Wade Robson suffers LA court setback

November 6, 2014

Just a quick heads up guys. This can be considered good news.

Michael Jackson’s lawyers have scored a victory in their legal battle with Australia’s Wade Robson.

Australian choreographer Wade Robson has lost his bid to grill representatives of Michael Jackson’s estate about graphic sexual acts he alleged the late King of Pop performed on him as a child.

“I think the types of questions we are are asking are appropriate,” Robson’s lawyer Maryann Marzano told Los Angeles Superior Court judge Mitchell Beckloff during Thursday’s hearing.

Marzano wanted to probe the heads of Jackson’s estate with questions ranging from whether Jackson put his hands inside Robson’s underpants to whether Jackson committed various sexual acts on Robson.

Jackson lawyer Jonathan Steinsapir said his clients have already denied anything sexual took place between Jackson and Robson.

“Now they want us to deny Michael Jackson put his hand on Wade Robson’s penis,” Steinsapir told judge Beckloff.

“We have denied that.”

At the end of the hearing, Marzano agreed to withdraw 11 of the questions, but Robson’s lawyers will be allowed to probe Jackson executives about other matters.

Robson, who was a five-year-old dance prodigy in Brisbane when he first met Jackson, had been one of the pop star’s biggest supporters.

Robson testified under oath at Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial involving another boy in Santa Barbara that Jackson never abused him.

Robson was a key reason for Jackson’s acquittal.

However, last year Robson did an about-face and claimed Jackson was a sexual predator who brainwashed him.

Jackson died in 2009 and Robson now wants a slice of the entertainer’s estate that’s estimated to be worth around $US1.5 billion ($A1.6 billion).

Robson said it wasn’t until after Jackson’s death and the birth of his own son that he was psychologically and emotionally able to understand that Jackson had sexually abused him.

Robson filed a late claim in the Los Angeles court against the dead singer’s estate.

Robson became one of the world’s top dance choreographers, winning an Emmy Award for his work on US TV and was hired by acts including Britney Spears and NSYNC.

Robson’s lawyers say Robson was so traumatised by Jackson molesting him he could no longer dance, sing or write songs

The matter was adjourned to December 16.

And again I wonder…just how did Wade become so traumatised if he already knew about being brainwashed for years, but only recovered them memories and realisations in therapy?

Wait, what was his story again?

Doesn’t matter – if it sounds like crap, smells like crap and looks like crap, it’s usually false allegations.

Thank you, Yan. Yes, we love Michael Jackson, but we also have a strong love for truth. When you ask what this love is all about I can tell you that it is definitely not fantasy, but a distinct desire for the truth. As you say, we cannot let the truth be buried, and from our years of research about Michael we learned that the perception of his person in the general public was mostly based on lies and misrepresentation. Our desire for truth is our motivation to defend and support Michael. Thank you for your words.

Thanks to the contributers of this great website and so many loving and selfless fans of Michael Jackson. Without you, the truth would have been buried by the WMD ie the media.
You people are really great. You sacrifice your time and wealth to defend and support someone you probably never met in person at all and you love him and stand by his side during years of trial and tribulations and even after his death. What is it? What is this love all about? Is it just our fantasy or something greater we should remember forever?

I’m sorry I think I’m being a hypocrite to judge people even WR and say they would do anything for money. I don’t mean he is right. I mean what would happen if I were the one who is homeless, penniless and starving. I think I’m just fortunate enough not to wander on the street and my parents still support me even I’m not well and disappoint them a lot. I couldn’t image if I have to survive by selling my body or soul. I don’t even have the courage to commit suicide. This world is so cruel and many people lost and fail. I hope Dr Treacy’s poem will come true soon. So no more tears and no more sufferings.

“Jesus comes amongst us, as propechies of the past did fortell,
Your rested body then wakes from the slumber of the age,
    ….
And you shall rise and take your rightly place by his side,

And man shall then forever know all the evil that was done,
To fellow man, to starving child and also to you alone,
The destitute shall then arise, the sickly smile again,
And each shall know your beauty in the judgement of the age.”

Mj29, Yan and Lena, newrodrigo, and all others:
Thank you so much for your input and for your support. I am very sorry that you didn’t read much from us lately. This was an exhausting year and we still hope that times will become better and Helena will be able to write again and respond to your comments. Meanwhile I am preparing a post and hope to bring it to you before Christmas, as it is necessary to make a short review of this year that caused us too much trouble to keep in regular touch. Hope to be back soon…

I agree that the tone of the article is sympathetic towards Wade, which angers me to no end. I especially hate how it says, “Wade was a key reason for Jackson’s acquittal.” How in the world could one say that Wade was the key reason when there was so much overwhelming, hard evidence that Michael was INNOCENT. This is fact whether someone is a fan of MJ’s music or not. Listen to Michael’s song “Money” and that describes Wade’s motive. My prayers go out to Michael’s children and family. Rest in Peace, Michael. I pray that the world will know the truth and see through all of the horrible, horrible lies and that Wade will pay for all of the harm and pain that he is causing. Thank you for this website so that people are able to read the facts!

Beloved Jesus Christ was betrayed by his disciple ,and why is it unbelievable someone who once claimed Michael was his mentor would betray him. WR is lying because he changed his stories constantly. If he wasn’t replaced by JK and was able to direct Michael Jackson related tribute concerts and make money off him through decent channels, I believe he would praise Michael non stop and defend him like he did during the trial. By the way, he can become a tabloid scrib if he doesn’t want to dance and runs out of money. The Tabloid world love to have someone like that, no shame but lies.

Hello and welcome dear MJ’s loving family,
Only now I was able to understand the great stake of this fucking, asshole bastard WR. I have not found another word somewhat suitable to name this character bipolar. I am outraged and I’m sure of their whopping lie and nothingness these people like him whom supporting him. I’m absolutely sure they haven’t proof and it is clear as daylight that entire their (WR and his henchmen) criminal action is a big lie because their intent is visible dirty, criminal. I’m more than sure they will breaks their wings before at they reach their precious intended prey (money). I’m sure the judges Court will be impartial to judge this unconstitutional civil case in the spirit of justice, the rule of law. These miserable characters (WR & his dirty, ugly team)100% are already defeated. This is God’s will. We all supporters of justice, love, moral beauty, straight fight are always winners! May the straight will of God Almighty be over all of us. The King of Pop, of LOVE, King of musical, culture arts, our beloved brilliant Michael J is the best and loved forever! I love you Michael J straight from my heart! Keep the faith! Keep the prayers! God bless you all people in the world. I love you all!

It’s so painfully obvious that this man is lying while he’s trying so desperately to grasp onto anything. He wasn’t present in the 2005 trial except for the day he had to testify, his comfort level during testimony shows that nothing happened. Hypothetically, can you imagine being questioned by a harsh prosecutor, being told you were molested, knowing others were testifying against your accuser and you were molested? It’s such bs, he wouldn’t have risk being exposed on the stand – that’s the same thing that stopped Matthew Sandusky from testifying.

@newrodrigo Good point as to why he wants the other crazy people to come forward but the 2005 trial covered all of the other stories that the others claimed from 93 on, and the Jury ruled on them during the 2005 trial, I guess Robeson has forgotten this info and his lawyers are ignoring these facts. To bad the trial was not televised so that everyone could see how people lied against Michael and how the lies and stories were shown to be just what they were lies with no proof or substance.

First the money hungry Chandlers, the ME TOO Arvizo’s, the other bottom crawlers and now Robson, who swore under testimony twice that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him and that Michael mentored him. In fact, this is what Robson wrote when Michael died:

“Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever. He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music, and one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of humankind. He has been a close friend of mine for 20 years. His music, his movement, his personal words of inspiration and encouragement and his unconditional love will live inside of me forever. I will miss him immeasurably, but I know that he is now at peace and enchanting the heavens with a melody and a moonwalk.”

Once the Michael Jackson estate was heavily funded to the tune of 1.5 billion, Robson joins the other sad souls. MJ wrote in “Money” – “If you tell me to cry, then I will fake it, anything, anything for money.” And the best line in “Money”- “You say you wouldn’t do it for all the money in the world. I don’t think so.”

Michael Jackson died because of people like Wade Robson. From the Chandlers, to the Arvizo’s to Conrad Murray: Michael Jackson was an easy target his entire life. As Michael Jackson lay dying, Murray was on the phone making sure his contract was up to date. It’s all so very sad and tragic. In his death, the vultures are still hanging around. But in the immortal words of John Lennon, “Instant karma’s gonna get you, gonna knock you on your feet.”

There should be a “Why work when you can sue the Michael Jackson estate” club. Line up and try to get your share of someone else’s hard earned money.

What this person claims is false, funny and silly. He has all his life of Michael Jackson and now he shameless accused Michael Jackson to the worst things. now that he died he realized that he was a victim. He should be ashamed of Michael. This blackmail will be revealed soon, but before that he should apologize for his remarks.
    Shame on Robson forever.

One of the interesting things to me, is why Wade and his lawyers are not trying to force the people who made accusations to come in.
Those people should be all he needs , if he is looking for alleged victims

They want supposed victims , but the ones that have made claims arent help ful
Jordan Chandler could not describe MJ .
His accusations really dont add up
    They have Jason Francia testimony
Evidently they read it and it isnt helpful , because he was laughed out of court
Gavin Arviso testimony isnt helpful either because he is caught in lie after lie.
MJ autopsy and med records prove Chandlker and Arvizo lied.

They only refer to other people , but they dont want these people to come in , because they would be shot down
They just want to keep slimming MJ so the estate will get rid of them
He really doesnt have a case at all, imo, but see how they can keep dragging a person through the mud.

I hope that the estate doesn’t give Robson five cents, because, something smells about it. And it is true a real victim would want justice, not money . I don’t see why it is going to court at all. The whole thing should be thrown out.

this story is really horrible, really horrible this man is, but how can justice take foot such a process.like this. If you have been abused, the first thing you want is justice but not quantified in money but you want to see your “predator” in prison, but today, what is the point? ……. oh yes sorry it makes sense it is called “greed.” I hope that this story will end soon and that all these vultures let MJ rest in peace and leave her children to live with peace in their lives. I do not believe the allegations and I’ll never believe it, of course MJ might seem eccentric, but it was his life and he had to live according to her way of being sure that it was not to be a pedophile. I honestly believe that he would not have to be surrounded by all these people
A man in his position could not afford to open the door at all, because a part of humanity is petty, greedy and just looking for people to attach them to squeeze everything they can get ……. ..in this he was superficial and that makes me feel a deep sorrow, only this’ then just as he would lead his own life I do not think I write only because it was his life. These “gentlemen” is still on the Internet continues to mock him, attack him, humiliate him, I find this disgusting, I also tried to report this on a popular social and they said that it is in their standard fees …… we’d be to create a movement to stop these cowards I repeat I do not have the truth in my pocket, I did not know MJ except through his songs, in recent months I have tried to learn everything about him, books, interviews, movies, I read in the 2005 trial and the events of 1993 and I got the idea that he was a man of extremely fragile and vulnerable, and certainly not a pedophile. Go to work Wade Robson always someone that makes you still have to work and let MJ rest in peace

OMG I can’t believe that this is going ahead!!!???? Only in America, and only in further persecution of Michael!!! They would do better to spend these millions of dollars on feeding hungry children in the States in Michael’s good name, rather than wasting them on all this crap, as you so rightly term it Helena.

PS how are your hands and arms – fully recovered I hope?

Shame this story is wrong. The Estate has already answered everything Wade has put to them, according to DailyMichael.

    @ Marsha

It’s Robson’s way of issuing a scare tactic against the Estate. He wants to push the opinion onto them that they knew what Michael was up to, so it’ll add pressure for an out of court settlement. That’s what he’s really begging for. He and his lawyer are trying their hardest to drag up every single piece of information about the past allegations, and he wants to demonstrate the Estate’s dealing with those cases. He thinks by doing that, he’ll persuade public opinion, and even a jury’s, that the Estate knew full well of Michael’s guilt and that they covered it up. There is no way that he can prove Michael did those things to him, but he will try to prove that the Estate knew about it, and the others accusers.

He wanted to know everything about the past accusers, he wanted a full list of information regarding their names and their relationships with Michael.

If he can prove that the Estate handled the allegation matters, in whichever ways they did, then he can possibly persuade the courts that Michael was indeed guilty of these crimes, thereby persuading the jury that he was also a victim, which will result in him winning his case and receiving compensation.

He can allege whatever lies he want, but that HAS to convince a jury that he really was a victim.
If he goes along with these tactics and sticks to them, getting his case to go through, then the Estate had better start trying to unravel his web.

I may be wrong, but that’s the gist of what I’m seeing from him.

My problem is this, can anyone explain to me how the estate/lawyers are suppose to answer for for Michael. How in the world would they know anything Michael did anything unless they were right there at the time of the event. How can one sue someone that is dead and cannot face those that accuse him? Why are they even entertaining this suit!
I do recall Robeson saying that basically he brought the suit when he fount out who the estates lawyers. Just because they were there when the first foolishness occurred does not mean that they know what went on with Robeson (nothing of course. but you know what I mean)Or did he bring the suit because he knew that these lawyers would be more likely to settle as they did before? I just don’t understand why they are even wasting the courts time with this. It is a fact that Robson is a liar either he is lying now or he lied under oath n the past and would have committed perjury.

The tone of this article seems sympathetic to Wade..And calling him the main reason Jackson was acquitted sounds like his own lawyers wrote this article.
I would think the papers want to encourage a lawsuit so they have something to talk about .
This is nothing but a nuisance case with an “ick” factor hoping to pressure the estate into a settlement in order to stop being slimed and move on , much like the Chandler strategy
Wade Robson is like Sh@t on the bottom of the estate shoe..
