TABLOID TRASH BIN

In this TABLOID  TRASH BIN for 2013 you will find articles from tabloid (and probably mainstream) media currently raising a new wave of  dirt against Michael Jackson. The goal to post them here is to learn the latest tabloid lies about Michael and see their progress  without the actual need to go there, especially since the Mirror articles don’t allow comments anyway.

The acticles will come in the reverse chronological order, so the latest will be on top. Occasionally I will post the screen shots of background information from the same papers. This will give us the whole idea of it and the rest of the ‘news’ on Jackson we are supposed to swallow as a dressing to the main dish.

Let me also note that the articles from one and the same newspaper may find themselves in two categories – TRASH BIN and THE VOICE OF REASON. This depends on the author. Radar Online, for example, is currently in both sections and the only difference is which one will be heavier in terms of the number of entries.

Your trip into the crazy world of the media is starting:

How wily Jacko bamboozled Ron and Nancy

Glamour craves power; power craves glamour. This is why celebrities and politicians like to rub shoulders, and this, too, is why their meetings so often end in tears.

Documents just released under the Freedom of Information Act show the FBI dropped an investigation into claims that Michael Jackson was abusing two Mexican children.

In May 1984 Jackson was all set to receive an honour at the White House, and it was felt that such an investigation could prove an embarrassment to President Reagan. So the investigation was abandoned and Jackson’s visit to the White House (pictured) went ahead.

There have been a number of strange collisions between presidents and pop stars, but this remains one of the oddest of all.

I first became intrigued by it when I was researching my book about remarkable meetings, One On One. This latest nugget of information offers us another piece of a most peculiar jigsaw.

Unusually, the presidential honour had been initiated not by the White House, but by its recipient.

Some months before, Jackson had been asked to donate his song Beat It as background music for a government advertisement against drink-driving.

Jackson was notoriously money-minded and image-conscious, so his immediate reaction was to say no. But then he saw how he could work it to his advantage.

‘You know what?’ he told his lawyer, John Branca. ‘If I can get some kind of an award from the White House, then I can give them the song. How about that?’

He added that he wanted to be on a stage at the White House with President Reagan. ‘And I sure want to meet Nancy.’

This all sounds perfectly sweet and fluffy. But under the guise of eccentricity, Michael Jackson was extremely wily, cultivating the powerful with the same precision he applied to cultivating children. In this respect, he was much like Britain’s own Sir Jimmy Savile, friend of princes and prime ministers.

So it is worth asking this question: might Jackson have arranged this meeting with President Reagan knowing full well that it would forestall the FBI investigation into his crimes?

Presidents tend to be old and unpopular, so they are always happy to be pictured with the young and popular. Within a matter of days, the White House had replied to the singer’s lawyer with an offer.

At 11am on May 14, 1984, the President and the First Lady greeted Michael Jackson, who was wearing a jacket with sequins, plus floppy gold epaulettes and a gold sash, large dark glasses and full stage make-upAt 11am on May 14, 1984, the President and the First Lady greeted Michael Jackson, who was wearing a jacket with sequins, plus floppy gold epaulettes and a gold sash, large dark glasses and full stage make-up
President Reagan's meeting with Michael Jackson had peculiar echoes of a meeting that took place at the White House in 1970 between President Nixon and Elvis PresleyPresident Reagan’s meeting with Michael Jackson had peculiar echoes of a meeting that took place at the White House in 1970 between President Nixon and Elvis Presley

If Michael Jackson came to the White House, the President would present him with a special humanitarian award for his work against drink and drugs — and Nancy would be there to welcome him, too.

So at 11am on May 14, 1984, the President, wearing a navy blue suit, and the First Lady, wearing a white Adolfo suit, stood on a special platform on the South Lawn to greet Michael Jackson, who was wearing a military jacket with sequins, plus floppy gold epaulettes and a gold sash, a single white glove checkered with rhinestones, large dark glasses and full stage make-up.

Their meeting had peculiar echoes of a meeting that took place at the White House in 1970 between President Nixon and Elvis Presley.

Presley — also in full make-up, and drugged up to the eyeballs — had arrived wearing a large brass-buttoned Edwardian jacket over a purple velvet tunic with matching trousers, held up by a vast gold belt.

After an awkward conversation — ‘You dress kind of strange, don’t you?’ said Nixon, to which Elvis replied: ‘You have your show and I have mine’ — Elvis had asked the President for a Special Agent badge from the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, and a bemused President Nixon had felt obliged to present him with one.

Might Jackson have arranged this meeting with President Reagan knowing full well that it would forestall the FBI investigation into his crimes? Might Jackson have arranged this meeting with President Reagan knowing full well that it would forestall the FBI investigation into his crimes?

Fourteen years later, President Reagan must have felt similarly cornered. ‘Michael Jackson is taking time to lead the fight against alcohol and drug abuse,’ he said, adding that he was ‘proof of what a young person can accomplish free of drink or drug abuse’.

Oddly enough, Jackson’s autopsy 25 years later would reveal traces in his blood of lidocaine, diazepam, nordiazepam, lorazepam, midazolam, propofol and ephedrine.

After the award ceremony, Jackson was ushered into the White House, where he was horrified to find that the Diplomatic Reception Room was full of adults.

He consequently turned on his heels, ran down the hall, and locked himself in a lavatory. ‘They said there would be kids. But those aren’t kids!’ he protested through the door to his manager.

White House officials rushed around, bundling a handful of children into the Roosevelt Room, and Jackson finally agreed to come out.

‘It’s all so peculiar, really. A boy who looks just like a girl, who whispers when he speaks, wears a glove on one hand and sunglasses all the time. I just don’t know what to make of it,’ whispered Nancy Reagan to a member of the  Jackson entourage.

‘Listen, you don’t know the half of it,’ he replied. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-2358469/CRAIG-BROWN-How-wily-Jacko-bamboozled-Ron-Nancy.html

Comments are no longer accepted after the first six of them were negative for the author. The comments on this BS actually make the most interesting read:

  • We already know that the FBI files were NOT just released under the Freedom of Information Act – they were released in 2009 and are freely available on the FBI’s website. We also know that the story about the investigation into the Mexcian boys is bogus. It’s documented on Page 52 of one FBI file, which clearly states that the FBI were contacted by an unnamed book author, who informed them about a rumoured investigation (and the reason that it was dropped) by an unnamed 3rd party. The author simply brought it to the attention of the FBI who were then unable to find any record of it. If you want to read the FBI file for yourself, just google it.  – bob , aldershot, United Kingdom, 09/7/2013 11:22
  • If anybody believes the FBI would just drop an investigation into allegations of child abuse against the biggest pop star in the world to save the president from embarassment they are nuts. If anybody believes that Craig Brown can provide direct quotes from two separate conversations held 30 years ago between two people then they are nuts. It’s almost certain that Jackson, Branca, and Dileo (Jackson’s manager) could not remember those conversations word for word themselves, and they certainly wouldn’t tell Craig Brown – two of them are dead and the other is the executor of the Michael Jackson Estate. – bob , aldershot, United Kingdom, 09/7/2013 09:52
  • This FBI and president story is bogus, it was someone who had called in to the FBI in December 1993 to tell them they thought the FBI had done an investigation into this in the 80s, they couldn’t even get the year the president received the award right and the FBI’s responder stated they checked all their records, both manually and digitally, and could find no evidence this investigation had ever taken place. – KentishGal , London, 09/7/2013 03:39
  • Right…the FBI simply dropped an investigation into potential child abuse…sort of, I don’t know…obstructing justice? @fbipressoffice might take umbrage to your indictment of their integrity. Ummm… And, sir, if Jackson was wily enough to finagle a meeting with President Reagan, than Ronnie was in turn thrilled to be side by side with the most popular artist in the world. They both won. – Layne , Lake Forest, United States, 09/7/2013 03:34

Michael Jackson child abuse probe halted because he was to receive White House honour from President

FBI scrapped investigation into abuse of young boys to save President Ronald Reagan from embarrassment

An FBI probe into Michael Jackson’s sex abuse of young boys was shelved because he’d been invited to the White House, official records show.

The Thriller megastar was to be honoured with an award by Ronald Reagan in 1984 for his work with drug and alcohol charities.

And federal agents decided to save the President and wife Nancy embarrassment by scrapping their investigation into a tip-off that Jackson had molested two Mexican boys.

The disclosure – in papers released under America’s Freedom of Information Act – comes a week after the Sunday People revealed Jackson spent £23million in 15 years to buy the silence of at least 24 youngsters who had visited his Neverland ranch in California.

The Reagan document is part of a 333-page file made public by the FBI which show there were suspicions the singer had been abusing kids since at least 1978, when he was 20.

FBI agents found a home-movie titled Michael Jackson’s Neverland Favorites An All Boy Video Anthology.

And in a separate FBI file obtained exclusively by the Sunday People – and not included in the Freedom of Information papers – a costume designer said the singer ordered paedo magazines while touring Europe 35 years ago with the Jackson 5.

The revelations underline the huge influence wielded by Jackson, who died of an overdose in 2009 aged 50.

The FBI openly admits in the dossier it did not follow up the tip about the Mexican kids being abused “because Jackson was to receive an honour at the White House from the President”.

He was back at the White House in 1990 to meet President George Bush Snr, wife Barbara and their daughter Dorothy.

There was no mention of any abuse probe at that stage.

But other FBI files detail a late-night phone call from Jackson to Terry George, a boy of 13 in Leeds, with the singer describing how he was fondling himself during their chat. The young Brit had been befriended by the star in 1979 after asking for his autograph.

A 1992 file tells how a couple complained Jacko and a boy of 12 shared a sleeper train compartment next to theirs – and kept them awake with “questionable noises”.

But no official action was taken in any of the cases spelt out in the documents.

‘Abused’ boy: Files show I told truth

A dancer who claims Michael Jackson sexually abused him said our revelations about the FBI files last week “shows I was telling the truth”.

Wade Robson, 30, suing the King of Pop’s estate, has asked his legal team to get hold of the files on the hush money Jackson paid boys.

Lawyer Maryann R. Marzano is hoping the FBI will turn over boxes of information on the allegations and wants to contact other victims, cops, Neverland staff, and investigators.

Choreographer Wade claims he was molested over seven years. A source close to him said: “He feels this could become a key part of his case, that he is not the only child who may have suffered at Jackson’s hands.”

Jackson’s estate says Robson’s allegations are “completely false, outrageous and sad”.

Michael Jackson Sex Accuser Claims Dad Killed Himself After Being Destroyed By Alleged Abuse

Wade Robson‘s dad killed himself in torment over the alleged sexual abuse his son suffered at the hands of Michael Jackson, it’s claimed.

The Australian-born dancer-choreographer revealed his secret family anguish in an amended complaint against the late King of Pop’s estate, obtained by RadarOnline.com, in which he claimed Jackson sexually abused him from age seven for a period of seven years.

Wade, now 30, had become estranged from his dad, who he said was found hanged in 2002.

The former So You Think You Can Dance judge alleged he recently learned from his father’s sister that “the thought that Plaintiff [Robson] might have been sexually abused by Decedent [Jackson] was a huge source of anxiety and depression for his father.”

Before the suicide, Wade’s dad had been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and his relationship with his wife Joy had “deteriorated,” the filing said.

Wade told the court his father had been with him when he first traveled to Jackson’s Neverland Ranch for a weekend retreat in 1990.

“The first night of the weekend, on or about February 3, 1990, Plaintiff [Robson] and his sister slept in Decedent’s bedroom (a two floor bedroom suite with beds both in the downstairs and upstairs areas), in the same bed with decedent downstairs,” it’s revealed.

“The rest of the family slept in the separate guest quarters.”

The next night the systematic sexual abuse began, it’s alleged.

Days later, the Robsons left the ranch to continue a road trip, but Wade’s father and mother allowed their son to stay behind with Jackson.

“Plaintiff slept in Decedent’s bed every night and the sexual abuse took place every night,” it’s said.

Robson’s family returned to stay Plaintiff at the ranch the following weekend, but again, Wade slept in the bed with Jackson while the family slept elsewhere in the house.

“The sexual abuse continued on each of those nights,” it’s alleged.

The next week, Wade, his mother and sister went to stay with Jackson at his Wilshire Boulevard apartment in Westwood, Los Angeles, while his father and grandparents continued on their road trip around America.

“Plaintiff slept with decedent in his bed at the Westwood apartment; Plaintiff’s mother and sister stayed across the street at the Holiday Inn Hotel,” it’s said.

“The sexual abuse occurred on each of those nights as well.”

Wade is now asking a Los Angeles court to award him unspecified damages.

“Plaintiff’s heart, body and mind were so severely manipulated as a child by Decedent that the psychological injury and damage it has caused Plaintiff to suffer will continue for a lifetime,” his re-filed case claimed.

“Often victims of such childhood abuse take their secret to the grave. Plaintiff has lived most of his life in unspeakable shame, guilt and denial as a result of Decedent’s wrongdoing.”

Interesting side note: Wade’s father is the SECOND dad of a Jackson sex accuser to have committed suicide.

Jordy Chandler’s dad was found in bed in 2009 with a single gunshot wound to his head.

The ex-dentist had reportedly changed his appearance to avoid recriminations over accusing Jackson of molesting his son in the early 1990s.

Michael Jackson accuser asks FBI to release damning files revealing ‘hush money’ payments

A former child dancer accusing Michael Jackson of years of abuse will ask the FBI to release damning files on The King of Pop.

Wade Robson’s lawyers hope the material, which claims Jackson paid £23million to hush up “abuse victims”, will help win their case.

Choreographer Wade, now 30, is suing Jackson’s estate claiming the star molested him time and time again when he was a child.

This is despite the fact he denied being abused by Jackson at the 2005 trial when the star was cleared of abusing another child.

Yesterday the Sunday People revealed the files show Jackson paid huge sums of hush money over 15 years.

US crime-busters seized the material – including tapes, phone transcripts and names of 17 alleged victims – from an investigator who worked for the star.

His documents were not passed to prosecutors in Jackson’s 2005 trial.

Last night a friend of Wade said: “He was shocked by the news of this report emerging yesterday.

“Wade has already asked his lawyers to contact the FBI to see if they could access the information.

“He feels his case could be bolstered if he could get another child or even more to come out and support what he went through at the hands of Jackson.

“It has been over 20 years, but right now his prime concern is to build a case to show the world he is in the right.”

The source continued: “Wade has been rocked by the reaction to his claims.

“He knows if he stands shoulder to shoulder with another accuser he might be viewed sympathetically.”

The FBI files challenge Jackson’s insistence he never laid a finger on any of the kids invited to his Neverland Ranch in California for unsupervised sleep-overs.

They describe how the singer was caught groping a child star, molesting others.

A source said: “Spending a year’s royalties to keep him on his throne was worth it. The world never heard what took place.”

Jackson died in 2009 after a medical drug overdose.

The files were revealed as Jackson’s family attended the Las Vegas premiere of Michael ONE, a lavish stage show.

‘He’d pick and take kid he wanted’

Audio tapes from Michael Jackson’s secret FBI file offer a sickening insight into his depravity.

They reveal how children would be invited to his estate and how Jackson, who used the codename Blue Fox, would take them way and abuse them with their parents often just feet away.

The tapes are of interviews former employees Philip and Stella LeMarque gave to investigator Anthony Pellican. These are part of the transcripts…

Stella: Boy A came to see Michael. The parents were in the room smoking pot with a five-month-old baby. At the time he was crazy about Boy A and his little brother.

Philip: Michael likes them young. Boy A was getting too old. The first time Michael saw Boy A in the movie, XXXX XXXX, he told Boy A he wanted to meet him.

Investigator: Wait a minute. She (an ex-member of Jackson’s staff) makes deals with the parents?

Philip: She makes the deals with the parents to bring everybody… the parents with the kids to the ranch. If there are five Michael takes the one he wants.

Investigator: You’re saying (the Jackson staffer) brings a selection of kids for Michael to choose from? Like a pimp?

Philip: Yes.

In another excerpt Philip tells how he found Jackson with his hands in the pants of another child after being woken up at 2am to make the star French fries.

And Stella says she saw Jackson kiss a boy in his cinema “like lovers” with his mother sitting just two or three rows in front.

Michael Jackson paid £23MILLION buying silence of at least TWO DOZEN young boys he abused over 15 years

Secret FBI files exclusively seen by the Sunday People reveal how superstar bought off parents and victims

Secret FBI files exclusively seen by the Sunday People reveal Michael Jackson spent £23million buying the silence of at least two dozen young boys he abused over 15 years.

The documents – case numbers CADCE MJ-02463 and CR 01046 – were not passed on to prosecutors in the King of Pop’s 2005 trial, when he was cleared of molesting a child.

But they throw a disturbing new light on the megastar’s insistence he never laid a finger on any of the scores of kids he invited to his home for unsupervised sleep-overs.

Agents have thousands of pages of evidence dating back to 1989 indicating Jacko groomed and molested children – sometimes right under the noses of their starstruck parents.

The FBI files include private investigators’ reports, phone transcripts and hours of audio tapes.

They describe how the Thriller hit-maker was once caught by a member of his household staff groping a world-famous child star, watching porn films while molesting another boy and fondling the genitals of a third in his private cinema.

The mother of one of the youngsters was sitting two or three rows in front of them at the time – unaware of the vile abuse her son was suffering.

Ironically, many of the damning reports in the FBI collection had been commissioned by Jacko himself.

Terrified the parents of boys who spent nights with him at his Neverland ranch might go to the cops or expose him in the media, the desperate singer hired “private eye to the stars” Anthony Pellicano to target potential skeletons in his closet – and make sure they stayed out of the limelight.

But when Pellicano was investigated himself in 2002 for bugging Hollywood stars such as Sylvester Stallone, the FBI seized all his files – including many about Jackson. It is copies of these to which the Sunday People has had exclusive access.

The latest revelations about Jacko’s lurid past come as his private life is once again in the spotlight – even though four years have passed since he died from heart failure aged 50.

His family are currently suing gig promoters AEG Live for £26billion, claiming they hired Dr Conrad Murray, who gave Jacko the dose of the anaesthetic propofol that killed him.

AEG deny employing Murray, now serving a four-year jail term for involuntary manslaughter.

The files will also dismay Jacko’s kids Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and 11-year-old Blanket, who have not yet come to terms with losing their father.

In fact, Paris tried to kill herself by slashing her wrists just three weeks ago and is still in hospital.

But there is yet more shocking news for the singer’s family – Jackson’s former child pal Wade Robson, a dancer and once one of his most stalwart defenders, has just launched a major lawsuit against his estate.

Robson, now 30, claims he was often molested at Neverland during his regular visits to the infamous ranch during the 1990s.

The Aussie-born choreographer for pop stars such as Britney Spears and Demi Lovato claims the abuse started when he was only seven and continued until he was 14.

The files seen by this newspaper appear to confirm Robson’s claim to be one of many child victims who were invited to fulfil Jackson’s sick fantasies at his isolated playground in the Californian countryside.

Pellicano is now behind bars serving a 15-year jail sentence for racketeering and wire-tapping.

But one of his senior snoops – who worked extensively on the Jackson case – has broken his silence to speak exclusively to the Sunday People.

The investigator, whose name we are withholding, said he was among those quizzed by FBI agents probing his old boss. And he kept copies of many of the Jackson documents now held in the bureau’s archives.

The paedophile allegations – sandwiched between thousands of pages of information about Jackson, his career and his accusers – include interviews with ex-aides who claim their boss was fixated with child porn.

The files name 17 boys – including five child actors and two dancers – Jacko singled out for abuse.

Other kids the singer preyed on include a European boy and the sons of a screenwriter.

At least three boys got hush-money, the investigator said, with the family of one well-known young film actor being given £392,000 “to refrain from any and all contact with media and communications, newspapers, television, radio, film and books”.

The gagging order also insisted there would not be any attempt now or in the future to “extort, intimidate, harass or impede” the Jackson organisation.

A maid who worked for the singer at Neverland was said to have been paid off with about £1.3million after complaining her son had been abused by her employer. And the investigator told of one shocking case of a mother who knew her young son was being molested by Jackson “but turned a blind eye to it because if it didn’t bother him, it didn’t bother her”.

Many of the files on the victims – whose names are not being published for legal reasons – were originally pulled together by lawyers drawing up a list of a potential threats to Jackson’s paedophile secret in the early 1990s.

The legal team was scrambled after the dentist dad of 13-year-old Jordan Chandler went public with claims his son had been abused – opening the door to a string of accusations involving other kids.

The sleuth who worked for Pellicano said: “Around 1993 things were really heating up. The suggestions were Jordie was not the only victim. The momentum became so great Jackson needed a private investigator to go straight for the jugular and produce results.

“His actress friend Elizabeth Taylor encouraged him to hire Pellicano because she had used him to stop dirt on her drug problems being released in the media – Pellicano was a master of negotiation and keeping stars’ reputations clean.

“I was hired by him to find out where the fires needed putting out and, in this case, where allegations would be coming from.

“But I have never worked on a case with as many potential claimants as the Jackson case.”

The investigator, who spent two years on the case, saw Pellicano’s ruthless methods first-hand in the frantic bid to salvage Jackson’s Mr Clean image.

He said his boss encouraged his extensive contacts in the media to call the singer’s victims after he paid them off so they could publicly deny he ever touched them. It was part of a relentless campaign to clear the megastar’s name.

The investigator said: “There was a mountain of allegations levelled at Jackson and Pellicano was determined to prove his client innocent.

“He promised Jackson, ‘I can make this go away’ and he wanted me to dig up everything that was around on him and then began smoothing it over.

“Pellicano had links to key figures in the US media and made them dance to his tune. He was very good at starting fires – but also at putting them out. By the end we had at least 10 boxes of documents about Jackson.”

He went on: “The FBI had all that information long before Jackson’s 2005 trial. I’m surprised this evidence never came to light.

“Then again, if the pay-offs were successfully executed, no one would have spoken.

“At the time, Jackson was on a world tour, battling drug addiction and planning his next CD and future.

“If these files had been released then, Jackson’s career would have been over. But he was the King of Pop and spending the equivalent of a year’s royalties was worth it to keep him on his throne. With the help of people like Pellicano, the world and his fans never heard what took place at Neverland over 15 years.”

At his 2005 trial, Jackson was acquitted of abusing and feeding alcohol to a 13-year-old boy who had survived cancer. But the private eye said: “Our reports painted the picture that Jackson was a serial child predator.

“It showed at least two dozen children were given money to stay quiet – which came to around $35million (£23million).

“Wade Robson was one of the kids identified as a victim while our reports show many others were paid off before their names even emerged.”

Sunday People Front Page 30th June 2013

He said the pay-out total includes the £13million settlement to Jordie Chandler and up to £4.5million in legal and investigation fees. The investigator added: “I haven’t released this now to upset Michael’s children, who haven’t done anything wrong.

“But when Wade’s case was announced, I felt it was time the public knew what information had been collected, what the authorities have – and what has never been released.”

Brian Oxman, a long-time Jackson family lawyer and friend, said yesterday he was not aware that Michael “paid off” any boys other than Jordan Chandler.

He said: “The only money I know about was Jordan Chandler. But the gift list on Michael’s income tax returns was astounding.

“He would give out a great deal of money and top of the list was Elizabeth Taylor. He gave money to a whole series of people. It happened all the time.

“I wasn’t aware of any pay-offs to kids. I never heard him talking about it.”

The “lost boys” lured to Michael Jackson’s Neverland ranch were enticed into a sordid fantasy world hidden from their parents, the Sunday People can reveal.

Shocking audio tapes from the singer’s secret FBI file offer a chilling insight into the superstar’s depravity.

They reveal how groups of kids would be invited to Jackson’s estate, where he would then isolate his prey.

The twisted star would sleep with children in a tepee as well as his bed and was even seen groping two boys.

Jackson’s sick secrets were exposed in a recorded interview with his ex-butler Philip LeMarque and wife Stella, taped on August 28, 1993 – 12 years before the star stood trial accused of molesting children.

The charges followed a TV documentary showing the singer holding hands with 13-year-old Gavin Arvizo in 2003. Jacko was acquitted of seven child abuse charges in June 2005.

The couple said Jackson – who used the code name Blue Fox – would watch porn films with young boys in his private bedroom behind a secret wall in a 70-seat Neverland cinema.

They claimed the ONLY adult who ever complained about Jackson’s disappearing acts with young boys was screen legend Marlon Brando.

Stella said: “He’d come to the ranch and always see Michael playing, disappear with the children. Michael would never spend time with the adults at the ranch.“He said, ‘What the hell is Michael doing with those kids!’’’ She said another famous guest, the late Elizabeth Taylor, “never” complained. French-born Philip and Stella worked at Neverland in Santa Clara, California, for nine months and were the only live-in staff. The other staff were sent home at 4pm.They were interviewed by a private investigator working for Hollywood sleuth Anthony Pellicano. The tape was among material seized by FBI agents probing Pellicano – who was employed by Jackson to uncover the skeletons in his closet.

All night long!PHILIP: From 7pm until eight the next morning… nine in the morning, they are still up playing around.PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR: Where are the adults?PHILIP: The adults are in separate buildings.STELLA: Boy A came to see Michael… The parents were in the room smoking pot with a five-month-old baby. At the time, he was crazy about Boy A and his little brother.PHILIP: Michael likes them young. Boy A was getting too old. The first time when Michael saw Boy A in the movie, XXXX XXXX, he told Boy A he wanted to meet him.

PI: Wait a minute. She (a former member of Jackson’s staff) makes deals with the parents?

PHILIP: She makes the deals with the parents to bring everybody… the parents with the kids to the ranch. If there are five kids, then Michael will take the one he wants.

PI: You’re saying (the Jackson staffer) brings a selection of kids for Michael to choose from? Like a pimp?

PHILIP: Yes.

STELLA: If you really like children, you like all of them, boy or girl. Not only one while the others run around.PHILIP: We saw a little boy and girl running around the ranch at 3am. We were the ones who found them.PI: Michael gave no attention to those he had no interest in?PHILIP: Yes, they didn’t know where to go. The ranch is very large. The arcade… Michael invites a whole bunch of kids, boys and girls so it doesn’t sound to be unnatural. Everyone is playing and doing things. This gives Michael the chance to break one of the children away from the rest.PI: Sounds like he has a plan that he puts in to motion, in stages.PHILIP: First the children just go on the amusements.PI: You mean they just play? It’s innocent?PHILIP: Yes, but as time progresses, the next time, (the staffer) invites only the kids Michael is interested in. The activity goes on mostly in the night.PI: Where are the damn parents! Jesus Christ!PHILIP: The parents do their own thing. Michael and the kids sleep in the tepee.

STELLA: And Michael sleeps in the bedroom with the children he loves. That’s true.

PHILIP: There is a stairway inside Michael’s room. It leads to the guest room…no other access …where he says the children sleep, but they never do. The bedroom upstairs …the bedroom is never undone. When Boy A came, Michael told his parents, “Boy A will stay with me.” Michael has warning alarms that go off when someone is walking close to the bedroom.

PI: I want to know about the other kids. I imagine there were a few.

PHILIP: More than a few.

PI: OK, we’ll get to them but tell me what you know about Michael and Boy A.

PHILIP: (Michael) called me at 2am that night to say, “Philip, would you please bring me some French fries?” OK, I get up and I go make him some French fries. So, then I take the two-way radio and you call security and you ask, ‘Where is Blue Fox?’ They say, ‘Oh, he’s in the arcade.’ … I went around the other entrance and entered through there and that’s when I saw Michael groping the kid.

PI: Michael had his hand touching his private parts over the pants?

PHILIP: No, no, no… In the pants.

STELLA: Boy C in the cinema, Michael did the same thing with him… and the mother was two or three rows in the front.

PI: They weren’t watching porn?

STELLA: No but they were kissing.

PI: Like a peck on the cheek?

STELLA: No, like lovers. I saw them. That’s not normal.

PI: And Boy A’s father… You said he didn’t know what was going on?

STELLA: The father is an ***hole. He is only interested in the money.

PHILIP: The father did ask me one time what was happening with Michael and Boy A. Why they were with each other all the time.

STELLA: Michael took an apartment back near the studio. Michael would pick him up in the limo and they would always be together.

PHILIP: He would keep the parents busy doing things around the house. Michael would give the parents things to do and he would treat them like kings! He (a Jackson staffer) would give them whatever they wanted.

STELLA: Well, the mother of the boy from Switzerland was crying and saying, “Why does Michael always want to be with my son to sleep? Why is it I have four other children and why doesn’t he want to spend time with them, if he loves all children?”

PI: What was the mother from Switzerland doing there?

STELLA: Michael sent them tickets.

PHILIP: Michael liked variety. (laughing)

STELLA: Yes. Boy B was there very often, but then he got too old and stopped coming to the ranch.

PHILIP: He would call all the time, but Michael would say, “Tell him I’m not here.” Then he’d smile about it.

PI: A sinister reaction. That’s dark and cold.

PHILIP: Michael and Boy B watched porn together. The boy didn’t want to touch himself and Michael told him he would do it for him.

PI: Did any adults witness this?

STELLA: Yes, (Jackson staffer) saw everything. She told us… Michael

always thought everybody was stealing from him.

PI: Maybe it stems from his own guilt… from stealing young boys’ childhoods. Any other weird behaviour or something you want to mention?

PHILIP: Michael would never let the kids look at clocks or know what day it was. He didn’t want anybody to worry about the time because it was never bedtime. Sometimes he’d be up all night with the kids.

The investigator, speaking now,  said: “I don’t believe the world understood how much power and influence Jackson wielded. He could spend millions to silence anyone – and he did that with Jordie (Chandler). Back then the victims couldn’t speak for themselves. I understand some of their parents were paid money and the kids didn’t know. Now the kids are grown up, they have the chance to speak. I feel that Wade is now taking his chance to speak up.

“I hope it helps his other victims. It might even give them the courage to make a complaint to the police.”

MJ Had Sex With Me On The SECOND Night I Stayed At Neverland — When I Was Just 7: Wade Robson Tells His Story Of Abuse

Michael Jackson allegedly made his move on Wade Robsonwhen he was just seven years of age — as his sister slept in another bed just feet away at Neverland Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

Robson, now 30, has told how the King of Pop made his first sexual advances on the young child prodigy in the star’s bedroom in 1990, as the Australia-born dancer’s older sister Chantal slept in the same room and often with his mother under the same roof.

The abuse allegedly continued unabated for another two weeks and from then on, for a period of seven years.

“We can never tell anyone what WE are doing,” Jackson told Robson, according to new court documents filed in the father-of-one’s creditor’s claim against the Estate of the late singer and obtained by RadarOnline.com.

In the declaration, Robson revealed the 13-time Grammy Award-winner suggested to him: “People are ignorant and they would never understand that we love each other and this is how we show it. If anyone were to ever find out, OUR lives and career would be over.”

Robson recounted how he first met Jackson at a meet-and-greet with the pop star during the Australian leg of his ‘Bad’ tour. Two years later, at age seven, he traveled with the Johnny Young Talent School located in Brisbane, Australia, to perform at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

“Several family members traveled with me to America,” Robson said.

“During our stay in Los Angeles, I met Doe 1 [Jackson] at a recording studio in Van Nuys, California. During our meeting, Doe 1 invited me and my whole family to spend the weekend at his Santa Barbara County ranch, Neverland Valley Ranch. My family stayed the weekend at the ranch, but then left me alone with Doe for another week.”

On the first night at Neverland, Robson and sister Chantal both slept in Jackson’s bedroom — in the same bed as the adult singer — it’s claimed.

But the following night, “Chantal expressed concern about sleeping in Doe 1′s bed and elected instead to sleep in a separate bed on a different floor of Doe’s two-floor bedroom.”

Robson, though, opted to sleep in Jackson’s bed again. That’s when Robson’s lifelong nightmare was said to have begun.

“Doe 1 began sexually abusing me on or about that night,” Robson told court. “The sexual abuse continued every night through the nearly two weeks that I spent at the ranch during that early 1990 visit as well as at Doe 1′s apartment in the Westwood section of Los Angeles before my family and I returned to Australia.”

Specific allegations of abuse were heavily redacted from Robson’s filing. In one section alone, seven lines of alleged abuse were blacked out by the Los Angeles probate court in order to protect Robson’s privacy.

However, according to sections of what was released, it’s claimed that even while Robson’s family was at Neverland, he continued to sleep with Jackson in his bed and “the sexual abuse continued.”

When Robson returned to Australia following his two-week visit, his relationship with the Beat It singer continued via faxes and frequent telephone conversations for “hours each week.”

He pledged to the hit-maker that he would never tell about what happened between them.

“I swore I would never tell a soul about what we did and did not until May 2012,” Robson wrote in the seven page, hand-signed declaration.

That wasn’t the end of the abuse, he said. Between the ages of seven and nine, Robson and his mother Joy traveled to the United States from their hometown of Brisbane on two occasions.

“One trip was for one week and the other was for six weeks,” Robson said. “During these trips, my mother would stay in a hotel or guest room while I stayed with Doe 1 in his bedroom and in his bed. The sexual abuse continued every night we were together.

“It was during these years that my ‘God’ became my ‘friend’ and told me that he loved me and wanted to be with me.”

Shedding light on their apparent and illicit bond, Robson said Jackson — who died at age 50 from an overdose of surgical anesthetic proposal — “encouraged” him to call him ‘Dad’ and he would, in turn, call Robson his ‘Son’.

The pair, Robson claimed, would also watch explicit adult pornography in the form of magazines, books and videos — until it all stopped at age 14.

That was when Robson began to show signs of puberty — and “the sexual abuse by Decedent [Jackson] became less frequent,” charged the court documents.

However, what complicates Robson’s bid for damages is that he infamously denied in testimony at Jackson’s child molestation trial in 2005 that he’d been molested by the singer — charges which Jackson was ultimately acquitted of, partly based on the testimony of Robson, his sister and his mother.

Now, Robson has alleged that Jackson “coached” him “every day” to provide certain statements against claims of molestation, beginning with the Jordy Chandler case in September 1993.

“He would tell me that our phones were tapped and ‘they’ were listening to everything we said,” Robson said of private conversations with Jackson.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Wade Robson’s Creditor’s Claim Against The Estate Of Michael Jackson

“He would role play with me and say to me, ‘They are saying we did all of this disgusting sexual stuff. We never did any of that, right?’ I would play along and answer, ‘No way!’ He would say, ‘If they believed that we did any of this sexual stuff, YOU AND I would go to jail for the rest of our lives. Our lives and careers would be over. We’ve got to fight this. We’ve got to beat them together.”

Jackson selected, hired and paid for the lawyer who represented Robson in relation to his testimony to the grand jury in the Chandler case, it was also revealed.

Then, when Jackson was criminally charged in 2005, he again, allegedly, began to coach Robson.

“Doe 1 [Jackson] called me constantly and coached me by acting out similar role play as he did with me in 1993 when I was 11, telling me such things as, ‘They are making up all these lies about you and I. They are trying tying to take US down, take away my power and money, take away our careers. We can’t let them do this. We have to fight them together.’”

Robson recalled he would play along with his idol, just as he did when he was 11.

“I still did not believe that I was sexually abused,” he said.

“I did not believe that I was forced. I believed that I was a consenting participant in the sexual acts that Doe and I engaged in. I also believed that I was absolutely fine with what went on between us.

“My state of mind was essentially the same as when I was eleven and I denied any abuse.”

According to Robson, it wasn’t until May 8, 2012 that he realized he’d been systematically abused — after multiple nervous breakdowns which included feelings of extreme stress, anxiety, fear, depression and insomnia.

His lawyer told the court, “It was only within the past year, as the result of a complete psychological collapse arising from the fulfilling of a ‘prophecy’ made by the Decedent [Jackson] to Claimant [Robson] that Claimant would one day direct films and a fear that what happened to him as a child could also happen to his own young son, that Claimant, with the assistance of insight-orientated therapy, has relayed that his relationship with his god, his idol and his father figure, Michael Jackson, which began when Claimant was only five years old, was built on sexual abuse and that Claimant was the victim of extensive psychological trauma.

“The decision to pursue a claim against the Estate for the actions of Decedent was not one that Claimant arrived at without a careful and measured evaluation of its implications, as filing this Petition would necessarily mean that he would have to disclose to others the shameful and loathsome nature of his childhood sexual relationship with Decedent, the effects of which he has buried for decades.”

Jackson’s estate has labeled Robson’s claims as “outrageous and pathetic.”

“This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him,” lawyer Howard Weitzman said previously.

“Now, nearly four years after Michael has passed this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is.”

This is beyond sick. Doesn’t AEG sponsor these magazines too? I know one of Wade’s lawyers has a connection to AEG. Between the British media and the US media, I don’t know which one is more sickening. But it seems like the British media wins this time hands down. Us, MJ fans have a huge battle on our hands. We have to expose the media and demand they tell the truth. We need to hit them where it hurts – their sponsors. I cannot believe the length AEG will go to ruin MJ’s legacy and win in the courtroom. Wade should be ashamed of himself, how he sleeps at night is beyond me. I have a feeling he is doing this for revenge b/c he didn’t get chosen for the MJ tribute tours. He has a bone to pick and it’s not with MJ himself, but his estate.
