Prince Michael JacksonI  don’t know what we would do without TeamMichaelJackson.  ABC7 is keeping silent and it is only TMJ who is reporting live from the courthouse.

Please don’t pay attention to the spelling, I’ve corrected some abbreviations the way I understood them:

(What a well mannered sweet gentle little man)

Learning is important because that’s something Dad taught me, wants to go college to do business. When was young Dad used to teach me to make movies. My Dad gave me a necklace that had cameras in it, says its important to have the right shot.

Enjoys community work such as the children’s hospital, “literally healing” for children who need books, says father taught him
to give back to the community and help as much as we can, got all his desires from his father.

Says lived in Neverland property owned by father, stayed a lot in Disneyland in Paris. Remembers living in Santa Barbara till 6 years old, until police went into our house and ruined it.

For my dad. Shows image of MJ at piano, says I was trying to play, Prince looks 2 years old. Says loves music but does not have talent like dad.

Shows image of Prince with Paris laying beside him as a newborn baby, shows image of three at birthday party, at Neverland.

Has water gun, another picture of Prince. Panish says you always looked dressed up, Prince says dad wanted us to look nice so…

Someday when we have children we can show our children, shows picture of Paris, then Paris with tiara white dress, walking on wall

Shows more pictures of Michael Jackson, Prince, Paris, Blanket, says dad built the house for us – Neverland. It was very home place, from chef to housekeepers were like family to us.

Shows the zoo, video, (DAMN CONRAD MURRAY ATTORNEY JUST WALKED IN, USHERED OVER BY SABRINA STRONG WHERE TO SIT)

Says my dad loved making videos, shows video of Prince Paris on vehicles inside the house at NeverLand (DAMN MURRAY’S ATTORNEY TELLING ME TO MOVE, TOLD HER TO STFU!!!!!! COMPLAINED TO SHERIFF, MADE HER MOVE AWAY FROM ME)

Shows video of Prince and Paris singing with Michael, Prince says he picked the videos and pictures to show here today.

Video plays “This ones for all the children” ;,,,

After lived at Neverland traveled for a bit, Bahrain, Dubai, remembers staying in Vegas, father had lots of business he was doing.
In Ireland music always brought us with him, loved going with his dad, would be Prince, Paris, Blanket with either nanny or teacher.

Nanny changed from time to time, Grace was one, education and learning was always important to father.

Talked a lot about religion/ cultures, had normal education always, taught us to think for ourselves.

If anything happened to us father taught us to learn from it, to use it as a learning experience. Watched movies with father together.

First would watch movie without sound, father would teach how wide shots, close shots worked, then would watch it with sound.
Father would tell us how that could break make a movie, shows video, Michael interviewing Prince, Paris, Blanket.

Asking them their age, what does 25 December mean, love/family, MJ asks Blanket what you’re going to do, break the world when you get old “Paris I want you say tell me what you want to do, search you heart, search you heart?” “Help children”
“What’s Prince going to be, I want to make Movies”

Panish asks who tied your tie, says dad taught me to tie it, video was taken Christmas of 07/08, Prince says he was 9.

Did you learn from your father anything about work? I learned all my work ethics from my dad, dad could never sit around and do nothing.

I am the same, would you describe you dad as lazy? No not at all.

Me and my sister found out about a concert on video once, we saw girls crying and being carried out on stretchers.

Shows Prince, Paris, Blanket with mask, when we were little masks were normal, now I get followed all the time, now I understand why he did it.

Grace worked on production company, then lived with us for 12 years, shows picture of Grace, MJ and Prince, Grace has on denim jacket. Prince has on mask, shows picture of Grace holding Prince/Paris hands, denim jacket on, show picture of Grace Blanket and Paris.

Dad did not let us go out with anything, but let us go out with Grace. Have you seen video where  Paris said something bad about Grace? Yes.

Why did she say that? We were having a hard time with losing out father, but my sister is with Grace now.

Grace was fired, when she came back my brother/sister and I were very happy to see her, 06/07 traveled a lot

But can’t remember when, where. Asked why moved to Vegas, Dad wanted to buy a house for us, we saw a house  the Bahraini family had began to build but didn’t finish it, dad wanted to buy it. Says Tohme was involved in that.

Says we had a dog but Dad was terrified of dogs, asked if MJ make a song for you, says yes, plays song “You are my life”;,-((
Whilst song plays numerous videos of Prince, Paris and Blanket with MJ are played, Prince says he was very happy then.

Then there came a time when I heard father was going to go on tour at 02, lived at Bel Air, then moved to house in CarolWood.

Moved before Christmas, but doesn’t remember number of house, met Tohme, Randy Phillips, knows nothing about business
except what father told him, MJ wasn’t happy. Did your father tell you anything about Phillips? Yes, OBJECTIONS.

Who lived with you, housekeepers, nannies, was 12yrs old, Dad was very excited about the tour, it would be last time.
We would see him perform, saw MJ perform once but can’t remember, Dad used to rehearse for shows.

But was tired when he came home, wish he had more time, heard dad get upset on the phone mostly was with Randy Phillips.

Dad would cry after the call, saying they are going to kill me, they going to kill me, OBJECTION

HE SAID AEG, RANDY PHILLIPS, FR TOHME ARE GOING TO KILL ME, saw Phillips at the house couple of times.

Dad was not a fighter. Was like my grandma, always too kind, when we were in Beverly Hills hotel dad yelled at Tohme and cussed at him. Me and my sister didn’t like being around him, my dad was always calm person but became upset when on the phone with Tohme

At Bel Air hotel was last time my dad spoke to Tohme. Knows Conrad Murray first met him in Vegas, came over multiple times to treat us for colds, never stayed overnight, my dad was always there, when first living at CarolWood Nurse Lee would come, not Murray, later Murray was around more, would come every day except Sunday.

He would spend the night at our home, saw him give my dad IV injections, thought it was vitamins, first was in library, then moved to the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Shows plan of upstairs of Carolwood.

Says Dad always wrote notes to himself, sometime would be song lyrics, or comments from Ghandi, Martin Luther King, shows picture of notes, says sometimes wrote on the mirror

This is something dad did throughout his life. Back to diagram of house, shows bedroom 3 as Prince room, Blanket had
his own room but would sleep with Prince at times, Paris had her own room, got Blanket got his name by hearing

Someone address “Big blanket” as blessings, so dad called him blanket as a blessing. Says dads door was locked at Carolwood.
Understood dad locked the room so dad could do skype because he was doing meditation with someone in India.

Says saw IV, oxygen tanks in security booth, also saw them right in front of the house, was not concerned seeing Murray at the house, thought he was there to keep dad healthy.

Dad used to give me few hundreds dollars to give Murray because AEG didn’t pay him. My dad would tell me to give it to him to help him, couple hundred, stack of dollars sometimes didn’t know how much.

Was surprised to see Randy Phillips at the house because dad was not at the house, once he came with Tohme.

Saw Phillips talking to Murray when dad was not there, looks very aggressive to me, dad was at rehearsals.

It was night time, he was grabbing Murray by the elbow and pointing his hands around, I AM SURE IT WAS NIGHT BEFORE DAD DIED

Can’t remember seeing Phillips other times, Prince says he contacted his dad that night Phillips was there.

Prince asked them if they would like anything to eat, and b(r)ought them out chips and salsa, then Phillips was grabbing Murray’s arm again talking to him at the bottom of the stairs, WAS SURPRISED TOHME WAS AT THE HOUSE WITH PHILLIPS.

Hadn’t seen Tohme for a while, felt dad was healthy at the time, but seeing pictures of him now he seemed malnourished.

Some days dad would come downstairs and say he was freezing cold, it was summer, some days he was hot.

Last conversation with dad was on the phone when I told him Randy Phillips was in the house.

Learned something was wrong when was downstairs until there was yelling, I bolted out the room, Kai told me Dr Murray wanted me upstairs, then Alvarez came in, MY DAD WAS HANGING HALF OFF THE BED, HIS EYES WERE ROLLED TO BACK OF HIS HEAD

THEN my sister came upstairs, she was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy, (sorry missed ,,,,,,,,,)

Remembers going to memorial, shows picture of Prince, Paris, Blanket on stage, says sister just took the microphone and spoke, wasn’t planned “ever since I was born daddy had been the best father you could imagine, just want to say I love him so much”

Shows picture of Prince, Paris, Blanket in Indiana at a match. Another picture of Prince at children’s hospital with dark glasses on, shows image of Katherine Jackson, Prince, Paris, Blanket.  But Prince can’t remember where it’s from, it’s actually from Chinese theatre.

Shows picture of Prince and children, says I wore the same suit my dad wore when he went to that same charity years ago.

Shows image of Prince during “Cast&Crew” interview on E Online. Says I told my aunt I wanted to do something she b(r)ought this to me

Shows picture of Paris, cant remember where taken, says actually it was something to do with Cirque du Soleil

Says Taj Jackson and grandma are present guardians, are doing a great job, but will never be the same.

Effected by fathers loss, cant sleep at night, became emotionally distanced from people.

Wanted to share so much with dad, driving, new girlfriends, excellence in school.

Says he tries to make father proud of him, Paris out of all of us it’s hurt her the hardest, she was my dad Princess,

She definitely dealt with it the wrong way, she’s going through hard times now, my cousin TJ is helping her, we don’t celebrate birthdays, its not the same without him.

Blanket has birthday parties, we like that, right now Blanket doesn’t realize what he has lost, he is still growing up, he doesn’t  have my dad to guide him, we are doing the best we can, miss our father a lot, not a day we don’t.

The devotion of TeamMichaelJackson to advocacy work for Michael Jackson was noticed even by the LA Times:

For Michael Jackson fan, covering trial is her duty

Michael Jackson fans who have been attending the AEG-civil trial, from left, Laura Sherwood, Dexter Calderbank, Taaj Malik, and Carolyn Owens-Horton. (Katie Falkenberg / Los Angeles Times)

Taaj Malik has thousands following her on Twitter and visiting her website. She and others are go-to sources for those suspicious about the mainstream media.

BY CORINA KNOLL AND JEFF GOTTLIEB
June 27, 2013

She takes two buses to get to the courthouse each day and depends on donations from fans to run her website.
She has no formal training as a journalist but for tens of thousands — maybe multitudes more — she is the oracle for all things Michael.

Inside the cramped downtown Los Angeles courtroom each weekday, Taaj Malik furiously taps away at her iPad as the Michael Jackson wrongful-death case unfolds, taking notes for a transcript she will later post on a website crammed with court documents, autopsy reports, links to court exhibits, salutes to Jackson and an occasional plea for money. Thousands visit the website daily.

With nearly 40,000 following her “Team Michael Jackson” Twitter account, the 52-year-old Malik blasts out tweets during breaks and keeps up a running dialogue with followers.

“It was a great day to watch that roach squirm on the stand, Hes adapting many personalities, none r working cause ever1 can see he’s a #LIAR,” she writes as one witness is grilled.

“What a pair of MUPPETS,” she snaps after two ranking music executives testify.

When a follower thanks her for the stream of information from the courtroom, Malik deflects it quickly. “No, dear… Its my duty with Michael and the truth! Dont say thank you! :) .”

The Orange County resident, who ran a housekeeping business until she was injured in a car accident in January, climbs out of bed at 4 a.m. to begin her trek downtown. She is part of a worldwide fan community consumed with the minute details about the King of Pop, fully primed to feast on the latest legal entanglement to invoke his memory.

The wrongful-death trial is playing out in a courtroom with seats for only a handful of observers selected each morning via lottery. Most days the few available slots go quickly and Malik — along with much of the print and television media — is herded off to an overflow room to watch the proceedings on a closed-circuit feed.

There is no televised coverage of the trial, so fans are left to search for what details they can find on Twitter, Facebook and — if they must — the mainstream media. Jackson fan forums and websites have been in full gear since the trial began two months ago.

“Ultimately it’s a thirst for knowledge,” said Pez Greaves of British-based fan club MJ Vibe, which produces a quarterly magazine dedicated to Jackson.

At fan site Positively Michael, a forum was created exclusively for this trial. Volunteer site administrator Lynn Mathis, who is based in Indiana, is not attending the trial but she uploads a mix of articles for visitors to dissect, such as “Was Michael Jackson Really Worth $40 Billion?” and “Rumored use of Michael Jackson body doubles could be raised in trial.”

“We post a lot of news items and perspectives on both sides of all people involved,” she said. “We sort of take the position of do your due diligence, read and make your decisions for yourself. Our guests spike when there’s a trial because we have a reputation of having objective coverage.”

For those suspicious about the mainstream media — and many Jackson fans seem to be — someone like Malik is a go-to source. For some, her tweets serve as real-time dispatches from the civil trial.

Although Malik has her critics, she receives praise from those who consider her an ally in the ongoing fight to protect Jackson’s reputation. Katherine Jackson, the pop singer’s mother, knows Malik though she is unfamiliar with her tweets or Web page because she does not use the Internet, a family attorney said.

Malik lives off a legal settlement from the car accident — she said back injuries from the accident left her unable to continue work as a housekeeper — and her mother and an aunt send her regular allowances.

She created her website in January 2011 when preliminary hearings for the Conrad Murray case were taking place. Her mother, who lives in Britain, gave her $30,000 to buy and post the court transcripts for those hearings. Malik later sent in daily transcripts of the trial, which ended with the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving Jackson a fatal dose of propofol, a powerful anesthetic typically reserved for surgical procedures.

The current civil trial, which promises to offer a panorama of Jackson’s final days, feels special to Malik.

“This one means everything to me,” she said, “more than Conrad Murray because the charges were an insult. I mean, involuntary manslaughter? This trial is definitely bringing out the truth.”

Malik was born in Pakistan and she lived there until she was a teen, when she moved to Staffordshire in central England with her family. She later married a fellow Jackson fan (he got the albums and CDs when they divorced).

She saw Jackson for the first time in 1988 at a sold-out concert at Wembley Stadium in London. Malik said she was so stretched for money she sewed herself a white shirt and fake leather jacket to fit in with the crowd.

“I can still see that concert, the dancing,” she recalled. “It was empowering.”

She caught a glimpse of Jackson again years later when he arrived in England to accept an award, a moment that is also chiseled in her memory. He arrived in a black limousine with guards striding alongside the vehicle and then stepped out into the evening. “Tears started coming out of my eyes,” she said.

By the time she arrived in the U.S. in 2009 , she had five children and a second marriage that was falling apart. Weeks later, Jackson died and the fan in Malik took over. She drove to the Holmby Hills mansion where Jackson had been found unresponsive in his bedroom, and then to the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Her devotion to Jackson’s legacy — “advocacy,” she calls it — has poured forth ever since, earning her followers around the world and a support team in the courthouse.

“I only rely on Taaj’s website. It’s unbiased news,” said 37-year-old Dana Brenklin, a film production assistant who discusses the trial on a radio show she hosts on the Web.

Michael Jackson arrives at the Santa Barbara County courthouse with his mother, Katherine, in May 2005, during his trial on child-molestation charges. (Matthew Simmons) More photos

Brenklin shows up for the trial most days, joining a small community of Jackson fans who band together at the courthouse to discuss the case and greet the matriarch of the Jackson family with hugs when she arrives. One day they all sported black T-shirts with Katherine Jackson’s face and the words, “We support you.”

They see it as vital — and consider themselves lucky — to bear witness to the case without it being filtered through traditional print and television reporters.

In the Murray trial, the defendant was the Las Vegas doctor who treated Jackson. This case introduced a new villain: the music industry.

“Did u tell any1esle Mr JAXN is paralyzed self loathing mess? May have said it 2few people in my firm,” Malik tweeted as a top music executive was quizzed on the witness stand about a colorful email he wrote describing Jackson’s erratic behavior before a 1999 London news conference.

A full collection of emails between the people overseeing Jackson’s comeback tour, in which the performer is described as a “freak” and “in need of a shrink,” is posted on Malik’s Web page, with a promise of more to come.

For people like Julia Thomas, a 40-year-old high school office administrator who obsessively trolls the Internet for Jackson news and reads Malik’s tweets for updates, the trial is revealing Jackson as a victim of those he trusted most.

“We want to know what happened at the house, at the rehearsals, how they were treating him,” said Thomas, who lives near Rialto.

Still, the civil proceedings have left fans torn over the lawsuit filed by Katherine Jackson and her grandchildren accusing AEG of being complicit in the entertainer’s death. Some see AEG as the cold conglomerate that mercilessly pushed a frail, aging man to perform while others see the suit as an attempt to squeeze more profits from Jackson’s stardom.

For all those who faithfully follow Malik or visit her Web page, there are others who see her as a fan obsessed. Her brother and sister are among them.

“They think I’m crazy, that I need to leave it alone and get on with my life.”

Her mother, she said, feels differently.

“She knows I’m all about the truth.”

They need to look at the morning hrs of 6/25. Murray folllowed AEG´s orders to organise the life-insurance, he was 100% obedient o AEG and may well have been texting to taylor re the insurance while Michael was dying. There is no need to believe one word of what he told police about that am ,or what he told anybody else. For sure 2 minutes would not have mattered. When it really mattered he was following AEG´s orders. .They are trying to pare it down to a technicality=hiring ,and like a creditcard, rather than looking at the simple truth.
And the drycleaners, mentioned a lot, but nobody remembers when an expensive vase was broken at Michaels.

And they laughed at him, for the symptoms caused by lack of sleep for a prolonged period of time, by the aid of Propofol q night.”They laughed him to scorn” a citation from the bible.
I don´t know what more AEG is expecting. They are on a massive crusade via the old pressreleases.20-30 years back, smearing Michaels name..

OMG, this neuroma animation even hurts by just looking at it. I really wonder how Michael managed his life when counting together all the problems he had – serious health problems, accusations, legal problems, betrayals by friends, media lies, tour contracts to fulfil despite sickness, the show must go on, being pressured by business associates and insurers, and pain, pain, pain…
What they did to him already during the Dangerous tour within these 3 months from Bangkok to Mexico City was already incredible… keeping him going to go on stage until it definitely was no longer possible… how could he get 50 years old with this pressure?

Yes, thank God we have Drs. Ceisler and Schnoll who are complementing one another perfectly to give us the whole picture about Michaels health problems.

“It was only now I heard that the scalp surgery and corrections had resulted in a neurinoma, that on top of all else MJ had to suffer” – kaarin

Yes, on top of everything else. What Michael had to go through in his life is impossible to imagine. We cannot imagine even a fraction of it, let alone the whole. And the worst part of it is while he was suffering so hard all of them were laughing.

    It is real martyrdom.

I’ve looked up neuroma and they say it is “a scar of nerve tissue that forms on the branch of a sensory nerve after an injury to that nerve”. The pain of it is like this (the animation is from a medical site), is described as a “severe sudden jolt of electricity” and it is CONSTANT.
Dr. Schnoll says it never goes away:

Yes, I remember now. Klein appeared on the Larry King show and discussed Michael’s conditions, the post-burn scalp treatments, the vitiligo (which he diagnosed and confirmed) and the lupus. Boy, Michael got hit with the triple whammy of chronic pain. Add to that the long-term emotional distress he suffered from the tabloid proctologists, and the betrayals by those he trusted, and it’s a wonder Michael Jackson didn’t go stark, raving mad. Yet, his salvation and comfort were the God-Given talents he used to create, perform, engage, unite and inspire on a scale heretofore unseen by the world — up to and including his final hours on Earth.

“Now 2 great specialists have given evidence; Dr.Czeisler on sleep and insomnia and Dr. Schnoll on drug addiction-dependency.It would be great to hear these 2 discuss MJ´s problems together.

Kaarin, these two specialists are the best I’ve ever seen in their respective fields and it is a combination of their two testimonies which is so impressive. What one cannot explain the other does.

The addiction expert Dr. Schnoll says the symptoms Michael was showing looked like a withdrawal from Demerol but were not Demerol-related as the timing of those symptoms did not coincide with the expected withdrawal from Demerol injections.

And the sleep specialist Dr. Czeisler says that exactly the same symptoms may be the result of the damage done to the brain due to Michael’s lack of sleep which were, alas, indicative of the final stages of Michael’s complete and total insomnia and his imminent death in case no urgent help was provided.

Let me stress again that these symptoms would have been there irrespective of the use or non-use of propofol. They are related to lack of sleep and not propofol usage.

So when everyone around Michael thought that he was suffering from a withdrawal of Demerol, his real problem was a huge brain damage due to lack of sleep. They only looked the same while their nature was totally different. And we learn this from the testimonies of these two great scientists.

“The multiple procedures Michael Jackson had on his scalp over time after the fire were gruesome as described by one of his doctors — Klein I think although he did not perform them but saw the results. Inserting a cap, scalp stretching and cutting off the excess. Sounds like something from the Middle Ages.” – Judith Mason

It was Arnold Klein. He put a stop to all those operations on Michael’s scalp. This is the real reason for his feud with the plastic surgeon Steven Hoefflin.

Klein spoke about it on very many occasions each time shaking with fury when he was talking of those useless operations. They were useless because Michael had discoid lupus and any operation on his skin resulted only in more scars and contractions. Hoefflin cut them out, but this brought about only more scarring. It was a vicious circle, and at one point Klein said “enough is enough”.

Wade is shameless to drag his deceased father in his mess.
I think the shock effect of his allegations and the tabloid stories are wearing off.
Even the general public will see that things do not add up and will get bored. That is the good part of it. The bad part is that Radar Online trying to get a piece of the cake has put out a true/not true list about MJ . To an uninformed reader it may seem credible because it debunks most of the mirror/baressi fabrications.
But it also has half truths and complete lies, e.g. JCs description of Michaels private parts. And a half truth is still a lie especially if its the most damaging of all the lies told about Michael Jackson.

@ Nan , great find that there must have been more ‘characteristics’ than a ‘spot’ which was an educated guess that anyone who knew of Michaels viiligo could make.
By the way, from RCs book, EC had injected Michael with painmedication in his behind because of a terrible headache Michael had when he was at the Chandlers home. So he could have had first hand knowledge of how Michaels private parts looked. I dont believe it was, but If JC s description was close, it was with the help of none other than his own father.
This is so ridiculous that we have to dig into a mans privacy to put an end to the lies.
I am looking forward to the day we can put this episode behind us.

Wade saying his father killed himself back in 2002 over the abuse is baloney.I thought he hadnt told anyone about this until recently. Hence his supposed breakdown
I could defend MJ in this case , there are so many holes in it.
    It is obvious.
Pulling the same stunt as Feldman, using the press.
Except this time there isnt a shock value to it, since we have all heard these disgusting accusations before .So I would hope the lawyers running the show wont pay him off to go away , due to business revenue , like last time.
I hesitate to even talk about these accusations , or past accusations, since wade could possibly change parts of his story , to overcome the research., done , to clear MJ name
I wouldnt be surprised if he isnt reading some mj fan blogs , after all , he has nothing else going on in his life.
He supposedly is too damaged to work,PFT
But since a tweet by the team Michael Jackson woman, states that a MJ had needed pain med in bangcock in 93, but he couldn’t give it to him , because his buttocks was so abscessed,he had to give it to him in IV
    That just caught my eye.
So these young boys he is supposedly accosting, I would think Wade or JC would know what agony MJ was in , that he had abscesses on his rear part, and that Jordan didnt describe any abscesses, that I am aware of.
This doctor makes it seem like he must have been having these injections for some time.
He also says he needed some for a deposition in Mexico due to the Chandler accusations, but i think he is wrong.I thin the deposition was for someone saying they wrote one of his songs.

You might think that would be something of interest to the police who were checking out mj torso and behind and stuff due to those accusations.
That he isnt circumcised, Jordan got the description wrong , and MJ had evidence of a lot injections in his buttocks , probably scarring ., would be pretty easy to describe
I also notice when those photos are talked about , they never mention JC describing the rest of his body, his backside correctly either
So he got the front and back wrong..
All this ugly stuff is obvious it is AEG probably paying Baressi to put out tabloid stories, and they have probably formed an alliance with wade and his lawyers
    It is just so ugly

Good that Paris is in good hands. The only strange thing that surprised me was that it stated she was in “rehab”. No,she is in a psychiatric in-patient unit for adolescents.Apart from therepy these kind of units have art, music, gym and other nice occupational and therepeutic activities for the teens. They are well staffed with professionals who can deal with a variety of problems and for sure no bullyinng is permitted.I presume she will continue with psychotherapy after she is discharged. And she will certainly find friends there too.

Come to think of it ,it is most important that it be excluded that WD has not inherited this condition or illness..Of what nature were his one or as sometimes reported 2 mental breakdowns? Naturally his therapist or psychiatrist is not in a position of giving any information. It is strange though that he is going to stop working following a great career, and moving to live in Hawaii. Does he maybe know that his future may be marred by episodes of this illness? Why become a pensioner at such an early age?.Bipolar illness can manifest itself in childhood, but this is rare. His age , beginning of or early middleage is much more common for first episodes. Time will tell.-It is indeed strange,in 2008 he with his wife and children had a get together with MJ and his children. And all the time he remembered according to what he has said now.

There are now new meds coming out that help with better contol of symptoms and when well treated most people can lead a pretty normal life. The problem lies therein that the early stages of a manic episode often feels fantastic; a lot of energy, great ideas ect.. Surprisingly, I found a truthful article in the same Mirror. It is about Paris Jackson and it says that it was the horrible things said about her father that pushed her to the edge. Just as I expected. You will find this article in the Voice of reason page in the main menu:

    By Georgina Littlejohn Comments
Paris Jackson to be “kept in rehab” until AFTER late father’s wrongful death lawsuit is over
    5 Jul 2013 12:22

Paris Jackson will reportedly remain in psychiatric treatment until her late father’s wrongful death trial has finished.

The 15-year-old daughter of Michael was hospitalised after a failed suicide attempt last month and she has been treated at the UCLA Medical Centre in California.

She is doing better but according to reports in the US, her doctors want her to remain in treatment and a facility until the end of the trial, in order for her to avoid any sensational headlines or social media which could cause upset and possibly a relapse.

A source told Radar Online: “Paris is doing better and her doctors at UCLA are still researching where she should go after being discharged. It’s being recommended by her docs that she remain in treatment and in a safe, controlled environment until the end of the wrongful death lawsuit ends.

“It’s a no brainer that Paris not have access to the internet, cell phones, and social media during the trial, since the horrific stuff she was reading about her dad pushed the teenager over the edge.”

The wrongful death lawsuit, filed by Michael’s family, accuses the concert promoter of being responsible for her son’s death in 2009 by pushing the star to a premature death by negligently hiring and overseeing Dr Conrad Murray.

He was the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter for giving the singer propofol – the drug that killed him – and is currently serving a four-year sentence for involuntary manslaughter at a Los Angeles County Jail.

The family are claiming £31billion but AEG claim Jackson himself was responsible because he hired Murray.

She gave a filmed testimony to the trial but wants nothing more to do with it

Paris’s older brother Prince testified last week, and told the trial, which is expected to run until August, that his father complained to him that AEG were “killing him”.

Paris gave a filmed deposition to the court, but after Prince said that was painful for her, she now, unsurprisingly, wants nothing more to do with it.

The source added: “Paris wants absolutely nothing to do with the case or the trial. She was becoming extremely upset in the first few days at UCLA when the trial was brought up, and causing her severe anxiety.

“Paris will have to remain in a bubble until the trial is over so she won’t harm herself.”

Paris’s brother Prince said giving evidence was painful for her

Jan, this is why I was suggesting that everyone – fans and non-fans alike – should ask FBI to release a statement regarding those alleged “files” or provide the documents (with redactions if necessary). The Mirror keeps writing incredible things and says that it is in the “files” but does not show anything. SHOW US THE DOCUMENTS and we will decide for ourselves.

It isn’t freedom of speech – it is freedom to lie without having to bear any responsibility for it.

Here is Mirror’s latest BS – I am posting it here so that you don’t have to go there, comments are off anyway. It will also immediately go into the Tabloid Trash Bin. It says “The Reagan document is part of a 333-page file made public by the FBI “, but there was no such document there! I will try to post the pdf FBI files in the documents section so that everyone can check it themselves.

Michael Jackson child abuse probe halted because he was to receive White House honour from President
    7 Jul 2013 00:00

An FBI probe into Michael Jackson’s sex abuse of young boys was shelved because he’d been invited to the White House, official records show.

The Thriller megastar was to be honoured with an award by Ronald Reagan in 1984 for his work with drug and alcohol charities.

And federal agents decided to save the President and wife Nancy embarrassment by scrapping their investigation into a tip-off that Jackson had molested two Mexican boys.

The disclosure – in papers released under America’s Freedom of Information Act – comes a week after the Sunday People revealed Jackson spent £23million in 15 years to buy the silence of at least 24 youngsters who had visited his Neverland ranch in California.

The Reagan document is part of a 333-page file made public by the FBI which show there were suspicions the singer had been abusing kids since at least 1978, when he was 20.

FBI agents found a home-movie titled Michael Jackson’s Neverland Favorites An All Boy Video Anthology.

And in a separate FBI file obtained exclusively by the Sunday People – and not included in the Freedom of Information papers – a costume designer said the singer ordered paedo magazines while touring Europe 35 years ago with the Jackson 5.

The revelations underline the huge influence wielded by Jackson, who died of an overdose in 2009 aged 50.

The FBI openly admits in the dossier it did not follow up the tip about the Mexican kids being abused “because Jackson was to receive an honour at the White House from the President”.

He was back at the White House in 1990 to meet President George Bush Snr, wife Barbara and their daughter Dorothy.

There was no mention of any abuse probe at that stage.

But other FBI files detail a late-night phone call from Jackson to Terry George, a boy of 13 in Leeds, with the singer describing how he was fondling himself during their chat. The young Brit had been befriended by the star in 1979 after asking for his autograph.

A 1992 file tells how a couple complained Jacko and a boy of 12 shared a sleeper train compartment next to theirs – and kept them awake with “questionable noises”.

But no official action was taken in any of the cases spelt out in the documents.

‘Abused’ boy: Files show I told truth

    Allegations: Wade Robson
    PA

A dancer who claims Michael Jackson sexually abused him said our revelations about the FBI files last week “shows I was telling the truth”.

Wade Robson, 30, suing the King of Pop’s estate, has asked his legal team to get hold of the files on the hush money Jackson paid boys.

Lawyer Maryann R. Marzano is hoping the FBI will turn over boxes of information on the allegations and wants to contact other victims, cops, Neverland staff, and investigators.

Choreographer Wade claims he was molested over seven years. A source close to him said: “He feels this could become a key part of his case, that he is not the only child who may have suffered at Jackson’s hands.”

Jackson’s estate says Robson’s allegations are “completely false, outrageous and sad”.

First of all, let me post it here so that no one has to go to the tabloids. The news is published on Radar Online and comes from Splash News which is well-known to us now:

Michael Jackson Sex Accuser Claims Dad Killed Himself After Being Destroyed By Alleged Abuse

    Posted on Jul 3, 2013 @ 2:50AM | By Dylan Howard

    Splash News

Wade Robson‘s dad killed himself in torment over the alleged sexual abuse his son suffered at the hands of Michael Jackson, it’s claimed.

The Australian-born dancer-choreographer revealed his secret family anguish in an amended complaint against the late King of Pop’s estate, obtained by RadarOnline.com, in which he claimed Jackson sexually abused him from age seven for a period of seven years.

Wade, now 30, had become estranged from his dad, who he said was found hanged in 2002.

The former So You Think You Can Dance judge alleged he recently learned from his father’s sister that “the thought that Plaintiff [Robson] might have been sexually abused by Decedent [Jackson] was a huge source of anxiety and depression for his father.”

Before the suicide, Wade’s dad had been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and his relationship with his wife Joy had “deteriorated,” the filing said.

Wade told the court his father had been with him when he first traveled to Jackson’s Neverland Ranch for a weekend retreat in 1990.

“The first night of the weekend, on or about February 3, 1990, Plaintiff [Robson] and his sister slept in Decedent’s bedroom (a two floor bedroom suite with beds both in the downstairs and upstairs areas), in the same bed with decedent downstairs,” it’s revealed.

“The rest of the family slept in the separate guest quarters.”

The next night the systematic sexual abuse began, it’s alleged.

Days later, the Robsons left the ranch to continue a road trip, but Wade’s father and mother allowed their son to stay behind with Jackson.

“Plaintiff slept in Decedent’s bed every night and the sexual abuse took place every night,” it’s said.

Robson’s family returned to stay Plaintiff at the ranch the following weekend, but again, Wade slept in the bed with Jackson while the family slept elsewhere in the house.

“The sexual abuse continued on each of those nights,” it’s alleged.

The next week, Wade, his mother and sister went to stay with Jackson at his Wilshire Boulevard apartment in Westwood, Los Angeles, while his father and grandparents continued on their road trip around America.

“Plaintiff slept with decedent in his bed at the Westwood apartment; Plaintiff’s mother and sister stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn Hotel,” it’s said.

“The sexual abuse occurred on each of those nights as well.”

Wade is now asking a Los Angeles court to award him unspecified damages.

“Plaintiff’s heart, body and mind were so severely manipulated as a child by Decedent that the psychological injury and damage it has caused Plaintiff to suffer will continue for a lifetime,” his re-filed case claimed.

“Often victims of such childhood abuse take their secret to the grave. Plaintiff has lived most of his life in unspeakable shame, guilt and denial as a result of Decedent’s wrongdoing.”

Interesting side note: Wade’s father is the SECOND dad of a Jackson sex accuser to have committed suicide.

Jordy Chandler’s dad was found in bed in 2009 with a single gunshot wound to his head.

The ex-dentist had reportedly changed his appearance to avoid recriminations over accusing Jackson of molesting his son in the early 1990s.

It’s wartime now, and the war is waged against Michael Jackson and his family by Wade Robson, tabloids and AEG which is most probably standing behind all this mess.

In times like this “wagons are circled” and all forces are pooled against the common threat, and time and energy is directed into those spheres that matter.

What an incredibly beautiful thing to teach a child of what family means! It just show what an amazing person Michael was! And this is what he believed in- to consider everyone his family as long as the person loved him- irrespective of race, caste, religion and colour- and he teaching this to his kid despite ALL that hurt and is still misunderstood? The world is crazy and blind !

    Lopsided man,
I guess Vogel says the same thing in his tweets/radio “Until a forensic analysis or some other concrete evidence proves otherwise that conspiracy theory doesn’t hold up for me”.

I wasn’t there I’m no forensic expert and the songs are different, yes to all. they are controversial they don’t stand up to standards of MJ they are not perfect they have obviously been altered to be fit for the album and so on…

but then again we have forensic experts that say it’s MJ we have Bruce Swedin who says it’s MJ even QJ said that he thought it was MJ. Prince said he saw his father singing these songs in Cascio’s house.

I’m NOT a fan of these conspiracy theories against estate of MJ. I don’t think finding a forensic expert is sth difficult. if I were Katherine/Taj/Jackie Jackson I would bring this to the court not my twitter page, and then I would prove my case in the court!

These songs might be authentic or not. I don’t know I follow the proofs. okay? SO:

“Until a forensic analysis or some other concrete evidence proves otherwise that conspiracy theory doesn’t hold up for me”.

They have a proof? evidence? GREAT! bring them in court for god’s sake. so tired of these conspiracy theories and need a piece of truth. I would be at courthouse to support any Jackson who would want to protect legacy of MJ… just show me the proof. No More Theories. Thank you.

“Oh the Cascio tracks agian… The Jackson family could hire sb to check the tracks, huh?” – ela

    🙂

    Thanks for the reply, ela.

It’s far too easy to use the Jackson family try to dismiss a point. Just look at the MJJ Community crowd re: the AEG wrongful death suit. This kind of argument is losing steam real fast.

This isn’t about the Jacksons for me, as they’re not the only ones who question the authenticity of the tracks: Jason Malachi’s former manager Tony Kurtis, Charles Thomson, Cory Rooney, Jennifer Batten, singer Darren Hayes – formerly of Savage Garden a big MJ fan, Chucky Klapow dancer in This Is It. In addition, there’s Jackie Jackson (who has worked with the Esate on projects and says he and John McClain warned Branca and Weitzman not to include the Cascio-Porte tracks), Taj Taryll & TJ. none of these people can be dismissed as knee-jerk MJ Estate critics.

Even the biggest defenders of the songs (Cascios and Teddy Riley) always conceded that there was something different about these tracks

Yes, I read the Joe Vogel article you quoted. I also have his book. That’s why I used the word “anymore” – as in, ‘he’s since had a change of heart’ regarding the songs.

Joe Vogel was on Rev Catherine Gross’ Blog Talk internet radio show “A Place in Your Heart” in May 13, 2011. About 50 minutes into it, he’s asked about the Cascio/Porte controversy.

Joe Vogel admitted having mixed feeling about the MICHAEL album.

He said he never got to talk to the Cascios about the songs for his book (though he did reach out to them). Vogel added that he didn’t know a lot about the origin of the songs. He wasn’t able to trace their history, like with other songs like ‘Hollywood Tonight’.

Vogel would later say in interviews with MJFC & on his Twitter feed that he had “learned a lot since then (his original reviews of ‘MICHAEL’). My view now is that they def sound strange and more transparency is needed.”

Furthermore, we were promised evidence to support the Cascio-Porte tracks, but so far we’ve had no handwritten lyrics (although all of these songs were purportedly written with MJ), and no outtakes from the recording sessions.

Aren’t you in any way curious as to why that is?

This is about the integrity of Michael’s body of work, which he poured his heart and soul into all of his life. This is not a trivial matter at all.

But you don’t need to take my word for it. You can do your own research:

Ela, if you and other readers get the impression that I pay attention to only some comments I need to apologize for creating this impression. No, I read absolutely all comments and pay attention to all of them, only my biggest problem is that I do not have time to answer everyone and at once. I often postpone some answers until a later time hoping I will have an opportunity to do it later, but this opportunity often never comes because something more urgent arises. There were a lot of great comments which I would like to retrieve from the past, but it is too mammoth a task.

Actually now I will have to leave again without answering others, as all that fight with trolls has taken too much of my strength. Those on Radaronline keep erasing my comments and I had to repeat them again and again. Futile work of course, but who knows?

“I had no idea if you had made this clear before, so forgive me if it was a repetitive question for you.”

This is what Vogel wrote about those tracks: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/joe-vogel/is-michael-really-michael_b_791987.html

“In addition, the vocals, particularly on a couple of the “Cascio tracks,” don’t always measure up to Jackson’s typical strength and vitality, leading some to label them as “fake.” Until a forensic analysis or some other concrete evidence proves otherwise that conspiracy theory doesn’t hold up for me–especially after hearing the final album versions on very good speakers.” _ Joe Vogel

I appreciate that you payed attention to my question and made it clear for me. well, I support the estate because I believe they are doing great. MJ had 4 wills and in all of them we see the name “John Branca” that’s why I support him.

I just needed to know your opinion about this matter cause I know you to be a reasonable and honest bloger. You share your info with us and it’s so wonderful of you.

I haven’t read everything on this blog so I had no idea if you had made this clear before, so forgive me if it was a repetitive question for you.

I too appreciate what every fan does for the global MJ family whether it’s Malik or anyone else. But I don’t support/appreciate her actions against the estate of MJ as I believe it has an odd effect on both MJ legacy and fan community.

To give you an idea of his income let me remind you that he is President and CEO of AEG Live. I don’t know the figure of course, but think that he could very well afford household help. This “drycleaners” to prove his whereabouts indeed comes up too often and now no longer looks like simple drycleaners but more like an alibi he carefully prepared for himself.

Absolutely so. And Hence a doctor should never overlook one’s moral responsibilities towards his patients, who are so helplessly dependent on him. I feel that all of Michael’s doctors who had been administering wrong treatment to him over the years are just as guilty as Conrad Murray.

I recall a Larry King interview with Dr. Klein when Klein described the very gruesome scalp stretching procedures Michael endured after the Pepsi fire. NOTE: Klein did not perform the procedures but saw the results on Michael’s head. You probably have the interview filed away in your archives. Those operations were truly appalling and sounded like something out of 18th Century medicine and resulted in Jackson living with constant pain and headaches.

Guys, I am happy to say that the efforts of TeamMichaelJackson have not gone unnoticed and even the mainstream media is looking up to what they are doing. Here is an article from the LA Times about their work. It is great to see the team:

Here is the article by Alan Duke about Prince’s testimony. Every little detail is precious here. Look at this one – when Prince called his father and said that those two guys were on their house Michael asked his son to offer them food and drinks! Oh my God, the worlds Michael and those AEG beasts were living in were like poles apart. These bullies were killing him and Michael and his son were polite and civil to them…

‘They’re going to kill me,’ Michael Jackson told son
    By Alan Duke, CNN
    June 27, 2013 — Updated 0003 GMT (0803 HKT)

Los Angeles (CNN) — Michael Jackson often cried after talking to AEG Live executives as he prepared for his comeback concerts, his oldest son testified Wednesday.

“After he got off the phone, he would cry,” Prince Jackson testified. “He would say ‘They’re going to kill me, they’re going to kill me.'”
His father told him he was talking about AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips and his ex-manager, Dr. Tohme Tohme, Prince said.
Prince, 16, began his testimony Wednesday morning in his family’s wrongful death lawsuit against Jackson’s last concert promoter, AEG Live.
His first 30 minutes on the stand were filled with videos and photographs of Jackson with his children, but then the questioning by Jackson lawyer Brian Panish focused on the last weeks of his father’s life.

Prince testified that Phillips visited Jackson’s rented Los Angeles mansion and spoke aggressively to Dr. Conrad Murray the night before his father’s death.
“He was grabbing his elbow,” Prince said. “It looked aggressive to me. He was grabbing by the back of his elbow and they were really close and he was making hand motions.”
He couldn’t hear what Phillips was saying to Murray, he said.

Michael Jackson was not there because he was at his last rehearsal, Prince said. He called his father from the security guard shack telephone to let him know Phillips was there. His father asked him to offer Phillips food and drink.
Prince said that was his last conversation with his father.

    “Sorry kids, your dad’s dead”

Prince recounted the day his father died four years ago. He saw his father “hanging halfway off the bed, his eyes were rolled back,” when he ran into the bedroom where Dr. Murray was doing CPR in a futile effort to revive him, he said.
Paris followed him up the stairs, “but we kept pulling her down the stair,” he said.
“She was screaming the whole time saying she wants her daddy,” he said.
At the hospital later, Dr. Murray told them “Sorry kids, your dad’s dead,” Prince testified.
Prince was 12 when the pop icon died, but he said his father confided in him about whom he trusted and didn’t trust and what he feared as he prepared for his comeback concerts.

Michael Jackson’s three children — Prince, Paris and Blanket — and their grandmother Katherine Jackson are plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which contends AEG Live is liable in Jackson’s death because the company hired, retained or supervised Murray, the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Murray told investigators he gave Jackson nightly infusions of the surgical anesthetic propofol to treat his insomnia. The coroner ruled the singer died of an overdose of the drug.
AEG Live executives allegedly created a medical conflict of interest that pressured Murray to pursue the dangerous treatments so Jackson would be rested for rehearsals, while ignoring warning signs that his health was failing, Jackson family lawyers argue.
AEG Live lawyers contend that it was Jackson who chose and controlled the doctor and that company executives had no way of knowing what treatments Murray was delivering.

    Prince Jackson’s 16th birthday gift: A career
AEG Live lead lawyer Marvin Putnam’s cross-examination of Prince lasted just 25 minutes. It centered on trying to discredit his testimony about Phillips’ visit to his home and about cash payments that Prince said his father gave Murray at times.
Prince stood by his story about the Phillips and Murray encounter, although he conceded it could have been two nights before his father’s death and not the last night.

The toll of losing their father

Prince’s testimony gave Jackson lawyers a chance to show jurors the emotional toll suffered by Jackson’s children, which they would have to put a dollar figure on if they conclude AEG Live is liable in their father’s death.
“I can’t sleep at night,” Prince said. “I have a hard time sleeping.” The death left him “emotionally distant from a lot of people” for a while, he said.
He’s missed sharing with his father “the first day of going to school, having the first girlfriend, being able to drive,” Prince testified.
While Paris Jackson’s suicide attempt and hospitalization was not brought up in court — and it is unclear if jurors learned about it in the news — Prince did speak about his sister.
“I think out of all of my siblings she was probably hit the hardest because she was my dad’s princess,” he said.
Prince said the questioning of Paris by AEG Live lawyers over two days in March was painful for her. “She had some problems before, after and, I assume, during,” he said.
“She definitely is dealing with it in her own way,” her brother said.
Paris, who was 11 when her father died, is not available to testify in person in court because she is hospitalized for psychiatric treatment.
While he and his sister no longer want to celebrate birthdays because “it’s not the same without” their father, Blanket, now 11, does, Prince said.
“Right now, I don’t know if Blanket realizes what he lost,” he said. “He was so young. He is still growing up just like I am and he doesn’t have a father to guide him.”
AEG Live attempted to compel Blanket, the youngest child, to testify, but the judge rejected its request after a psychologist said it would harm the boy.

    Changing the world?

Jurors watched a home video of Michael Jackson questioning his three children about how they planned “to change the world” when they grow up.
Prince testified that the video was made at Christmas.
“What’s Christmas mean?” Jackson is heard asking his children.
    “Love,” Blanket responded.
“Who’s Blanket going to be to change this world?” Jackson asked.
“I don’t know,” Blanket, who appeared to be about 5 at the time, answered.
“What does Paris want to do? Be honest search your heart,” Jackson said.
“Help the poor,” she answered. Paris also said she would like to be a gymnast.
Prince told his father he aspired to be a movie director and architect because he liked “making things.”

    Private details revealed

Prince, who said his grade point average is 3.68 at the private school in Sherman Oaks, California, at the end of his sophomore year. He is a member of the National Honors Society and received artistic awards at school, he said.
His extracurricular activities include martial arts and working as a mechanic in his school’s robotics program, he said. He wants to attend the University of Southern California to study film and business, he said.
His father taught him how “the great ones” made movies, including how to “find shots.” He gave him a lens that hung on a necklace that showed what a shot would look like, he said.
Prince said while his school requires a certain amount of community service, he’s does more than that. He volunteers at Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles in a program that delivers books to young patients “to keep their minds off their problems.”
His father “always said you should give back to the community and help out as much as you can,” Prince said.
The jury was shown video of Jackson and his children at the Neverland Ranch where they lived until moving after Jackson was acquitted in a child molestation trial.
The family moved after the court case “because there were complications,” Prince said. “They ruined it for my dad.”
One video showed a giraffe and several alpacas in the Neverland Zoo. “I never really went near them because they would spit on us,” Prince said.
The video also showed the carnival rides at Neverland. “We only went there and to the zoo on special occasions because my dad wanted us to remain humble,” he said.
When shown a photo of his father sitting with him at a piano, Prince said “I can never play an instrument and I definitely can’t sing.”
The trial is in its ninth week and is expected to last until August.

“We know what RP testified, but can he corroborate this testimony of his total whereabouts (his comings and goings) on the night before Jackson died? I hope this will be cleared up in court.”

Jolie, I hope very much that it will be cleared up in this court. I think no one has ever wondered about Randy Phillips’s whereabouts on the night/morning of June 24/25th, and the police surely never looked as the mere idea of looking in that direction was “ridiculous”. At the time of Murray’s trial all forces were thrown against Murray, and not a single question – not a single one! – was allowed about AEG.

I remember my amazement and fury at seeing David Walgren objecting to even innocent questions to Randy Phillips when Chernoff was examining him – “Did you know Dr. Tohme?” “At what hotel did you meet?”, etc. Not a single question was allowed then and it looked extremely strange.

“Michael was just too trusting. He believed all his doctors completely. Hence he allowed himself to be subjected to the untold pain of the ‘balloon treatment’ for his scalp, without any complaints or questions. Hence when the Defence Attorney asked Dr Rogers if any other doctor, other than Dr. Murray, contributed to MJ’s death, Dr. Rogers replied “Yes, other doctors contributed to his death”. Michael had been subjected to wrong treatment over the years.”

Exactly. But it seems to me that patients are always in a trusting position towards their doctors. It is the natural element of their profession – to be trusted.

And patients cannot be held responsible for the treatment provided to them by doctors. Holding patients responsible for what doctors do them would be turning things completely upside down. The patient cannot be responsible for the unsuccessful operation a surgeon does on him, and the same goes for all people in the medical profession.

“wasn’t there a report that all landlines were disconnected in the days leading up to the 25th? “ – Helen-Marie

During Murray’s trial I remember them discussing that the landline telephone was not working, but at the time the impression it produced was that it was the way Michael wanted it. Okay, even if he wanted it that way I’m sure that Prince had a mobile telephone and a direct way of communicating with his dad.

As to Phillips’s whereabouts it always sounded strange (and a little funny) to me that Randy Phillips repeatedly said that he learned of the trouble with Michael when he (Phillips) was at the dry-cleaners.

It was that unnecessary detail which was actually absolutely not needed for each of his interviews unless Phillips was specially conveying to the public the idea that at that moment he was in a public place and had a alibi, so to say.

“Alan Duke of CNN reported in his article that Prince said “he called his father from the security guard shack telephone to let him know Phillips was there.” The security guard shack was outside of the house.” Helen-Marie and Susanne

Oh girls, so then Prince must have witnesses to his call which will finalize the matter of the date of that call. Indeed, this is a very dramatic turn to the events.

And is it really true that all landlines were disconnected to Carolwood in the days before June 25th? The very least it can mean is that they were cutting off Michael from the outside world and reducing the possibility of his communicating with anyone. No one was to know that his condition was bad. AEG was working on getting the insurance, so it was crucial for no sign of his bad health to be leaked into the outside world. Big money was at stake, you know.

And the above is only a relatively mild variant of what that cutting off the telephone lines could mean.

We know what RP testified, but can he corroborate this testimony of his total whereabouts (his comings and goings) on the night before Jackson died? I hope this will be cleared up in court” ….Jolie.

I hope for this too Jolie, as many tabloids are doing their best to report that it’s not true following an AEG interview after the court session had adjourned. I would have thought that it would have been recorded in the Security log book at Carolwood’s gatehouse, unless of course that page is now conveniently missing.

The Jackson lawyers are most definitely on the case and would not have let Prince’s statements stand alone knowing fully that they would be scrutinised.

Remember also that Prince was only 12 at the time and would have been surrounded by adults seeing who came and went. Telephone call logs could also back up Prince’s claims, although, thinking about it, wasn’t there a report that all landlines were disconnected in the days leading up to the 25th? Therefore how did he call his Dad? Did he have a mobile?

I’m sure we will see more evidence to back up this startling claim.

    With love.

Whoever heard of the situation when the patient is more concerned of the doctor’s well being than the doctor is of the patient’s? Given the sensitive, kind and magnanimous soul that he was, it seems that Michael did not mind Conrad Murray’s fees of $150,000 a month only because he felt that it would improve the doctor’s economic well being. How many of us would have done that, even if we were to be millionaires? Michael was just too trusting. Michael had been subjected to wrong treatment over the years.

Thanks very much for this report. It is interesting to see how such a teenager can be so concise and sharp and confident in his answers to attorneys. Yes, no, etc. When one compares them to Phillips’s replies that are being so evasive, one can’t help wondering who is hiding what…

What a true team effort! Team Michael Jackson and Vindicating Michael! Thank you both for streamlining the process for the truth to be so easily accessible to the fans and to the world! All TMJ’s tweets are far superior to the news stories, and even journalists’ tweets. Journalists can only give the gist of the testimony and so many times important, pivotal facts are left out. TMJ and Helena – thank you so much for all your efforts! And of course it is for the love of the truth and for the love of Michael Jackson. God is vindicating his son. God is answering our prayers! This is such a wonderful process to behold…

But don’t stop praying. It is not over yet…The comfort for me is that the jurors are the only ones to decide, and they are there in person, hearing and seeing testimony everyday. But from what I can see, the plaintiffs (Jacksons) have given a lot more clarity about AEG “hiring and supervising” Murray. Even though no written contract was signed by all, the hiring was implicit, and AEG concretely took Murray “into the fold”. Murray was pressured by AEG. And more than one expert in court said this was a clear “conflict of interest”.

Also, I hope that it can be proven by the plaintiffs (Jacksons) that Prince’s testimony is true re: Phillips and Thome being at MJ home the night before Jackson died…can RP & TT prove their whereabouts on that night? We know what RP testified, but can he corroborate this testimony of his total whereabouts (his comings and goings) on the night before Jackson died? I hope this will be cleared up in court.

fyi…I thought I read that Anthony MacCartney from AP is designated by the court to be in courtroom Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. ABC7Courts is designated by the court to be in the courtroom Tuesday and Thursdays. Could someone please confirm my recollection?

Prince handled himself very well under stressful questioning. He’s certainly a credit to his Father. Thank you for posting this extended version of his testimony.
