Charles Thomson: Mirror publishes another fraudulent Jackson ‘FBI’ story
Another big lie from the UK Mirror and another quick and expert response from Charles Thomson who is analyzing the lie with the FBI documents in his hands.
The lie is so blatant that the only conclusion possible here is that either the Mirror staff are completely incompetent or the newspaper is smearing Michael Jackson on purpose. This is the only alternative Charles Thomson sees and I am very happy that he does, and says it so openly too.
I fully agree – with the only difference that the second option looks to me a much more probable one. In my own place I’ve seen far too many intentional smear campaigns not to be able to recognize one in other places.
But there is still one thing that makes me wonder – why is it only Charles Thomson who responds? Is he the only honest journalist in the UK?

Mirror publishes another fraudulent Jackson ‘FBI’ story
A pattern is emerging here.Today the Mirror has published a story claiming that FBI papers released in 2009 ‘admit’ that an investigation into Michael Jackson was halted in the mid-80s to avoid political embarrassment, as Jackson was due to have a public meeting with President Reagan.The story is a lie and I have to conclude that it is an intentional lie. This is the second time in eight days that the same organisation has run a completely inaccurate story based on ‘FBI files’ accusing Jackson of paedophilia. There are two possibilities. 1) The staff at the Mirror are completely incompetent. 2) They are smearing Michael Jackson with lies on purpose.The story alleges that files ‘admit’ that Jackson was investigated for molesting two Mexican boys, but the investigation was called off because of the presidential meeting. The story is absolutely bogus.Here is what the files really say:After the Jordan Chandler allegations became public, a writer – not named in the files – contacted the FBI to say they had heard a rumourthat Jackson was investigated for molesting two Mexican boys in the mid-80s, but the investigation had been called off for the reasons outlined in the Mirror’s story.
These claims are made in the files solely by the anonymous writer, who had been unable to obtain any evidence at all that they were true. The only reason the claim appears in the files is that the writer had contacted the bureau to ask whether it was true. The bureau searched its records and found that the rumoured mid-80s investigation had never taken place – then wrote a document detailing the interaction with the writer, which is what the Mirror has quoted.
The FBI report was written, specifically, to document the fact that a writer had called to enquire about a rumoured investigation, but the FBI had concluded the rumour was untrue. However, the Mirror has chosen to totally misrepresent the contents of the document and state inaccurately that the story was in fact true.
This story – like last week’s – is not only bogus, but old. It was widely misreported in 2009 when the files were released. I addressed it on this very blog, in an article which wound up being quoted in J Randy Taraborrelli’s ‘The Magic, The Madness, The Whole Story’ as the only accurate assessment of the FBI files he was able to find.
This is the Mirror’s emerging pattern; it takes a fabricated story which was discredited several years ago, pretends it is brand new, intentionally omits the fact that it is fabricated and uses it to smear Michael Jackson.
At this stage, I feel that serious questions need to be asked about what is really going on here.

Great comment. This is what I meant by saying that we need to know the details of Robson’s claim.
If he claims that it was a “repressed memory” case (and we believe him), then what he said at the 2005 trial was how he really remembered it at that time, and no one was forcing him to say anything.
And vice versa – if he was coerced into saying it (and we believe him again), then it couldn’t be a “repressed memory” case but was a conscious lie.
How very nice that Robson is claiming all of it.

I also want to point out , that when Jason and Blanca came in in 2005, Tom Sneddon was also very much still in control of the jurisdiction the Francia lived in..
I dont consider Sneddon a decent person, we have seen him abuse the power of his office to get his way on many occasions, not just with MJ.
I am sure the pressure was put on both of them to show up and confront MJ ,and look how that ended up , Jason being laughed out of court and ending his testimony with the remark that MJ needed to “move away from here”.
Well those words were very true because MJ did need to move away, Sneddon was like a dog with a bone and even after that case , crashed and burned, according to Randall Sullivans book, he was still trying to pursue some kind of drug case because of a medication found at Neverland.

So Wade case isnt a criminal trial , and Sneddon is no longer in control..This is all only about money.
Jason also pointed out that all “the crappiness started ” when the police showed up unexpectedly to interview him..
Most people would expect the crappiness to start when one is molested , so that statement speaks volumes also, about the pressure put on Jason to “come up with something”, just as he said during his first police interrogation.
I am sure none of this has been lost on Wades lawyer , when he finally read the transcripts of his supposedly star witnesses for his client.

Blanca said everything there is to say already, under oath twice.
She admitted she was paid , what ,amounted to ,what years salary would have been , by D Dimond and Hardcopy.20 grand
She also admitted she never actually saw anything, but a pair of shorts on the floor.
This is her job , remember , to pick up after people, she was, after all , the MAID.
I dont have a maid, so when kids would use my shower, I would be the one picking up dirty clothes and towels..
And I wait until everyone is done before I pick up.So I dont know who dropped what , and when..same as Blanca..
Kids and oversized kids have a tendency to drop things where they please, especially if a staff is hired to clean up after you,,
As far as Blanca helping Wade in any way…I think that is just his lawyers saber rattling, same as they did with the English tabloid story.

Harvey Levin said, when this garbage first came out,… his lawyer was going to review Blanca testimony, which tells me, Wade or his lawyer had never read what was actually said in court, they were just going with what reported by media in court.
Notice we have heard no more regarding her testimony either.
And I seriously doubt either Francia wants to show up and be proven a liar , yet again, just so Wade can try and collect more money than they did..

The other correct statement is: Jordan Chandler DIDN’T say that Michael was UNcircumcised.
All the rest is either lies or poor grammar.

Robson did not humiliate anyone on the stand. He simply said the truth. And it was consistent with what Blanca initially said in her deposition. She admitted that she had never seen anything. And he also said he had never been to a shower with MJ.
Whether Blanca will “help” Robson we will see. We will also see whether Robson will have the audacity to tell his new lies about Michael.
If you don’t want to believe these “facts”, don’t believe them. They are not facts – they are lies. And what you want to believe is your choice.
And can I ask you to write all your questions in one post please? You write your questions all over the blog and I have to answer them in the same way. But with the facts of MJ’s innocence scattered in various comments no one will ever get a consistent picture of the truth.
For this reason I have to repeat my earlier reply to you here too:
The undeniable facts of Jordan Chandler’s case are:
1) Jordan DID say that Michael was circumcised. Jordan’s words about Michael being “circumcised” are also mentioned in Victor Gutierrez’s book of 1996.
This alone should explain to you who the people allegedly writing “facts” about Michael Jackson are. They are LIARS who deny even the most undeniable facts.
2) The story of the splotch was the exact opposite of what Jordan was saying.
If you read the above article you will see that besides the penis being “circumcised” Jordan also said that there was “a splotch a light color similar to the color of his face”.
This was Jordan’s guess considering that his father did see Michael’s buttocks when he was making an injection of Toradol to him. He saw some light splotches there and assumed that with Michael’s vitiligo he should have at least one light splotch they could safely guess without making a mistake. The assumption was that one way or the other but with Michael’s vitiligo at least something of that kind could be found.
But the irony of the situation is that the guess was totally wrong. They actually made a wrong guess about the color of MJ’s whole penis (sorry for being so graphic). The photos obtained from the strip search showed a totally different color scheme there. We know it from Sneddon’s declaration made in 2005.
There, after long beating about the bush Sneddon finally said something about a dark spot located at approximately the same relative location as mentioned by Jordan Chandler. “Approximately the same relative location” and “a dark spot”.
A Dark spot. And Jordan Chandler’s guess was that Michael was having a Light spot there.
But a dark spot can stand out only on the light background and a light spot stands out only on the dark background.
So Jordan thought that the penis was black while in reality it turned out to be predominantly light. It means he never saw it.
3) Sure Ray Chandler allowed his book to be used at the trial, lol. It is going to the trial to prove his statements that he resisted very much.
Anyone can write a book and say there whatever their fantasy tells them. It is proving lies which is difficult and this is why Ray Chandler avoided testifying at the trial like the plague.
4) As regards Brett Barnes I don’t know and need to check the source these people are citing. Please provide one.
However even the first three points should tell you more than enough about the “credibility” of the site you mentioned. This site is spreading lies about Michael and from your account I see that they are quite successful in what they do.

i saw that blanca is going to help wade at the initial hearing, but i don’t think it’s a ‘case’ yet. still, i wonder why she would do that, as he did humiliate her accusation on the stand in the trial. i wonder why she would even want to help him unless she did see something. do you believe she’s getting something out of this? i don’t want to believe this story or any of these supposed ‘facts’ about michael i’ve seen on websites that say they are unbiased.

Dann, I’ve read that Blanca Francia was contacted and she allegedly wanted to join the case, but in June? In June as far as I know the judge is just going to decide whether the credit claim may go forward or not. Is that right?
If Blanca Francia is indeed going to join the case she will have to explain a lot of discrepancies between what she said in her depositions in 1993/94 and during the 2005 trial. I made two posts about it:

The one thing I need to add to the above is that now both Robson and Francia can tell an exceptionally smooth story as they can simply get together and agree about anything, so the only way to know what it really was like is to go back to what they said at that time.
And the really effective way to handle these people would be to sue them for slander. I don’t know whether this is possible considering that no one can sue those who slander the deceased, but if Wade Robson starts the case himself it will the next best opportunity for it.
This is why I am for a trial no matter who initiates it. And Thomas Mesereau should by all means be involved in it, though he is a criminal lawyer and doesn’t do civil litigation. Don’t know in which capacity – as a consultant or lawyers team leader, whoever.
Criminal lawyers should be involved here by all means as this is actually a criminal case requiring good investigative research.

What a lame response. I cant believe that the executors refer to media and not as a fact of their own research or conviction that the allegations are false.
Why hide behind media and out of all call Friedman a responsible journalist who don’t practice checkbook journalism’ He is the epitome of checkbook journalism.
I wont even call him a journalist, just because in this instance he said some things that were right.
Only recently he said the most horrible things about Michael his children and family, makes all kinds of speculations about Paris and when Michael was alive he never missed an opportunity pass to ridicule him.
How does it help Michael that the representatives of his estate cant say on their own authority that its tabloid trash . Are they defending Michael or are they defending media.
To rely on media like that they will sooner or later bite their own tail.

The mudslinging is done on purpose and most lilely AEG contibutes with money.Last night I saw a Norweigian movie.called “rottjakten” in english i guess “The rattrace” about a major oilcompany. It showed how a major company will do anything ,including murder to shield itself from public responsibility and the truth. Norway is a major oil exporter, is a very rich country and has no slums. At present I am at the library and cannot give furter info re this movie,ie director, producer etc.
Someone, maybe Charles Thomson, should analyse this tactic, it clearly points to AEG´s need for it as they do not have any real means showing themselves as the nonguilty party in this trial. .I can see no other reason to dig up false stories about MJ 2-3 decades back.The more AEG engages in this the more it shows their guilt and lack of true facts to exenorate them.,they appear to be desparate having to resort to something like this.I hope and believe that attn Panish will point this out.

I have read it as follows (please correct me if you see a mistake):
The word “reporter” is not necessarily the right one. It can be anything, but I don’t think that it is the word “agent”. Agents don’t write books about the subject of their investigation – especially when they are still active and are not in retirement. And agents don’t brag about being agents like Gutierrez did.
The “Mormon” could be anyone – Gutierrez could know some agent or hear about him or that agent could be the fruit of his imagination and he was referring to himself this way (Gutierrez was from a Mormon family as we recently learned). Whatever the situation was, the “two Mexican boys” never existed as following Gutierrez’s lead the FBI Special Agent did a search of their files looking for anything which could have a bearing on that case, but did not find it. One would imagine that at least the initial complaint should have been there but it was not.
P.S. It is also interesting that this call was made to LAPD on December 27, 1993.
This was a panicky moment for the Chandlers when after Michael’s strip search it became clear to Larry Feldman and Co. that Jordan’s desciption did not match MJ’s genitalia. This was the moment when they desperately needed a “new victim” or better “two new victims” – in Mexico or wherever.
In his book Gutierrez says that Feldman was looking for him for three months (with a private investigator) prior to their meeting on January 11, 1994. The only reason why he could be looking for Gutierrez was his uneasiness about having no other “victims” to corroborate Jordan’s story – this is what he actually said himself (of course if we are to believe Gutierrez).
So the end of December as a timing for Gutierrez’s call is very logical – they desperately needed new “victims”, hence this new lie from Gutierrez about some fictional “Mexican boys” and some fictional SAC conducting investigation.

Guys, I once again reviewed the FBI files concerning the 1993 case and found the document Charles Thomson refers to. It is an extremely interesting paper – oh, extremely interesting (hopefully I will write about it later).
In the meantime anyone interested can look up the file. Now it was uploaded into the NEWS FROM THE FRONT page as a pdf file together with the summary of the main documents it is made up of.
The 1993 file consists of 59 pages only and includes the following events listed here in the chronological order. I think we should learn all of them by heart because next Sunday we can expect something else from this particular list. We should be ready.
Here is the summary.
August 24, 1993. This is a document stating that there was a telephone call from someone who was informing (evidently LAPD) that 10 months prior to this date there was a restraining order for Jackson in New York (page 53 of the file).
August 24, 1993. Another call registered, this time from Toronto, Canada from a couple who work in children services. On March 7, 1992 they were going by train from Chicago to Grand Canyon. Jackson had four compartments on that train, was travelling with some adult staff and a boy 12/13 years old who was identified as his cousin. Jackson “was possessive” of the boy and at night the pair heard “questionable noises” through the wall. (Evidently out of the four compartments available MJ specially selected the one adjoining these citizens). She was concerned enough to inform the conductor of her suspicions.
September 7, 1993. LAPD requests assistance of the FBI in their investigation of child molestation allegations (p.1)
September 7, 1993. LAPD asks FBI for possible prosecuting MJ for a violation of the Mann Act. The FBI declines it (p.20)
September 10, 1993. LAPD organises a meeting. A decision is taken to go to Manila to see the Fillipino couple Quindoys. (p.20)
September 22-23, 1993. Two interviews with Quindoys are conducted and considered successful.
September 23, 1993. The agent is informing that they do not intend to take any action as regards Terry George’s claims about Jackson(p.33). The newspaper cuts are provided for information only (p.38- 43)
September 1993. More newspaper cuts, this time from Manila newspapers reporting about two LAPD detectives Deborah Linden and Federico Sicard visiting the Fillipino couple Quindoys (pp.35-36)
October 19, 1993. The search of the New York City Supreme Court is conducted in an attempt to find the restraining order for Jackson mentioned above. Computerized and manual searches were made but produced a negative result (pp.44-51)
December 27, 1993 (p.52):
– A Special Agent (SA) is writing a memorandum to a Special Agent in Charge (SAC) about the information he received from Officer X from LAPD and what action he has taken upon it.
– Initially the information was received by Officer X of LAPD from a certain person. This person was writing a book about Michael Jackson and child molestation allegations, and claimed that he had learned from a certain SAC (who was an Hispanic agent known as “Mormon”) certain information about Jackson.
– According to the caller to the LAPD in 1985 or 1986 this Hispanic agent working for the FBI in Los Angeles was investigating the case of MJ”s alleged molestation of two Mexican boys, but he didn’t pursue the allegations as Jackson was to receive an award from the President. The caller claimed that the case was covered up.
– When the LAPD officer passed over this information to the FBI Special agent, the agent took action. He conducted a search of their files and searched all indices, both manually and automated for any reference to the above case, but found no reference to it.
– So now the SA is writing a memorandum to an FBI SAC that the information provided by the caller to LAPD was not confirmed.
(Has anyone guessed who the caller was? Of course it was Gutierrez.)
January 1, 1994. A cover letter from the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) to the Special Agent (SA) about a copy of the search warrant with an affidavit (from Deborah Linden) for Michael Jackson’s strip search. Because of the sensitivity of this investigation, it is requested not to duplicate or disseminate those documents (p. 55). The documents proper are not provided.
August 8, 1994. The final memorandum in the 1993/94 case:
– The Special Agent (SA) is informing the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) that he contacted the LAPD to find out about the progress of the case. The officer in LAPD informed the FBI SA that there were still in the process of deciding whether or not to file charges against Jackson.
– The SA notes that there are no outstanding leads remaining for the Los Angeles Office in this matter.
– The SA concludes that the present file will be placed in a closed status.

All of the above means that whatever leads they had the FBI and police investigated them all, but by August 8, 1994 they had absolutely nothing. In September 1994 the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara District Attorneys closed the case without bringing any charges.

I have always felt that there is a co ordinated and deliberate attempt by the power brokers who own the media to discredit, dehumanize and destroy MJ and his legacy. It takes time, money, and a lot of irrational hatred to carry out this campaign. The question I have is why? This the the question that I would like to to see explored some more. I have my own theory which I have already stated, but I would love to see this issue analysed from other perspectives. One way to start is with the list of names of these power brokers. That would allow us to look for things they have in common.
I am also concerned about how weak, ineffectual, and uninterested the MJ estate seems to be when it comes to protecting MJ’s image and reputation. They have the resources to discourage and address these lies, and yet they remain silent, leaving it to the fans and writers like Charles Thomson (may the good Lord bless and keep him). The only time that I’ve see them wake up and act with any resolve is when they are trying to discredit MJ’s own family, or when pressured by the fans.
I find this all very strange.

Non only because : the beautiful man, the wonderful person, the great human.
Because he was most beloved on the planet.

None of the mudslinging that happened since AEGs lawyer Marvin Putnam warned jurors in his opening statement that “we’re going to show some ugly stuff” is a coincidence.
“AEG has no choice but reveal Jackson’s deepest, darkest secret because the company must defend itself from the accusation from Jackson’s family that it is responsible for the pop icon’s death” Marvin Putnam said.
What he actually said is that AEG will not or cannot not defend itself by proving they are not liable but by throwing dirt to make the victim look guilty. If a multinational like AEG needs to resort to showing ugly stuff , it means they do not have the truth to show. The reason that they have no choice is simple: there is no defending what they did.
They can hide the hand that throws the stones but they cannot hide that everything points to them as the instigator. Putnams statement was an open invitation to the usual suspects and other leeches to crawl out of their hiding.
It is nothing short of the underhanded version of Sneddons invitation to “victims” that attracted the phantoms like Bartucci, who who Im sure will soon pop up of nowhere and that sent Dimond on her failed mission to Canada.
As for the mirror and other tabloids ,now that we know what their game is , rehashing old stories that were long ago debunked, its easy to anticipate what they are going to do next.
A journalist like Thompson can cut them short by putting out everything that they intend to publicize in its real context before they do.

Of course these tabloid stories are on purpose. This is a conspiracy from the same “powers” that libeled Michael Jackson when he was alive. These powers have decided that they are going to continue, even tho MJ is dead. I thank God (sincerely) that truth seekers, such as Mesereau, Thomson, Vogel, Aphrodite, Kunesh, Vindicating Michael, Team Michael Jackson, Wagener, CJ Baxxter, etc, have devoted a good portion of their lives to SEEKING THE TRUTH about MJ. This was done not just because they are fans trying to defend Michael. These are Truth Seekers. This is about INJUSTICE. Like bullying, lying, and libel are injustice. We have to continue to stay on the side of mercy and truth. We must not tire. This is a very important quest for us because this injustice is not about Michael only. There are so many other victims. Indirectly, we work for all the other victims of injustice too.
