Tom Sneddon Dead

November 2, 2014

I’ll keep this short.

Ex Santa Barbara County District Attorney, Thomas William Sneddon Jr. passed away, at the age of 73, from cancer.

Michael+Jackson+Case+Continues+Kcqepvf4b40l

From what many of us know of the man, I can’t lie and pretend that I’m sad that he’s passed. But I can’t say I’m pleased or the such either. As far as I’m concerned, he was a formidable DA, but a truly corrupt one at that, and you’ll find many posts on here that prove that. This in my honest opinion made him a crook of a law enforcer and a filthy smudge on humanity. If Sneddon truly cared for truth, justice and the law, he wouldn’t have treat it as a joke, that he could mould into his own shape, just to settle a vendetta against Michael Jackson. A vendetta that should never had of existed in the first place.

The man was corrupt, disrespectful, deceitful, self-righteous, self-serving, egotistical and hypocritical.

And that is how I’m sure he will be remembered by the many people that had the displeasure of ever hearing his name.

………………..

Just to paint a picture of what I described Sneddon to be, I’ll turn everybody’s attention to this startling, but unsurprising story, of his neglect.

The Case Sneddon Ignored

Is Tom Sneddon a concerned government official seeking justice for an allegedly abused child or is he merely a prosecutor with a grudge trying to get a conviction? Sneddon’s handling of a past child molestation case would indicate the latter.

In 2002, David Bruce Danielson, a forensic investigator for the Santa Barbara Police Department, was accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl. After returning home intoxicated, Danielson climbed into his bed where the girl, who was a guest at his home, was sleeping. Danielson admitted to “accidentally” molesting her, claiming he had mistaken her for his wife. Sneddon closed the case stating that there was no evidence to corroborate the girl’s claims.
The girl involved in the case wrote her feelings down in a letter that was published in the Santa Maria Times. “I am astounded at the stupidity the DA showed by allowing this man to be released of all charges. David Danielson may be free, but I am still emotionally trapped. There is not one day that I don’t wish I wouldn’t have come clean.”
About Sneddon’s handling of the Michael Jackson case, the girl’s father said, “Maybe it’s because it is high profile… but still, in her mind it’s the same situation. She’s still angry.”
While it seems that child abuse might not be Tom Sneddon’s first priority, the question still remains whether or not he would really pursue seemingly false allegations in order to carry out his own personal agenda. After learning the facts about the Michael Jackson case and reading through the numerous accusations that have been made against Tom Sneddon, I’ll let you draw your own conclusions about that…

And you can read more of Sneddon’s corrupt exploits here –

I do not feel sorry. This man wanted to bury Michael, and got it. Michael since he was broken inside. The pain so great that this man caused him, none of us can imagine. It was the beginning of the end of Michael Joe Jackson.
I can not forgive Sneddon. I am sorry.

Personally, I haven’t been in touch with Sneddon’s life, I’ve only focused on the cases. Recently I found out that he is dead. I’m not happy or sad about it. He did his job as a prosecutor, but he still failed on protecting justice. It’s one thing to prosecute someone because it’s your job and another thing to falsifie evidence against them and investigate them for years, spreading lies. However, we can’t change what happened and I don’t feel mad at anyone, not even at Michael’s accusers, there’s just no point to it. I’d like to thank Tom Sneddon actually, because even with all those efforts to convict Michael, he still didn’t make it because Michael never did anything wrong. Like another post here says about him: “The best man did the best job and found nothing.” He just proved us again and again what we already know, that Michael was innocent. My condolences to the family and I mean this; I’ve lost a family member from cancer and I know what it’s like. It happened in a matter of days, it had spread a lot and we never realized. Again, I have no anger against Tom Sneddon. If he ever regreted some of the bad decisions he took on his career, I hope he found peace with himself.

He made a hell out of Michael’s life. It would have been better if he had lived and had been drawn to court. But I feel for his family members that were also betrayed by him. They are now the victims too, because TS saw to it that lots of MJ fans do not act sympathetically towards them, especially not towards their relative , TS. I almost feel some kind of pity with him, that he was so viciously, falsely, improperly acting towards one of the best human beings ever. The “not Guilty” verdict must have been terrible for him. I hope it hurt him, so that he would feel a glimpse of what Michael must have felt. He does not deserve to be mentioned again, ever…

I never felt sorry Sneddon at all and I as much I do for his family but he’s nothing but a parasite to Michael. Not only that, he’s also a major reason why the justice system in California was screwed up and corrupted which I find to be the worst justice system the US. Not only he’s trying to ruin Michael’s life, but he’s one of those reasons why Michael left Earth into heaven. People say we have to forgive him but why should he? He’s an evil man trying to ruin Michael’s life and I refuse to forgive him for his actions I don’t fricking care what other people say I have a right to forgive or not.

How embarrassing is it to accomplish so much in your life but only be remembered for your sick obsession with some pop star? Sneddon could care less about victims. All he cared about was taking down Michael Jackson the international superstar and making a name for himself. He loved the idea of being involved in such a high profile case because of all the attention and opportunities that came along with it. If he truly cared about sexual abuse victims then why waste so much time, resources, police officers, forensic experts, FBI agents, search warrants, district attorneys, computer experts, etc on one individual when there are hundreds of pedophiles and child molesters in California? I will never forget that video I saw on CNN of him cracking jokes at a press conference. I wonder if the District attorney who handled Jerry Sandusky’s case was seen cracking jokes at a press conference or was out celebrating and popping expensive champagne with friends and hugging reporters shortly before the jury’s verdict?

Yes, It is not appropriate to be happy on someone death, but may be it is a little bit relief for MJ’s kids and family, finally there enemy who cause tremendous pain and destroyed their father, son and brother in such a cruel way is gone forever.

I believe a sense of loss of genies Michael Jackson is still there in a music industry and in his fans heart and that feeling will never go away soon. This man death doesn’t change that loss much. Because there is no other like MJ and no one can replace him, at list not yet. His music, his craft and his talent is unique, very different; always ask myself how much the music industry and the world could miss his art. Even though, we have a lot of talented genius’s musician now days, every time when I see his work, asked myself, who can much with him?

I like Rogers Firedman article for first time now, people getting it now and hope fully, everybody will know the truth and realise what exactly happened to MJ.

This the court hearing transcript from early October. Wade’s lawyer going over with the judge about the case
    https://t.co/OLWWwa3DDp

The next hearing is in 2 days.

And from the short gist of it, it appears the lawyer needs more time to get things together, and the judge sounds like he’s doing a lot of head scratching.

    @ Sarah

I wish Michael’s haters did care about children.
The many I have come across simply don’t care at all, or if they do, they don’t demonstrate it.
They hate him because he “got away with it”, in their minds.
They wish death and misfortune on his children, I’ve seen a lack of consideration in that direction. If they really cared about children they would put their fight in a more productive format, like focusing on living and breathing pedophiles.
But instead, they focus ONLY on Michael’s alleged “victims”. Why no focus on any other victim of abuse or the perpetrators of these crimes?

They hate Michael because “he got away with it”, they hate his supporters and will often go out their ways to project that hatred onto fans. They project it onto Michael’s family and his children, and what have they done?

So their title of “haters”, is indeed appropriate.

    @Sarah
Sneddon had to manipulate phone records, plant evidence, manipulate documents and then some. It’s safe to say he had no legit reason to believe the crimes took place because if he had the evidence would speak for itself. The whole case was fueled by his own personal hatred and there were others in his own team that did not agree with his actions.

If Sneddon was so against pedophilia then he would have went after the child rapist he let get away, and followed the obvious pedophiles he discovered in his pursuing Michael.

    @Newrodrigo,

    Thanks for a balanced answer.
The problem here is, what if Sneddon had a reason to believe Michael committed the crimes he was accused, and not a vendetta against him? I’m not saying Michael made them. I’m not a fan ,I like his music but I don’t have reasons to think he molested any kid.
Many people talks ill about Michael because they simply have reason to believe he committed these crimes, and it simply means these people cares about children. Why call them “haters”? If you’re talking about people who just likes to badmouth Michael out of the blue, yes, these are the true haters.

    @Mjilima,

Your answer is the reason why many people believes MJ fans are all mad. It simply had no logic. Yes I’m not a fan, so? I’m not a hater either. I have no reasons to hate him.

    @ Sarah

Cancer is a terrible, terrible disease. One of the worst, and I wish it on no man. My mother, who is an absolute Saint, helping many people in life without asking for anything in return, suffered from it a couple of year ago. Luckily it was caught in time. I often think will I suffer it too, if it is hereditary.
Sneddon, receiving cancer and passing away from it, is a terrible thing.

Like a lot of MJ fans/supporters, I wasn’t too fond of the man. I think he was scum.

And I can’t help change the way people are reacting over his death. They’re reacting with anger and yes, hatred. Not exactly our finest human qualities.
But Sneddon had no better qualities himself. He was a father. So was Michael. He tried to take Michael away from his children, knowing he had done nothing wrong. Trying to imprison an innocent man, by helping a crazy family with lies and falsifying evidence.

I don’t recall any kind comments from people who disliked Michael. They were worse than what people are saying about Sneddon. The kind of comments that prompted me, Helena, David, Lynette, and so many others to fight in Michael’s name. To clear it of the crap, that Sneddon and the rest of them threw at it.

I’m not sad or happy that the man has passed away, and I certainly don’t agree with karma. Nobody deserves to go like that. And nobody deserved what Michael endured.

Reblogged this on Michael Jackson – Fact or Fiction and commented:
I really have no words for the passing of Tom Sneddon. He succumbed to his complications of Cancer this weekend at the age of 73. All I can say is I hope he made peace with the tremendous errors of his ways before he met his maker. I was taught if I had nothing to say, then say nothing. I could go on a epic rant about him, but I won’t. As someone else said, I won’t celebrate his death but I won’t sympathize either. Someone in a FB group pointed out something interesting. They said they would have rather see him face his day in court for the crimes he committed not only against Michael, but others who were unfortunate to feel his wrath and I have to agree. With that being said, I’ll just repost VindicateMJ’s post about his passing.

It looks like Tom Sneddon didn’t get the chance to enjoy his retirement very long. When he retired in 2010, he now only had 4 years more to live, the same way Michael had only 4 years to live after the trial Sneddon imposed on him. Considering that Sneddon apparently had a one year battle with cancer before his death, probably coupled with pain and fear, it is even a shorter time he could enjoy retirement. And 73 is not very old nowadays.

I don’t like to see sentences like “may he rot in hell”, I prefer a more decent manner to express our feelings about his death, but I think it’s fair to say that Sneddon was not rewarded with a pleasant and honorable evening of life after his long years as DA and after everything he did not only to MJ, but also to other people he simply didn’t like, and that this is probably what he deserved.

Evan Chandler was the first accuser of MJ and died a terrible death of his own hands, Sneddon was the next accuser (apart from Jordie who was doped to “admit” them) and had no pleasant death. Let’s wait and see what happens to the rest of the accusers. I believe in divine justice, and fans only have to watch and listen, it’s not necessary to hate and curse.

He spent over the course of 10 years, making Michael’s life a hell.

And this was NOT about bringing down a criminal. He knew full well Jordan Chandler’s description didn’t match.
He knew the Arvizo’s were two faced liars, and he aided them with those lies. He helped change their stories, and thankfully, it backfired in a pretty humiliating way.

He simply wanted to be known as the man that brought down the big bad and mad Michael Jackson. He broke the law to do this.
The man was a complete and utter joke.
