Guys, this is only a headline, but if you click on the drop down menu below it you will see the full transcripts of the speeches made by the main players in 1993 and 2005 cases – Judge Melville, Tom Sneddon and Ron Zonen for the prosecution and Thomas Mesereau for the defense in the 2005 case, and the incredible Carl Douglas supposedly defending Michael Jackson in the 1993 case.

Oh, God, yes, lupus too! David, you make me really ashamed of myself as there are so many things which have been suspended and actually the list is much longer than you said. Please let me finish at least with Larry Feldman. Tomorrow I am planning to post one more piece about him and will need at least a week to get to the end of his speech. If nothing else gets in the way, of course.
By the way as all of us here I am looking forward to your post about Thomas Mesereau!

What’s the status of parts 2 and 3 of the “Was It a Deposition”? I assume that you’ve put it on the backburner for now so you can work on your analysis of the Frozen in Time seminar. Also, don’t forget about that post you said that you would work on regarding MJ’s lupus,and how it is not recommended that people with it get any plastic surgery, but by the time MJ was diagnosed he had already had a few.

What’s the status of that post you said you would work on regarding MJ’s irregular sleeping habits, going back to his childhood? I recall you saying that his circadian rhythms were all messed up do his schedule in a very long and detailed comment, and Helena suggested doing a post on it.
I just want to make sure that we keep track of what we say we will write so that we don’t forget, which is very easy when something new comes up!

Louise, I’ve just added one more piece to it. Since I am doing it almost sentence by sentence and it is becoming so long some enumeration had to be added – so it is piece No.5 now.
You know it is actually interesting to restore everything the way it was – and with information coming from the other side like Ray Chandler too. Since he had no reason to tell lies about Larry Feldman I think we can very much rely on what he says about Larry and the strategy they employed. It is amazing how helpful some haters can be!

There might be such an opportunity and we will have to look into it, but I was not drawing much attention to that analysis of Larry Feldman’s speech intentionally – it is far from finished (only one fifth is covered yet), and when it is done I’ll make a shorter version of it and place it in the home page.

Gavin also clearly stated in “Living with MJ” which should be called “Lying to MJ” , that MJ did not sleep on the bed and he slept on the floor

Wow, I haven’t had time to read all of this, but it looks great so far, as usual!
But the problem is that I didn’t get an email stating that this post was added! Helena, is there any way to change the wordpress settings so that when new posts are added to this or the other pages located at the top, that an email notification is sent, just as it is with the home page?

I thank you so much for posting this information regarding the seminar. I am anxiously awaiting the next installment for Tom Mesereau, who to me is the only one out of the bunch worth listening to!
