lot-money-in claims against michael jackson” – dialdancer

Yes, indeed. The article sounds like it is promoting a lie but the author herself does not believe what she is saying. But as regards WR not really asking for money I can easily believe it – I think he HAS ALREADY received all the money he wanted to from his ‘sponsors’. When I say that we need to look at his life-style now I am being serious. It would be fun to see Wade Robson retiring to Hawaii but not able to enjoy all the money he got because he cannot show this blood money to anyone and fans meticulously calculating each of his purchases.

I hear that the plot of land which Judah bought for the 30 pieces of silver for his betrayal still stays vacant in Israel.

Here is the article. I would rename it into “Wade Robson not asking for much money – just 30 pieces of silver”:

Wade Robson not asking for much money in sex abuse claims against Michael Jackson
    By Hollie McKay
    Pop Tarts
    Published May 30, 2013
    FoxNews.com

LOS ANGELES – Michael Jackson was acquitted of all 14 child molestation charges in 2005, but now – eight years later – one of his key defenders is claiming that he was sexually abused by the King of Pop.
In April, Wade Robson, a 30-year-old Australian-born dancer and choreographer, came forward with claims that Jackson abused him for years as a child, labeling the music mogul – who died in 2009 –a “pedophile and a child sexual abuser.” Although Robson, a former MJ dancer in the ‘90s, previously testified on Jackson’s behalf, he has since asked a court to allow him to file a claim against the Jackson estate – alleging that Jackson’s companies MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures failed in their duty to protect him when they hired him from Australia to work with the star.
“This is not a case of repressed memory. I have never forgotten one moment of what Michael did to me, but I was psychologically and emotionally completely unable and unwilling to understand that it was sexual abuse,” Robson recently told Matt Lauer on the “Today” show, adding that “manipulation and brainwashing” forced him to not reveal the truth. “He performed sexual acts on me and forced me to perform sexual acts on him… Because I’ve lived in silence and denial 22 years, I can’t spend another moment in that.”
However, the timing of Robson’s explosive claims – which come as the Jackson family is embroiled in a $40 billion wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoters AEG – has many raising eyebrows.
“Given that Jackson’s estate could now recover tens of millions in the suit against AEG, it is far too convenient and cynical to [now] make a monetary claim against the same estate,” California Criminal Defense Attorney David Wohl, told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column.
And Robson’s bombshell accusations have drawn mixed reactions from Jackson fans and foes.
Jermaine Jackson said the dancer was “full of s**t,” while a fan of MJ added via Twitter that “[Robson] said all that for attention and money.” Another weighed in: “Let MJ rest in peace. I don’t trust you/nor believe you.” And scores of others called Robson an “opportunist” and a “brainless fool.”
Acclaimed attorney Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the famous family also issued a statement calling Mr. Robson’s “transparent lawsuit” both “outrageous and sad.”
“Mr. Robson has adamantly denied under oath and in numerous interviews over the past 20 years that Michael Jackson ever did anything inappropriate to him,” Weitzman stated. “He now wants us to believe that he committed perjury at least twice and has been lying to anyone and everyone about Mr. Jackson since the early ‘90s so he can file a claim for money.”
However, a source closely connected to the Jackson family told us that the dancer is not asking for much money at all, just reimbursement for his therapy sessions– likely totaling no more than $15,000.
Another insider also noted that, while the documents are sealed, Robson has not asked for any specific monetary damages.
“Rather, he would leave it to the court to decide what he deserves,” said the source. “This isn’t about the money for him. It’s about speaking the truth.”
And at least a few others have advocated their support.
“We live in a world where the victim is hated & the perpetrator is praised,” one Twitter user suggested. Another wrote: “I believe Wade Robson. Michael Jackson, talented and extraordinary, was a pedophile. And people must own it.”
And according to Los Angeles-based therapist Dr. Nancy Irwin, it can be extremely difficult for grown men to understand that they were sexually abused.
“It is quite easy to psychologically manipulate a child… Especially when you are a huge celebrity, particularly if the offenses are non-violent and the child is fond of the offender outside of the abuse,” she explained. “In this particular case, we may never know the truth because MJ is gone. If it is true, [Robson] has every right to at least receive victim restitution.”
A source close to the Jackson family also told us there is potential truth in his allegations.
“When [Robson] and his mother testified for MJ during the molestation trial, I immediately thought ‘wow, this guy was molested’ even though he denied it. His testimony was pretty startling and what was more startling was his mother’s testimony,” said the insider. “She said that when Michael was returning to the U.S. during the 1993 Jordan Chandler investigation, MJ called her at about 1:30 a.m. and demanded she bring Wade to Neverland because he wanted to spend the night with him… That testimony really stuck with me,” continued the insider. “I believe [Robson], but [the timing] has given people ammunition to say he is lying and only after money because he filed the claim.”
On that note, a Neverland housekeeper who previously testified in graphic detail that she saw a 7 or 8-year-old Wade Robson naked in the shower with the world-famous entertainer is, according to TMZ, slated to play a prominent role in whether Robson receives any monetary compensation from the estate in his new civil suit.
Robson has had a successful career as a dancer and choreographer, directing videos for the likes of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, and starring on television shows including “So You Think You Can Dance.”
An attorney for Robson declined to comment, and a legal representative for the Jackson family did not respond to a request for further comment.

“What Robson is doing and saying now is beyond reason. His LIFE is not indicative of someone that has been abused as a child no matter if it was repressed memory or if he knew about it all along. His life was far too good for that to be true.”– Lynande51

Lynette, I truly believe that the case of Wade Robson should not be left as it is. After the judge throws out his case he should not be left alone with all these lies. The only goal he is pursuing is spreading lies and what the judge says he knows perfectly well himself. To dot the i’s and cross the t’s there must be some kind of an independent psychiatric evaluation of this guy, with a board of the best scientists determining his “case”.

This should be done for everyone – Michael’s supporters and haters alike – just for determining the truth. I think that all sides should insist on such an examination. WR should not be allowed to go about telling his lies and never answer for them.

IT IS SIMPLY WRONG to allow someone pop up and pour dirt on the deceased who cannot answer him bearing no responsibility for it. If an anti-defamantion law Cadeflaw is fighting for should be adopted then we should support this initiative as best as we can. But even without a law I am sure there must be a way to make Robson go under a medical scrutiny. He himself must be interested in such a procedure if he wants to prove that he is telling the “truth”.

We should definitely not leave Wade Robson alone and insist on his psychiatric evaluation by independent experts.

    Absolutely, Lynette.

My younger cousin was abused by a child minder’s son, so were other children.

And to delicately put it, he is not a normal 18 year old because of it. Rarely socialises, always alone, his behaviour is worrisome.
His life has been affected forever. He knows this. The family can only try to be there for him, but the damage is done and it’s heartbreaking.

So do I expect my cousin to feel sympathy for a man that has ruined the best years of his life, like Wade does? Not in a million years.

    Wade is full of shit.

What Robson is doing and saying now is beyond reason. His LIFE is not indicative of someone that has been abused as a child no matter if it was repressed memory or if he knew about it all along. His life was far too good for that to be true.

His story has already changed in the press to cover his lies. First, it was leaked by his lawyers that this had happened as a case of repressed memory so when the fans and many experts said that there is no empirical evidence of repressed memory he changed it in his interview to “I always knew this happened”. He even went as far to say that this happened from the time he was seven until he was 14 but he “could not process” it because of “the 3 hour long telephonic roleplaying brainwashing he claims took place. He would have had triggers all around him every day of his life. Every time that any child sexual abuse story came up on the news it would have triggered it. He is a fraud.

Then at last he was asked how he feels about Michael Jackson now. His response was right on target for what he called “unfortunately typical” and he had an expert ready to confirm that his story was unfortunately typical of victims of child abuse. He said he felt heartbreak, anger and pain. Then came the zinger he had compassion for Michael because he was tortured and needed help. Yep that’s right compassion, to which I will say bullshit Mr. Robson that is bullshit just like the rest of his story.

I have a great deal of experience with victims of child sexual abuse as a psychiatric nurse. I also have a great deal of experience with the perpetrators of child sexual abuse as a psychiatric nurse. But far more important than that I have a rather distinctive perspective about victims of child sexual abuse since I was a young girl. You see I grew up and live in one of the towns that the infamous case of Father James Porter a Catholic Priest was assigned to. This is the case that blew open the churches role in covering up pedophile priests.

Porter was assigned here from 1969 to 1970 and in that time he molested 28 boys and girls from St, Phillips Catholic School where he worked as a basketball and baseball coach. He actually orally raped and sodomized twelve boys in one weekend when he took them to a Minnesota Twins baseballs game. They estimate the number of victims total before he was arrested and incarcerated number in the four hundreds. Now that is a pedophile. He also admitted it to the police on more than one occasion and he admitted it to several Bishops , which is why he was moved around.

One of the boys came home, told his father and the next day he was out of town. Back then none of the boys wanted to call the police about what had happened but later seven of them sued the church and won a very large settlement. But I have to tell you that knowing all of these people since that time that their lives have never been good for them. They all drink and gamble too much, can’t maintain long term caring relationships and some of them even attempted suicide. That happens in 99% of the cases of the victims that I have seen.

Not one of the victims I have ever heard relate a story to me as an adult about child sexual abuse has ever said those words of compassion and he should have gotten help because they know like I know there is no help for them. Most of them that I know personally would still to this day pull James Porter from his grave to kill him again slowly and very painfully. There is no closure even after their perpetrators death. The money did not make it any better.

When Wade Robson got on TV and said that I knew not only that he was lying but someone helped him script his lie. Someone, that scripted it very wrong, because he would know that no one feels compassion for a pedophile except another pedophile. Especially not their victims.

. One would think most child molester are careful NOT to get caught in the act, but they want people to believe that “stupid’ Michael never locked a door and attempted these deeds under the watchful eyes of over 200 NL employees roaming about the property. First and foremost they’d have us believe he was that careless or stupid AND secondly that they witnessed such abhorrent behavior but Never stopped it, NOR reported it- except to tabloids for payment.

Thank you. I think that is one of the things that bothers me the most with all these people that constantly write negative comments to every MJ article they read. The fact that Michael did this with his door opened and his own kids right down the hall, plus all the people that said they saw what went on and had to quit because they were so disturbed, but never bothered to report it. $20,000, Yeah, they had a lot to say then.

Sorry, if I would see a child being molested I would have have to jump in and do something to stop it immediately then call the police, not quit my job and walk away. My sis was molested as a child and so were my own children. I understand the pain and the trauma, but these people that do this are very private and secretive so no one suspects.

Michael had so many opportunities all over the world, so for the few accusers that came forth are actually a pretty small number. Hard to believe that people are so stupid to believe that MJ was that stupid. It all still, to me, comes down to the media influence. Somehow they get people to believe what they want, and what they want is for people to believe the worst about Michael, and so far it’s working.

However, if enough people talk, well I think we’re winning ground. I talk to a lot of people that never heard the things that I tell them. AEG? Who’s that? They have no clue. Thank God we have a voice and the ones that want to hear the truth will hear it, and AEG is losing and so is WR. Big losers, just like everybody else that has come against MJ.. The truth eventually comes out.

    Helena,

    I am ecstatic!!!

    Read this article! http://www.latimes.com/local/lanow/la-me-ln-aeg-michael-jackson-20130520,0,1590136.story#tugs_story_display

    Here is a quote!!!

“The promoter and producer putting on Michael Jackson’s ill-fated “This Is It” concert series was paying his manager $100,000 a month, the only time entertainment giant AEG made such an agreement, a company lawyer testified Monday.

Shawn Trell, senior vice president and general counsel for Anschutz Entertainment Group, testified in the Jackson family’s wrongful-death lawsuit that the money was paid to Thome Thome.

The payments appear to be a potential conflict of interest, since a personal manager is supposed to represent the performer’s interests.”

This is what I have been waiting for!!!

The tie between AEG & Thome!!!

I would not even have known all about this conflict of interest if it had not been for your absolutely wonderful research. I spent alot of time studying your analysis of Michael’s contract. I was horrified, horrified!!!

And here it is – all coming out today. God is answering our prayer…vindicating Michael. Keep praying, keep praying everyone.

PS. The only thing, Helena. Has it been CONFIRMED that Thome is a former brother-in-law of Randy Phillips??? That is the question. Thank you for doing such a stellar research job on Michael!

There is one more fact to add to the abuse and pain AEG caused Michael. That is isolation.
To isolate the victim to undermine him, isolation is a well-known tool. Remember Thome Thome had fired his staff, including nanny Grace Rwaramba. As Murray said:”it was only me, Michael and the children in the house”. At the rehearsals he was not listened to and humiliated. Karen F. was his final straw, he asked her to alwaýs be there so he could see her. She was then told by AEG official not to listen to Michael. To break even that link to a familiar person. No wonder he started to hear God speaking to him. And of course with all the infusions going on,late hrs etc he could not share his bedroom with his children as he used to before moving back to CA.

“How stupid can anyone think Michael was anyway?” Linda asks – Not only does asking one of her victims to testify on your behalf sound ludricious .. so do most of the stories that these “corraborators” who claim they witnessed the molestations. One would think most child molester are careful NOT to get caught in the act, but they want people to believe that “stupid’ Michael never locked a door and attempted these deeds under the watchful eyes of over 200 NL employees roaming about the property. There are many questions re timelines. Not only re Michaels whereabouts, work and projects he was involved with. What about the time of WR`s alledged “nervous brekdowns”, he states he had 2 of them. When exactly are they supposed to have ocurred? IJyly 2012 he is on tape praising Michael. Somewhere else it is claimed that his first breakdown was in 2011.
I am totally confused about the timelines here. And somewhere he states he went to a therapist for a couple of weeks. Then fist-repressed memories changes to “I never forgot anything”. And also the continued socialising with Michael. His memory seems curiouser and curiouser. And there is a serious question about his parents in this matter. When and why did his parents split? There are many posts listed which I cannot get up to read. Does he still have effects of “nervous breakdown”? It appears that he wants to be stepping into Michaels shoes with AEG.

Somebody posted this comment on IMDB about Wade’s allegations. I thought it was very interesting:

“I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but certain things about his story just isn’t adding up. According to Wade’s timeline, he was molested by MJ from ages 7-14, which would mean that molestation occurred from 1989-1996, but upon researching, I found out that Wade didn’t have any real contact alone until after September 1991 when he moved to America with his sister, father and mother at the age of 9. Michael Jackson worked on the Dangerous Album for 16 months which started in 25th June 1990 and that did not get finished until 29th October 1991 and then released November 1991. Then he did the 3 music videos in early 1992, then rehearsed for his June europe tour which did not finish until 31st December 1992 which then Wade was 10. Michael Jackson went back on Tour 27th August, 3 days before that date he was accused of child abuse with another child. So Michael apparently as busy as he was, had time to groom 2+ children and manage to be involved in both their families lives in a short amount of time, while also being heavily into Demorol and going into rehab at the request of Liz Taylor. He did his tour until 11th November. I also learned that after Marrying Lisa Marie in 1994, he would spend a week at her house, and stay at neverland on the weekends. This is why Sneddon called for an extension to the statue of limitations because MJ was not in Santa Barbara many times. And according to Wade’s timeline, this abuse was occurring while MJ was married to Debbie Rowe and expecting his first child, while also traveling around the world with Lisa Marie. Also upon reading Wade’s testimony, as well as his mother’s, I learned that they visited neverland about 4 times a year since 1991 but MJ was not there most of the time, and this was also confirmed by an employee at Neverland. Anyone see where this is not making sense?”

“As a side-note, the idea that in a trial about alleged child sex abuse, a genuine abuser would choose somebody they had molested for seven years as their first witness to undergo unrelenting government cross-examination may seem somewhat far-fetched to the casual onlooker.”

This is one of the best points of this article to me. How stupid can anyone think Michael was anyway? This and Wades ongoing connection to AEG, which i guess shouldn’t be a surprise to me, kind of all sums up the case against WR.

Thanks to Charles, who always finds such an interesting way to give out the facts. Always love reading his articles.
